My home was facing foreclosure after my financial situation went from better to worse, and I decided to give Andrews Law Firm a call after I received a "SAVE YOUR HOME!!!!!" advertisement letter from Andrews Law Firm, amongst others, and I was very satisfied with how quickly Andrews Law Firm handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing in just a moment's notice when I had next to no time left on my side as far as trying to work out another mortgage loan modification arrangement with my home's mortgage company and still make all my credit cards and personal loan payments too. The Andrews Law Firm support staff was very nice and patient and worked late into the evening on a weekend to assist me prior to me receiving consultation from Attorney Tommy Andrews and signing a few forms, and after my case was electronically filed in less than twenty-four hours, Attorney Derek Bathrick was assigned to handle my case, and he represented me from there, setting up a Chapter 13 bankruptcy five-year payment plan and keeping me in the legal loop with emails, letters, and calls always. It felt a little awkward at times, and later on I experienced some personal setbacks due to some unforeseen circumstances I encountered, which were handled and fixed along the way, but five fly by years later, today, I have a fresh start, and I am still in my home thanks to this miracle-working Andrews Law Firm.

STOP losing sleep over not being able to make your monthly payments due to life changes. Spoke with many Bankruptcy attorneys, and the ONLY firm that I found comfort and reassurance in was The Brandt Law Firm. Fred and his team are seasoned professionals. I had multiple issues with a vindictive woman and we were awarded the divorce (even though the Ex bought suit), We won a Custody Battle when the Ex wanted to pull my children out of state, and the Team just got my Ex to sign a $40,000 2 party IRS check that she refused to sign for 6 months. I reached out for a consultation in the Morning Mr. Tortolero called me later that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional but not like a stuffy professional. I was rushing I thought he is not being paid let me get right to it! It was quite the opposite, I felt like I was his client, he was patient, knowledgeable and extremely honest, transparent and supportive as if I was his client. He was like a cheerleader. He shot me down if he thought my suggestion was not going to fly in court he did not sugar coat things, I appreciated that. He was honest about the cost he did not lie and say oh it will only be x amount and I will have this done in no time. Mr. Daniel is the most sincere man I've spoken to, he gave me a free 15 min consultation, offered me the best solution for free! Joseph King was court appointed to represent my son on a drug related charge. Throughout the entire case, Mr. King kept both me and my son apprised of each step of the process. He was able to secure my son's trust in authority and gain insight into what brought my son to this stage in his life. There were several occasions when Mr. King took time out of his busy schedule to sit down with my son and really listen and get to know him personally. I felt as though he served more as a mentor than as a lawyer. My son spoke very highly of Mr. King every time they met to discuss the case. Had an unfortunate need to have an attorney. I initially went to an attorney that helped me out in the past. He refused to take this case and instead tried to turf me to a colleague of his who I researched and found that they had done something illegal and had been admonished in the past. PLUS, they wanted 5K to represent me. I received Mrs. Graham-Williams' advertisement in the mail. I researched her and other attorneys and used my gut feeling and decided to go with her. Am I glad I did!
I called her and gave her the particulars of my case. She matter-of-factly told me that she thought she could get the issue resolved for me. She also quoted me a price that was substantially less than what was quoted by the other firm.
Following her specific instructions, I was able to have my case handled expertly. I was facing a felony charge and potential jail time. Instead, the charge was downgraded to disorderly conduct. No jail time. I could not have asked for a better outcome!
If you hire her, I suspect you will NOT be disappointed. She makes you feel comfortable, and she has a confident air about her. She's not cocky, nor full of herself. You will not regret having Mrs. Graham-Williams as your attorney. Thank you Mrs. Graham-Williams! You are a rockstar!!

We came in Drake office back in 12/2016 with really bad situation in my case. My I-130 was approve but same time I was on deportation with a supervision.
My lawyer was from Chicago IL was keep asking for money but was no progress at all!!! Me and my wife decide to hire Drake. I used Sean to help me upgrade my OTH discharge. On our first visit, Sean was extremely professional and caring. He listened to my story with full attention. We went over my medical, mental and personnel records and made a timeline from when I first joined to when I left the service. Eventually, we put together a well designed case to submit to the Naval Discharge Review Board. I was not expecting it, but Sean was able to upgrade my discharge to full Honorable from an OTH. My 2012 VW GTIs engine blew after a timing chain failure, and I was extremely worried that I was going to have to spend over $7,000 getting it fixed. Instead, I made the extremely intelligent decision of reaching out to Mr. Webster after reading a positive review of his services in an online forum. Although my GTI was not covered under warranty or included in the class-action lawsuit, Mr. Webster was able to negotiate a settlement with VW for 100% of the cost of the engine replacement, plus reimbursement for towing and other service expenses. It took a couple of weeks for everything to happen, but I am extremely grateful to him and his team. He may be a wizard of sorts.

