Ms. Woolley is a talented attorney who partnered with me through difficult times. Her intellect and keen wit compliment her savvy legal skills and experience, which, for me, kept challenging developments in context. She is very knowledgeable of the process, knows when to bring in experts, for example, for complex tax consequences.
My case was a discrimination, retaliation, and defamation situation, which in my opinion needed calming, insightful negotiation. The poor behavior was so well documented/witnessed that while I researched other attorneys I quickly sensed their excitement and desire to take the case to the courtroom. However, that wasn’t my goal.

I wanted to express my gratitude for CPT Anouck McCall's efforts and dedication in representing me throughout my consumer law issue. Prior to seeking her help, I was fighting a long and upsetting process by myself. I never imagined any attorney advocating for me as intensely as she did. I utilized 1LT Anouck McCall to represent me for my Army Physical Evaluation Board (PEB). In all honestly, my entire WTU & MEB process prior to meeting 1LT McCall was the most frustrating experience of my entire military career. When I arrived on day one in 1LT McCall's office, I was one "sour & salty" Field Grade Mustang Officer with a very complex medical case consisting of thousands of pages of documents to review and even more frustrated with the manner in which my health care had been managed and the violations of procedure in which my MEB had been conducted. By all means I represented both a "challenging case and even more challenging client" to 1LT McCall.
I do not have the words in my vocabulary to give enough laudatory praise for the dedicated service and superior performance that 1LT McCall provided to me from day one. I cannot count the numerous phone calls she initiated on the evenings and weekends on her personal time dedicated to my case to discuss strategy and provide zealous advocacy for me and my family. The most important element in any relationship is trust and she earned my trust. She understands basic leadership 101 and keeps her Soldiers/clients informed and is responsive to their needs.
The bottom line are always the results and her record speaks for itself: SHE DELIVERS!! No false promises. She is an outstanding attorney because she is smart yes, but more important because she really puts the time in and is dedicated and it shows.
In my specific case, the Army denied the existence of a complex medical condition at the MEB and with 1LT McCall's expertize and guidance was fairly adjudicated ruled to exist at the PEB, thus increasing my permanent disability retirement rating from 40% to 100%. 1LT McCall invested countless hours of her personal time into my case and my family will forever be indebted to her.
Lastly, most importantly 1LT McCall represents the Warrior Ethos and the Army Values. She is just plain old all around "good people". She is a winner. If I am going to battle, I want her in the foxhole right next to me. If it is Elementary School and it is recess time and we are playing kickball....guess who is getting picked first? Anouck!! Courtroom & need a attorney? Starting a company? The simple answer is that when you find someone with true core values and combine it with hard work it makes a WINNER!
I would recommend Anouck for any mission (job or challenge) and serve with her anywhere and anytime!

We have a local attorney on retainer for general issues but when specific, detailed, important and/or general knowlege of an issue is important and required, Paul Breakman has been our 'go to guy' for all our legal, regulatory or legislative needs. Also whenever we see liability or exposure as a possibility to our organization we want Paul involved to make sure the appropriate I's & T's are dotted and crossed. Attentive, thorough, very prompt. Has never failed to deliver as expected. With Paul - give direction, get results. Gives me a comfortable feeling as an administrator, as I'm not an attorney that I am proceeding prudently and appropriately.

Richard Litman and his staff at Litman Law were amazing. I was referred by a long time friend/colleague who gave them a review that set the bar so high I thought to myself "There's no way they can meet my standards now". Now here I stand corrected. Speaking personally as a previous client, and as the title to my review suggests, I would highly recommend Mark S. Thrash as an attorney, whether it be for criminal, traffic, or civil cases. I would also like to add and say that his conduct and attention to detail were very professional, and he is highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field, always going the extra mile for his/my case(s) . Ms. Michelle Lester is one of the best Patent Attorney I've ever met. In special, her advices was always important to overcome rejections in case where Examiners seemed difficult to convince. Further, he helped the company I represented to get early allowances, by making thorough revisions in specifications and claims. Once it was possible to have an application allowed in just 118 days after filing date, with no Action issued. And the set of claim was perfectly covering all the relevant matter of the invention.

