Mr. Thomas is the lawyer that you need and you always want to keep in your contacts, close to your hands.
The first day that I came in to his office, I had a lot of confusion and sadness as my case was dropped by another lawyer seemingly without hope.
As soon as Mr Esparza saw me, he told me: we will work together, I'm going to do my best to re build your case and we will rock it, and he did it. He and his team did an excellent job and He made my case easier than it was, everyone won.

We trusted Mr. Esparza to help us to attain my wife's citizenship. We assumed that he would be looking out for our best interest. Mr. Esparza's legal aid made a mistake thereby putting us in a situation where our family is at risk of being torn apart. When we confronted Mr. Esparza about the mistake, he refunded us some of our money. I looks like from his other ratings, he normally does a great job but beware! If there is a mistake, he will drop you and not take responsibility for his mistake!

Robin and his assistant, Sierra, were great. I had to have my property deeds corrected in order to be able to claim the proper tax reduction from the county on the land. It was a bit complex and took many steps to get it completed. I really appreciated all the time they took from the initial meeting, letting me know up front how the costs would be applied per month. I was glad to have the monthly cost breakdown that showed me exactly what I was paying for. This was not a quick process but Robin kept me informed all the way what was going on. Robin and Sierra got all the paperwork filed on the deeds and I was able to file the proper paperwork with the county tax office for the corrected tax breaks. The initial cost will be overshadowed by the savings in future property tax deductions. Thank you, Robin & Sierra
PS. Robin holds monthly workshops on Real Estate, Wills, Probate & etc. I have attended at least one and plan on more. I recommend the workshops. Just call his office and ask about the workshops, you'll be glad you did.

Called Gary L Britt. Brief phone call. He mentioned that his services would cost a thousand dollars, after asking me to repeat what I was saying several times. He then said goodbye and hung up, as I was responding. Although he is welcome to conduct himself as he pleases, I found him to be quite rude. He will be the inspiration for many future jokes regarding hypothetical dotard attorneys that are nearing retirement. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits, sir!

Really poor experience. Hired him to do a very simple contract that he said he could knock out in one afternoon and he literally took months to work on it, was not responsive and at the end , after wasting about 4 months of our time couldn't deliver it. He did refund the money but it was a very poor and unprofessional experience.

My husband and I sought Ms. Eccles help for a legal matter. She seemed quite knowledgeable and helpful, and a second phone conversation a couple of weeks later seemed to indicate that we were all on the same page.
Then she went incommunicado for 3 full MONTHS.
No communication was acknowledged, let alone answered. Phone calls went unanswered. Texts went unanswered. E-mails went unanswered. Snail-mail letters went unanswered. We even tried a couple visits to her office -- it was closed.
3 full months of ZERO communication is just too unprofessional an attitude to give a recommendation for, no matter how knowledgeable she seemed on our first meeting.

I hired Lenore Shefman to represent me in a civil lawsuit as a Defendant.
After payment of a retainer, this attorney did zero work on my case, quite literally.
For example:
She never filed a letter to represent with the court. Ever.
She did, however, make some limited contact with opposing counsel, and as a result of that contact, the opposing counsel sent Shefman numerous filings and time sensitive legal documents, all of which Shefman completely ignored.
It got so bad that the opposing counsel contacted me directly to inquire if I was actually represented, and advised me personally of a scheduled hearing on the matter.
I showed up at the hearing and Shefman was a no-show. The judge asked me if I was represented because Shefman had filed nothing with the court saying so. The judge thought I was pro se. I requested and received a continuance so that I could find more suitable counsel.
After the hearing no-show, I made repeated attempts to contact Shefman. She answered no phone calls, retuned no voice mails, and answered no emails. I requested a refund of my retainer in these numerous messages.
I ended up filing a complaint with the Texas State Bar, for help in soliciting Shefman for the rightful refund. I explained that Shefman appeared to have rendered zero legal services.
Only as a result of the complaint, weeks later, did I receive a 50% partial refund of my retainer via a personal check from Shefman. It is unclear to me why Shefman kept the other 50%.
At some point after I received the partial refund from Shefman, Shefman sent me a nasty email complaining of my complaint to the Texas State Bar, and in this email she threatened legal action against me if I was to ever leave on online complaint about her, such as on Avvo. Within this same email she also advised me that I did not have attorney-client privilege. I was clueless on what prompted such an email.
I would obviously not recommend Lenore Shefman to anyone at all.

I hope you are never injured in an accident as a motorcyclist, cyclist or pedestrian but if you are, you should call Lenore from the ambulance like I did. Lenore and her team were there for me, literally in the hospital with me and then in the months and months of fighting with insurance and providers. Lenore got blood out of turnips for me. She somehow settled hundreds of thousands in medical bills for the piddly amount of the driver's liability coverage and still managed to get me some money in my pocket to pay off the misc. debts associated with the accident. I have no idea what I would have done without Lenore and Cece and that whole team of compassionate pit bulls. They really do care about the victims they represent and make me believe justice is possible.