When the timing chain malfunctioned on my 2011 VW Tiguan, the engine needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $6000, There were no warning signs at all. I wanted to see if there were any class action lawsuits for this issue so I googled VW timing chain lawsuits and found Steven Webster's website.
When I left a message for him, he called me back within a few hours, told me that VW was aware of the problem, asked me how much my expenses were in relation to the failure, and told me to send him a copy of the bill after I picked up the car.
Within 2 weeks the issue was settled and VW paid my claim. I was so lucky to have found this lawfirm!

I contacted Jose when he worked for another firm a couple years ago. He understood the dire and time sensitive situation I was in. He was honest and up front with me that taking my case on such short notice, while he would do his best, he cannot commit as many resources as he would like given the short turn around time and the other cases on his plate. Having said that, he said he would take my case, but just wanted me to be aware that he might not be able to do the job 100% like he would normally do. But he also referred me to another disability lawyer in case I wanted someone who could dedicate more time to my case.
Ultimately, I chose to go with the other lawyer he referred me to because I wanted a lawyer who could dedicate his full attention to my case. And I successfully won my disability appeal. So it is clear that Jose had no ego in referring me to another very good lawyer.
I really appreciated Jose's honesty and up front nature. And the amount of time he spent helping me even though he got nothing out of it.
If Jose says he can take your case, you can be assured he will dedicate the proper amount of attention unless he tells you otherwise.

I am 53 and have suffered back issues and surgeries for 24 years. I am at the point in life where I can't take much more day to day pain. In researching about long term disability I realized this is not a "game" the average person should play alone. Honestly I did not want to spend money as I have spent thousands on medical bills this year alone. Mr. Caballe made me feel comfortable from the start of the conversation. It was encouraged that my wife participate and he included her throughout the conversation. He pointed out so many areas that I never would have thought about or considered regarding the process of filing and collection LTD. How Social Security most likely will become part of the process and the fact that I do not have to totally stop living to be considered disabled, and ways to handle that. He also told me that I most likely will have additional questions after our meeting and to feel free to call or email him and he will respond. This single outreach says to me that it is about the client and not just the money. He treated us the way both my wife and I treat people. If I need to move forward with a disability claim, I only have one phone call to make and that is comforting.

Donne Colton was referred to me by a therapist who provides court testimony regarding the welfare of children in divorce cases. I sought the therapist's attorney recommendations because I wanted an attorney who had earned a stellar reputation for negotiating and writing divorce and custody agreements in the best interest of children, and I got that and much more when I hired Donne to represent me in my contested divorce in 2015-2016. My custody case was extremely complicated and contentious, and Donne did an outstanding job of navigating me through it.
I worked with him and with his excellent paralegal, Margie Madsen, for a solid year. When I was researching attorneys and collecting recommendations, a high-powered attorney connected to a family member of mine sent her an email saying that his divorce attorney "was the best thing about my divorce." I would wholeheartedly say this about Donne and Margie. The divorce was the most difficult, frightening, and stressful experience of my life, and I was continually grateful and glad to have Donne and Margie expertly guiding me through it.
Donne has a great deal of personal and professional integrity. He was everything I wanted in an attorney--he's knowledgeable, an excellent negotiator, very good with the myriad details that divorce entails, always accessible, a terrific writer (he wrote all of the agreements for my divorce), and he represented me very well, in court, in documents, in emails, and in phone calls with my ex-husband's attorney.
He's honest, ethical, easy to talk to, trustworthy, fair, and extremely hardworking. He worked through the night (and into the wee hours) when necessary when we got down to the wire negotiating my custody and property settlements with my ex-husband's attorney, and achieved excellent agreements that enabled my ex-husband and I to settle both matters out of court, without having to leave them up to a trial judge.
These same agreements have helped me navigate challenges I've had with my ex-husband in the many months since our divorce was finalized. The agreements provide a solid foundation for me to refer to, and excellent boundaries for us to live within.
I honestly can't think of any area in which Donne fell short of my needs or expectations. I feel very fortunate that he was able to take my case, as I could not imagine having had a better attorney to work with.

Words really can't describe the level of professionalism and expertise Attorney Wade possesses. I had a nightmare divorce/custody case that carried over from North Carolina for a total of four years. At the time I came in contact with Attorney Wade I was on my fourth lawyer and I spent almost 20k in legal fees. In time, I had become a "professional court testifier" and became very familiar with the legal process. I knew a good attorney when I saw one. I did my research and Attorney Wade had pedigree (which I heavily believe in) and I read several Washington Post articles that she was profiled in. I was impressed. When I had my first consult with Attorney Wade, I knew I struck gold. She was able to listen to my concerns, see the big picture, and she dissected 3 years of my litigation timeline in 45 mins. A tentative gameplan was formulated and the strengths and weaknesses of my case were discussed. From the moment my partner (now spouse) and I met Rebecca, we knew we had found a competent immigration lawyer with a wonderful and warm personality who would help me get H1B status.
We met the first time in her cozy office close to King Street in Alexandria; she greeted us with a warm smile and listened carefully to what we had to say. By then, I had been dealing with US immigration policies for more than five years (during which I got B2 and F1 status), and I felt like an immigration "know-it-all." Rebecca listened for more than hour and a half, never reacted to my moments of snarky presentation, and after I finished she immediately came up with several suggestions on how to proceed with the case.