I got my travel document within 6 months and then my Green Card in 6 months, making the whole Green Card application process one year in total - a very unusual but favourable timeline for green card applications. On top of all that, an immigration interview was not required by USCIS, which I understand is VERY rare. Communication was open and we were notified every step of the way about our application.

I hired Shannon Beebe in the fall of 2017 to represent me in a complex employment case that stretched back two years. It was a difficult time for me. I did not have a good understanding of my case. I did not have much money to spend. I knew my case was complex, and not much more. I was suffering from stress and confusion and at times I wondered whether I was simply wasting my money in seeking legal representation.
I was extremely fortunate to have the chance to hire Shannon. She is, simply put, a first-rate lawyer. First, she was able to quickly make sense of my case and explain where I stood. Shannon is clear and articulate, she understands what non-lawyers like me need to know, and she gets to the point. Second, she did not shy away from telling me the truth, even when the truth included the disappointing news that my case was weaker than I thought. Third, her advice was at all times clearly geared to serving my interests, without regard for what might or might not benefit Shannon or her firm. Fourth, she was a professional and supportive voice at times that I became discouraged and was ready to give up completely when there was still work to be done. Fifth, she was an extraordinarily efficient worker. To be honest I believe Shannon was underpaid for what she produced. Sixth, she was a skilled negotiator with the attorneys representing my employer, which was staffed with very experienced and aggressive lawyers. It was clear to me that these opposing lawyers had great respect for Shannon and her abilities. Shannon recommended to me (properly in my view) against litigation, yet she was able to negotiate a settlement with opposing counsel that I considered quite favorable to my position. It was a bonus I was not expecting.
If any of what I have described about my feelings going into this case reflects concerns you might have about yours--confusion, uncertainty, worries about money, a sense that you might never adequately understand your case or be able to trust the legal advice you will get--I would recommend the Spiggle Law firm and Shannon Beebe in particular. I should say that I also interacted with four or five of the office staff at Spiggle, and all of them, like Shannon, were professional, dedicated, and genuinely concerned about doing the best job possible. I think this firm has a winning culture, very customer-oriented, with talented personnel, and I don't think you can go wrong picking them to represent you.

I recently had a gender-based harassment issue with a former employer that brought me to Shannon at the Spiggle Law Firm.
This was my first time having a consultation with an attorney (they refer to it as a strategy conference). From the moment I arrived, Shannon was approachable, displayed empathy and took careful notes before providing a recommendation. She could have guided me toward filing a lawsuit that would have cost me a significant amount of money to retain services and in attorney fees, which wasn’t on my agenda in the first place. Instead, Shannon provided excellent legal advice on what steps I could take to try and resolve the issue before taking legal action. She offered verbiage that would inform my employer I knew my rights without sounding threatening. She also provided next steps to take if my first outreach didn’t give the resolution for which I was hoping. We parted with my knowing her door was open any time I wanted to follow through with legal action.
I followed her advice and am happy to say my issue is resolved, and I can move on with my life. Additionally, I'm confident any gender-based harassment affecting other women there is now being investigated. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with what I did.
I highly recommend Shannon if you are looking for an attorney who will have your best interest at heart and not just the law firm’s pockets. I suggest you take the strategy conference (yes, there is a fee – but any consultation with an attorney is). It was the best money I’ve ever spent.

This Attorney is a joke! I consulted him about an Eviction Proceedings against me and he was really condescending. Firstly, he stated that my Landlord can still evict me even if I come up with my past due rent before the court hearing which was contrary to what another Attorney in the area advised me upon as well as the law in Virginia. As long as you can cure an outstanding balance a judge will allow you to stay since the reason for the Unlawful Retainer was about unpaid rent. I hope he sees this and does better with his client. He even belittled me by stating that since I don't have money for the my Landlord I definitely do not have money to pay him-such an unprofessional fellow! The prejudice and belittling was unbelievable during my phone conversation with this guy! I know most lawyers are arrogant but this guy leads them in that category! I do not recommend him at all.
