I first came into contact with Mr. Nick Martin a couple of years ago. I had a contract with another law office, was unhappy and wanted to know what my options were. I read a blog article that Nick posted and contacted his office. I did not go through an answering service, or other staff, but was able to speak with him directly at the first call. Nick took the time to listen to my concerns, explained to me what the situation was, why he wasn’t able to help but provided me with some direction with dealing with the other office.
I wished he was my first call.
Since then, anytime I’ve had any legal questions, including a recommendation for a process server, Nick has been very informative and all of his recommendations came through.
While I’m not a client, and I hope that I don’t ever need any more legal service, Nick Martin will always be the first person I will contact. In the current state, where one isn’t trusting information provided on the internet, questioning what is a real person or AI generated, or if you are at a point of just throwing a “dart at the phone book” to find help, I highly recommend to contact Nick Martin first! If he isn’t able to help you, he will do his best to guide you on your next steps.

I hired Gillian for what I already expected to be a difficult and complicated divorce, and which ended up taking unforeseen twists and turns I could not have ever imagined. I can't say enough about her knowledge, insight, and professionalism. She is a master multi-tasker, and most critically, was available and immediately responsive when my case became a series of one true crisis situation after the next. Even when my crisis cut into her personal time, she was there for me. There was no hand wringing or floor pacing wondering when or if she would respond ... it was always almost immediately and if she was tied up, she let me know right away when she would be able respond. We suffered a case that the tenant did not pay rent over 2 years. Every time, the tenant filed an appeal or motion, just trying to delay the eviction. I turned to Lisa for some help. She quickly jump in my case, prepare the documents, coordinated with Federal and County court. All she did are so prompt, and professional. I finally evicted the tenant within 1 month. Lisa is pleasant, organized, and effective. She's honest--never asked us to stretch the truth to benefit our case, which we greatly appreciated. Rachel is a wonderful attorney. She has been a Godsend to me. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I had a previous attorney working on my divorce case and was getting nowhere. I was discouraged to go back to Court to fight for my kids' custody because they were in their late teens. Other attorneys told me that the judge would most likely let them live with their "preferred parent", due to their ages. Ashley understood that this case was not a simple custody dispute; it was parental alienation and it was hurting my kids. I was involved in a situation where a family member was harassing and stalking me incessantly, and the police would not act on removing her from our property unless I had a TPO. Ashley's office was able to jump on the case quickly and was able to secure an emergency TPO and 12-month TPO following multiple incidents. Unfortunately, the harassment and stalking did not stop there, but the situation became complicated when the perpetrator's physical location was unknown. Despite that, Ashley and her team supported us as we approached out renewal of the TPO extension, and Ashley was able to help us secure a permanent protection order to protect myself and my family from further harassment and stalking.

My wife’s immigration was stuck for years and doing my research I found the best way to fix this was to file a writ of mandamus. however, few lawyers were willing to take it up. I contacted one lawyer who I had to pay $150 for consultation but that went nowhere. He first said that he would do it and then he decided to back out. I then reached out to an attorney that my aunt recommended in Florida, but he said he couldn’t help me as I was a Georgia resident, but he would recommend me a few lawyers in Georgia. I contacted the people he recommended and one of them led me to Hiba and I am very glad that she did. Hiba‘s price was very reasonable. She was a very caring attorney checking in on me to see how I was doing and how my wife was doing. Finally she was a very competent lawyer and did what we asked. She filed the writ and even fought my case against the government government when they decided to be difficult. Thanks to her efforts my wife was finally able to join me after many painful years. My advice is do not look at any other lawyers, Choose Hiba right away you will not be sorry.

Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

Motorcycle crashes are very scary...especially when you're hit by an oncoming motorcycle...in your lane! Lashandra is an excellent attorney. I couldn’t be more pleased with Allison Affleck from the company. My case had a change of venue and we faced a very difficult judge who did not allow Allison to present a proper case and ended up giving me a partial ruling. I appeal and ended up back with the judge. The whole time Allison was positive in obtaining the right documentation to submit and this time she was able yo cross examine the doctor the judge had. Everything went in my favor but the judge ruled against me. We appealed again and finally after over eight years received a fully favorable ruling taking my benefits back to day 1.
During the whole time Allison went above and beyond for me because she said I deserved the benefits. The whole firm was very professional and helpful. Allison was superb during my third appeal for disability. I handled the first to myself and was declined and I should have called them from the beginning. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer and getting headwinked. Turns out it's a flat fee and worth every penny and more. I was a fool not to do it sooner.
During my hearing the trial lawyer was a real intimidating jerk, I hung up at the end in tears. Allison called me after the fact and assured me that in 2 months if we got a negative appeal we would just file a fourth one rest assured. She just plugged on and tried to put his demeanor out of her mind, asked all the right questions, and kept me focused about the facts. About 10 days later I got 100% positivity on my claim.
It wouldn't be fair not to give credit to Dawn, who handles all of the legwork, paperwork, back end stuff, from my initial call with her to the very end. She was there every step of the way. Flawlessly efficient, pacient, always returning my calls or emails within a day. Extremely competent law firm!
