It was really a pleasure to deal with John. He is very responsive and provided regular updates to my speeding ticket. John was able to reduce the four points ticket to a parking ticket and was able to reduce the fine payable to a very minimal amount. I would highly recommend to use John in fighting traffic violation tickets. Overall a very positive experience.

My experience with Rakesh couldnt have gone any better. A minor traffic infraction turned into a cop trying to throw the book at me. Rakesh went right to work and handled the whole process, getting all 5 moving violations reduced to parking tickets. His fees are reasonable and totally worth the results.
I’d recommend him to anybody in need of an attorney.

This is the second time I’ve used Rakesh Joshi’s legal services and again I am 100% satisfied.
He is an absolutely brilliant lawyer. But more than anything he is your peace of mind. He is the oasis in the desert, the lighthouse in the storm and the reassurance in your time of need. Legit
I can personally attest that he is the check and balance to what can be an unfair system for so many people. (women, disabled, other minorities, the socially economic disadvantaged, immigrants…)
I am amazed at the relationships he has, the respect he gives and receives from colleagues, clients, court staff and how smoothly things move as a result.
My first case, I was a victim of a predominant local “slum” landlord, and Rakesh Joshi successfully litigated for my family in the City Court of Albany, the second case was a minor traffic violation in the town of Brunswick, which was quickly dismissed.
I call Rakesh Joshi with ANY legal issue.
My only regret is, I did not find him sooner.

Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want.
Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!

Seth is a responsive lawyer and appears to be a good person. However, my immigration journey with his office has been riddled with frustration, misjudgments, additional costs, and loss of time. To summarize a long and arduous experience:
1. His office failed to update my address during my initial application process, resulting in critical Request for Evidence (RFE) documents arriving months late.
2. When I pursued the marriage-based application route, Seth suggested transferring my initial case to supposedly streamline the process with USCIS. However, this decision only complicated matters further. It became evident that Seth underestimated USCIS practices, causing significant setbacks to both of my cases. Despite the setbacks, Seth only offered to continue the process at a reduced price, without acknowledging the inconvenience or offering compensation (not to mention additional application fees).
After enduring a delay of at least two years, I eventually received my green card. Determined to avoid further complications, I chose to handle my naturalization application independently, which proved to be a smoother process.
Unfortunately, it seems that for lawyers, clients are just one of many cases, while for us, our immigration journey is a matter of livelihood and security. Although no one can restore the lost years, financial resources, and energy expended, I had hoped for Seth to advocate for my case with the same dedication as he would for a family member.
Overall, while Seth may be responsive and well-intentioned, the shortcomings in communication, understanding of USCIS procedures, and lack of acknowledgment for the difficulties faced during the process leave much to be desired in terms of client advocacy and support.

I do not give out 5 ⭐️. In this case Patrick Sorsby Esq. went above and beyond to earn the highest eat resting. Just before four (4) pm Friday as he has preparing for a weekend away from the firm.
Attorney Partick Sorsby Esq. was apathetic with me and the legal challenges I will be facing his week. He talked with my for 20 minutes, spelled out what I need to look up, know and say.
