Mr. Duarte represented me for my 2nd DUI case and when the final result came out one morning just a few weeks ago, I could not stop smiling for the rest of the day. I could not believe the final outcome. It was far better outcome than I ever hoped for and anticipated.
Since the day of my 2nd DUI, it had been a long ordeal for me since I had to deal with all the stress of the court system for more than 18 months but Mr. Duarte stood strong by me every time and made me feel that I was being taken care and cared by him. My case took a lot longer than other cases but Mr. Duarte had been very patient and caring about the case.
Mr. Duarte is not only very knowledgeable and intelligent in his field but also very personable and caring about his clients.

About a year ago, I found myself in a situation that not only could have a significant impact on myself and my family, but also and even more so on my career (I am in the legal field). Facing a DUI charge is a scary position to be in, emotions become tumultuous and can often cloud sound judgment. I was referred to Francisco through a good mentor and friend of mine, and had actually referred Francisco by way of the same person recommending him myself once before, to a friend of mine. I cannot say enough about my experience with him. Not only did he achieve a fantastic outcome for my particular case, which had multiple charges and penalties in play, but most importantly he treated me with kindness, respect, understanding and a genuine, palpable compassion and empathy for me, my case and what I was facing. He without a doubt posseses the knowledge, skills and experience you really truely need in an attorney to get the best possible outcome that you can. Molly represented me in a relocation case about 8 years ago. It is not easy to win a relocation case as the non-custodial parent, but thanks to Molly's incredible talent and skill, she won my case and my son and I get to continue to spend meaningful amounts of time together on a regular basis. As she built my case leading up to trial, Molly would identify issues that had real bearing on the best interests of my son and would then build a case by coaching me through the process of developing the facts related to these issues. I use the term "coaching" very intentionally, as Molly really helped to ground me on what were reasonable requests and expectations as a co-parent with my son and encouraged me to engage with my son's mother on the relevant issues despite the inevitable conflict that would ensue. Then, when the trial started, Molly's experience as a litigation attorney on complex corporate cases really showed through. Molly was absolutely brilliant as she clearly articulated our case on each relevant issue. If you are dealing with a fairly straightforward family law issue, you would benefit from working with Molly. If you are dealing with a difficult or complex family law issue (e.g. high conflict co-parent or an issue that could go to trial), it is hard for me to imagine that you could find better representation than Molly.

Roxanne helped me out when I was hit hy an uninsured driver. She was very knowledgeable about how the process worked and helped me to understand my own UIM coverage quite well. Our situation was rather unique as I hired Steve to represent my Brother in Law for a DUI who had dementia. I live in Texas and with the pandemic it made it impossible to travel to Washington State. Shortly after the DUI, we had to admit my brother in law to a Memory Care Facility. Steve worked diligently with the prosecutor, providing him with supporting documentation of the deterioration in my Brother In Law's physical and mental condition. He was able to get an "Order of Dismissal Without Prejudice". Steve was an excellent communicator and available 24/7 if we needed him. I was charged with a DUI back in March 2019 and I thought my life was over. I thought I had no shot and my life would be ruined by a terrible decision I made. That is until I found Steve Hayne. Ms. Eslinger helped me with my estate planning documents a few years ago, including a will and power of attorney documents. During our first meeting, she explained about the probate process, we discussed about the appointment of guardians, executors, and trustees for testamentary trusts. She explained that it was not necessary for me to have a living trust even though she could have collected higher fees for a living trust. She was thorough and professional. This is the second time I tried an uncontested divorce and it went much much better. The first time was through an online "fill in the blank" site that was useless. This firm provides great directions along the way to try to prevent it from becoming contested. I had to give in a little which is fine so I could get it over with. If it did I had options to try to settle it. Bo is honest about the process and all fees, and tells you exactly what to do. There are NO surprise charges or fees. All in all I'd use this firm again, as he did his job admirably.

Mr. Weintraub was my lawyer for a modification of child-support gate. I think he did a really good job of figuring out my former spouses actual income versus what was reported and even corrected Washington State’s calculations. He looked at his finances and tax returns and I think his tax background helped a lot which is one reason I hired him. Other lawyers I consulted didn’t point them out. He has a very helpful staff and was less cost than many others quoted, so I’m very happy with his overall work.

Recently I was successfully defended by Andrew (Andy) for a speeding infraction. It was early in the morning heading West on I-90 during the morning commute (in the commuter lanes). Suddenly when I looked behind me I was being pulled over, then cited for 85mph in a 60mph zone (on the I-90 floating bridge). I may have been going a bit fast as my daughter was late for school, but with the morning traffic and morning Metro Busses in the left lane (passing lane) holding up traffic, I couldn't imagine how I (or anyone) could reach 85mph. I have state of art detection equipment (for awareness), so I know there was no radar/laser detection. The officer must have been pacing me? Again with the traffic there wasn't much chance of going that fast.
I provided Andrew videos of random days traffic conditions at the same time leading up to the court date and he did the rest. I was looking for a fine reduction, but Andrew was able to achieve a dismissal. I would highly recommend his services in the future.

Everything was in place to close on a real estate deal after a group of neighbors had banded together to purchase a collection of vacant lots. But the deal went sideways when the sellers refused to sign/close, and stopped communicating with their agent. We hired Britney to sort out the mess, which she did splendidly and quickly. She expertly and very promptly closed all the exits to protect the parcels from alternate deals and/or disruption (multiple Lis Pendens filings completed within a week of first contacting Britney). Britney's communication was rapid and thorough, and she represented multiple parties in the same action very effectively. Faced with the overwhelmingly strong hand Britney laid on the table, the sellers backed down and agreed to settle/close and pay legal fees. Overall, the closing was delayed 6 weeks, but that's much faster than we feared a legal action might take. The team at Hanson Baker was also a real asset, utilizing Keaton Hille for litigation matters and Cathy Anderson for keeping the wheels rolling. Billing breakdown was very detailed and transparent. I would not hesitate to utilize Britney and the Hanson Baker team again, if unlucky enough to face legal challenges again in the future.
