Dr Hollowell is the patent attorney for our firm, and has done an outstanding job. She is always on top of whatever document needs to be filed, and never lets a deadline slip up on us. She extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the aspects of patent law, and she can explain it to where it is easily understood.
She is someone you can talk to and know that she not only will be the best attorney, and she will always be a step ahead. We filed a patent and it was approves by the USPO, and then she laid out a plan for widening the impact of our patent and protecting our intellectual property. She works diligently today to strengthen our patents so we won't have unforeseen issues in the future with someone trying to go around them.
We have another very technical patent that has just been filed where she enlisted other professionals to build the application from scratch so to speak and made it a viable presentation to the USPO that we feel confident it will be approved. She went the second mile for us on this one especially...getting detailed drawings done and verbiage etc. for a tight presentation of the material and the idea to the USPO. I had lawyers that were in practice for 30 years but they still did not approach the prosecution like she did and she has been in practice maybe 5
This translates every time to a better outcome for the defendant.
The corrupt state of Virginia commonwealth bull was trying to put me away for a dui for a freaking drug that was prescribed to me and I had the right to take. I just had a arbitration for a accident and they brought up this refusal but it was my refusal which helped jessica beat this dui. They were actually telling me to be prepared to do some time. Dude is Virginia so corrupt. Sorry I’m from Maryland and the corruption though bad not comparable to Fairfax county corruption
Anyways she saved the day
Even the doctor at the hospital was trying to help the cop more then treatment for the accident. They settle for 42 million out of court because of that

My business partner & I were looking for a business lawyer to help set up our partnership LLC and wanted to hire someone to ensure our company creation was done correctly. If you are seeking a top-flight attorney to handle a dental malpractice suit, I strongly recommend you consider Michelle Bartoli-Cain. When I first considered filing suit for a dental injury I discovered Michelle and was immediately impressed by her professional approach to my situation. She thoroughly researched the unique aspects of my case and began a well planned approach towards achieving a favorable settlement with the defendants. I was aware that most suits settled prior to trial; however, my confidence grew with the realization that Michelle was prepared to go to trial should that have become necessary.
As time passed I was referred to several expert witnesses who supported our assertion of negligence and characterized Michelle as a "tenacious bull dog" who probably knows as much or more about dental implant injuries than most dentists. As expert after expert expressed their very favorable opinion of Michelle's abilities I became more and more confident that we would prevail at trial or extract a generous settlement from the defendant.

I was recently involved in a no fault car accident. I called several attorneys. With most I could not even get past the initial person answering the phone. Wayne took the time to speak with me and gave me some good information and advice. He was honest enough to help me understand the situation from a legal perspective was empathetic with my frustration with the insurance industry. In this case I will most likely not hire an attorney but If I need to I will call him. On a long list I called he was one of only 2 who called me back.

Marvin is a great lawyer. He is very knowledgeable about the law and will work your case. I ended up firing my previous attorney and Marvin represented me in a Grand Larceny case. It was a minor offense but because I was already serving a sentence, and this would have been my second conviction, he got me off with a slap on the wrist. I ended up doing less time and sentenced to less than the first judge sentenced me to.
Marvin has a very dry humor and often that is how he tells you what is going on. This might turn off some people. At first, it turned me off but I realized that this was just his personality and how comes off. In a way, he did not sugarcoat anything. I had that problem with my first attorney. I ended up with a 2 year sentence because he mishandled my case. I was guilty but in our society you get what you pay for in terms of legal representation. I paid heavily and did not get what I paid for(First Attorney). Marvin was the exact opposite. He was pricey at almost $9000 (Thank god to family and friends) but I was very pleased with the service. His office staff are very warm and nice too(Catherine). I am grateful to her for always getting my messages to Marvin, and my family when I could not reach them.
They bent over backwards to try to help me deal with my sentence. At times I would call them to contact my family or to make sure I was getting treated fairly in jail/prison. They always went above and beyond.They even wrote a letter to the Warden to get back on a medication I was taking. They had decided to take me off of it even though it was working but a bit pricey(They will get you on cheap stuff in there to cut costs). Thanks to a letter from Marvin, I was placed back on the medication. I do not know what would have happened if I was not placed back on this medication. It was one of the only ones that worked.
If you are looking for a good attorney in Fairfax County or Northern Virginia you should consider Marvin Miller. At least you will know you got your moneys worth. He is very professional and in the courtroom conducted himself like an attorney. He stood up to the prosecutor like he was suppose to, and asked the Judge for leniency. My previous attorney was scared and shaking. You need an attorney with balls, that is aggressive, and can get you the least amount of punishment if you are already going to be punished.
The legal system in Virginia is ridiculous, and in Fairfax County even more horrifying. So you need someone who can keep you out of trouble. Marvin Miller is the man!!!! I hope I do not need his services again because I am leading a straight and narrow life, but you bet I would call him again if it came to it.

Mr. Brown was very good about taking me through every step of the process. Even though my case was not the kind where my career was at stake, he treated it with the utmost seriousness and was very professional. My case was ultimately dismissed just before trial; it seemed likely we would win and the plaintiff decided not to go through with it. If I ever have to do this again, I will call him!
