Mr. Szaniawski reviewed a contract between myself and a large publishing house for two fiction books.
He highlighted areas where the contract language did not support my best interests or could be interpreted differently than the verbal agreement reached between my agent and the publishing company. He then drafted alternative language that made my intended rights more clear.
He was meticulous and went word by word, line by line through the document to insure that the deal I understood was the deal that I signed. I feel much more confident having sought his counsel. Thanks to him, I also have a better understanding of my responsibilities in the agreement and where future problems could arise.
I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a thorough, skilled attorney. He also has the rare talent of translating legalese to a layman.

Well I give five stars because I believe one is great or not. No in betweens. Let me begin by saying this was stressful process for me cause it's a life changing situation obviously but Mr. Katos simplified everything and gave me the knowledge and confidence I was lacking by just one phone call. I called for information on a coop and I was nervous at first because I didn't want to sound stupid and uninformed but like I said Mr. Katos was knowledgeable and kind. He didn't even charge me anything! I'm looking forward to getting serious and calling him in the near future.

I hired him to do my divorce, after the first payment, he asked me for more money to file a motion and never filed it. It has been 3 months since I paid him the additional payment and he still haven't filed it. I tried to call, send messages, e-mail, everything and he didn't return any of my contacts. He advertises on his website "We take pride in providing one on one attention to clients to properly educate them and guide them through the Divorce and Family Court process. " and here I am 3 months later waiting to have a feedback and he simply doesn't return any of my calls, messages or e-mails.