Todd was originally referred over to us by a lawyer friend. Todd worked on expunging a completed case starting, and the correspondence started off well. After sending in payment and paperwork to his office on February 5th, I sent a follow up email 10 days later asking for an update. After a month of calling his office and not hearing anything back via email, on March 18th we received an update. After that things ran smooth and anytime I reached out by email he was quick to respond. It was stressful to not hear anything about the case for a month, and we weren't sure if it was even being worked on. I am however grateful that Todd was able to complete this for myself and my family, and was able to do it in a 90 day span.

When I first hired Marshall, I really felt that he was going to help my and my daughter, or at least that's what he said. Although, I had years of well-documented evidence to provide to the court, Marshall's poor decision-making and lack of planning led my family down a nightmarish path. When I became so fearful for my daughter's safety that I asked him to non-suit the case, he refused. Then, he strolled into final hearing with very little preparation, despite our pleading, and erased any progress we had made. His poor and reckless decisions and final positions were not at all what I wanted, and angered the judge who made me and my young child pay the price. He then tried to imply that my situation was not that bad by disclosing details of other cases and terrible outcomes, in order to minimize his failure. We will forever be paying for Marshall's poor judgment and poor planning. My family will never be the same.

First off im going to say wow!! Marshall exceeding everything in what I was looking for in a custody attorney!! I came into this a nervous wreck and beyond scared for any down outcome. Marshall immediately reassured me of the good mom I am and how these steps are not easy but we will get through them together and that we did! So far Chris has been very responsive to my emails and following up with my questions. He seems to know quite a bit about "the system" and I am hopeful that my case will dissolve here quickly. He seems to truly care about my situation, and that itself is a breath of fresh air. Having an attorney that actually responds and acts like they really care about your situation is very comforting, even if they don't, but I believe he does. I wish I would've hired him from the get go but you can't hire who you don't know so I hope that my review gets his name out there so others can hire an attorney whom they know they can trust.

This lawyer is VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. After a loooonngggggg time of going through a divorce with Chris McHam representing me, he has literally done nothing. He charges me for the mistakes that HE makes; and then they're not even correct- like misspelling my name and takes MONTHS to respond to an email and then only writes one sentence and charges me $100 when he didn't even address my concerns. He also doesn't answer the phone when called several times concerning important things. When I'm talking he tells me to "stop talking" and laughs - when I am addressing concerns- very disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! He'll take your money and not do anything.

I paid an attorney service to have a ticket dismissed and he was the person they had take on my case. The ticket should have just been dismissed but the procecutor showed grainy video with audio that cut out important conversations with the officer as for me was not sufficient enough to peruse a trial but he didn’t argue that and he took it to trial. The trial was very short but he did not even try to defend my side of the case. Needless to say I was found guilty of the minor traffic infraction and had to pay a fine. If he had put a small amount of effort my case would have been easily dismissed or won. I’m also disappointed with the jury one of them being an attorney of law them self and knowing the law they found me guilty only because they believed the cop over me. I was not guilty of the infraction.

My husband was on 6 years probation and came up dirty for a taip assessment one time in all his 6 years in probation. Krista jumped on it fast and was in there on the first week to visit him. The judge wanted to send him away or extend him for three years and a 9 month treatment. Krista got it knocked down for one year probation and a 3 month treatment. Our family is greatly appreciated and I recommend her for everybody. Great job Krista and god bless you.

Krista represented me for a DWI. My situation was very very messy (other pending charges, new charges midway through case) somehow she was able to get me an excellent plea bargain that allowed me to keep my license, keep the DWI off my record and not serve any jail time. She comes recommend from a lawyer in my extended family that advised me Krista is who she would hire if she was in my situation.

The lawyer has failed to be more responsive. She has been working on a case since 2019 and still waiting for a resolution. Getting in touch with her seems nearly impossible since she’s hardly ever in the office. She doesn’t answer her phone nor replies to her emails or texts even when pleading with her for a response. Still in limbo. Hoping to get case resolved in this lifetime.

Diane has assisted with both my parents' estates. We had a previous attorney in Houston but had ongoing difficultly getting specific information in spite of multiple requests. Transferring their estates to Diane was the best thing I've done. Jonathan helped me prepare a synopsis for a complaints committee meeting. He provided effective probing questions during the meeting and made sure I mentioned specific details that were crucial for the committee members to hear. I was stressed out and worried about possible sanctions, but after our preparation, my mind was eased.
