I initially chose JP Law Office for my divorce case based on their reputation and the promising start I experienced. Nicolette was approachable, proactive, and seemed genuinely committed to guiding me through this challenging time. In the beginning, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Their close attention to detail and prompt responses gave me hope that my case would be handled with the utmost professionalism.
However, as the case progressed, I began to notice a concerning shift. What started as a proactive and client-focused approach gradually turned into a frustrating experience. Communication became less frequent, and important aspects of my case seemed to be overlooked or delayed.Instead we were wasting hours in not so important details. It became increasingly clear that the level of care and diligence I initially received was no longer a priority. They were managing different cases but also mine and they had no incentives to spend the hours in the relevant and important details.
Unfortunately, this decline in service had significant consequences. Not only did it lead to unnecessary delays, but it also resulted in considerable financial strain and a disastrous sentence. I hired Kelly back in August 2019, notified him of my situation and asked if he could help me retain rights to my daughter. Not only did we not get anything accomplished he took $6900 of mine and for two months did not even contact me after telling me he was going to submit everything to the courts and I should hear back ASAP from him. That being said it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. Don’t want anyone else to have to go down the route like I did.

Wow! I couldn't have expected this outcome. I received a charge for a DWI. Betty was referred to me by a former member of the Attorney General's office. He gave me 5 names that he said he would use if he needed these or other services. I interviewed them and hands down, she was the most professional and was clearly interested in helping me and not bragging about her wins. Of the 5, she was in the middle of the price range which also was a good sign to me.
Simply, Betty was able to get my case dismissed and will be able to get it expunged from my record. I was told over and over that it's very difficult these days to get these cases dismissed. She went above and beyond in her availability to talk at most any time and her detailed explanations to educate me.
Not only did Betty work through Covid to keep me informed by email and via mail with hard copies, she drove the prosecuting attorney to speed up the reviews and in record time.
It's worth noting that she said that I did everything she asked timely. I took some classes voluntarily and completed the necessary evaluations. You'll want to do whatever she recommends.
I'd like to give her 10 stars - this was totally unexpected.

After being arrested for a dwi and being underage, I hired Betty to be my attorney. Explaining to her the messy situation of my case she made it clear that she was going to do everything she could to help me win. Betty was very honest with me and guided me through this process as someone who has never been in trouble with the law before. My case was very rare and complicated because I was being accused of a dwi. Betty had told me that she has never had a client that had a similar case as me. In the end she helped me win my case. We were able to prove that I was not the driver that night since I had two witnesses that were in the car the night of the arrest who were the designated drivers. The dwi was lowered to only a public intoxication ticket since I was drinking and was underage, and as well winning the drivers license hearing. I am so thankful for what Betty has done for me. Her many years of experience showed and I couldn't be where I am today without her help. I highly recommend you hire her for any criminal defense, dwi or dui case.

Brad took over my case from another attorney during a difficult time. My daughter's father (my ex-husband) did not return her after her agreed upon visit the summer of 2014. He took away her means of communicating with me and others. Over a period of days, he would set a return date, then change it. My daughter was distressed and lost her trust in him. Because of previous attempts to get a resolution that supported my daughter, I did not have a lot of faith in the system. In late December 2015, Bradley Coldwell stepped in when my then attorney could not continue with my case as he was running for public office and my common-law husband of 16+ years was pulling every dirty trick he could think of to make the divorce as difficult and expensive as possible. After agreeing in April 2015 to mediation within 60 days, he refused to turn over discovery forcing me to subpoena the requested documents, denied we were married, demanded a jury trial at the last minute before the final trial date, then firing his attorney and hiring a new one who he said was “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”. My husband than announced that he had deliberately conflicted out every good attorney in town. Thank goodness, he skipped Brad in the conflicting process.
Brad got a second temporary orders hearing scheduled for early February 2016. Not only did he get the agreement that I regretting making in April 2015 reversed, he also got me temporary support, a large amount of attorney’s fees and the judge denied every one of my husband’s requests. Watching Brad and his paralegal, Ryan Dixon, in action at that hearing was more than I could have asked for. Calm, cool and always in control. Brad became my hero that day.
Through discovery updates and everything else that happened Brad and Ryan kept me up to date, never missed a deadline and were always there to answer my questions and calm my fears.
Our half-day mediation in June 2016 lasted 14 hours and turned out better than I could have dreamed of. By agreement, I received over half of the martial estate and other provisions that I don’t believe another attorney could have gotten for me.
I believe that my now ex-husband understands that he did not hire “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”, I did …. and his name is Bradly Coldwell.
I highly recommend Bradley Coldwell of Coldwell Bowes. He will always be my HERO. Everyone at Coldwell Bowes are extremely professional and very nice.

I used Jeff Kelly for a real estate transaction. First, in this world I would recommend getting a lawyer on the purchase contract. Jeff knows the "end game" as a lawyer which is invaluable. Real estate agents don't have anyone's interest in mind but their own and make a transaction difficult. Spend your money with Jeff as your agent.
