Our company was recently served demanding that we vacate our office premises due the landlord taking the position he was not aware of our arraignment of a sub-lease agreement with another tenant. Meanwhile the landlord had been fully aware of the sub-lease arraignment for many months by stopping into our office randomly to chat. Throughout we had been fully up to date on our rent.
Through a recommendation we engaged Mr Glickstein to seek some sanity in the matter and see if we could resolve this with minimum legal action. While the final outcome was not to our liking we were very pleased with the client attorney relationship with Mr Glickstein. From the beginning he approached the case very rationally seeking a positive outcome for both parties. Unfortunately a equatable solution was not to be for ourselves.
We were kept informed of the unfolding events throughout the case, meanwhile Mr Glickstein maintained a most professional attitude in dealing with the opposing party who obviously was not interested in a positive solution for both parties. In the past we have been involved with legal counsel who were most unpleasant with the opposing council. The eventual outcome in many times could have been achieved sooner by seeking a more reasonable approach.
Reasonable while still maintaining a firm position throughout the case,that coupled with a common sense approach to the facts at hand is why we would highly recommend Mr Glickstein.

When we changed our residency from NYS to Florida it was suggested that we update our Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Directives, etc. While we were looking to choose an attorney, Greg was recommended by a friend.
We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as we went through the process. He knew the right questions to ask us and his suggestions were excellent. In addition he was patient as we kept going over the details and he easily answered our follow up questions. What's more he was always dependable, discreet and cooperative by getting everything done within our time limit. Pursuing a claim against our financial advisor was something we were not eager to pursue, but with the passage of time the clarity of how badly we were wronged was undeniable. We contacted an attorney who, after reviewing our case, felt the extensive experience of Mr. Zuckerbrod would best serve us. It was a long and laborious process that included a mediation designed for the two parties to come together and agree on a settlement. There was no agreement because the broker was not interested in what we would have considered a fair settlement. The next step was for a panel of FINRA arbitrators to hear the case and make a final, binding decision. The FINRA panel’s decision resulted in an unsuitable trading and negligence judgment against the broker and an award to us. The arbitration was an exhausting 9-10 day hearing. Mr. Zuckerbrod’s ability to remember details was nothing short of amazing. His background and understanding of FINRA rules was absolutely crucial to the presentation of our case. We feel very, very fortunate to have had someone of his caliber advocating on our behalf. He was always professional, supportive, and patient, and he always stressed honesty above all else. That was just more reassurance for us that we were working with the right person.

I hired Todd to represent me in a case involving litigation against one of the largest companies in the planet. I texted Geoff as soon as I collected my thoughts and was rescued from my totaled vehicle. I was guided throughout the immediate aftermath of being T boned via text - which made me feel secure. I was alone physically but I felt protected just reading Geoff's directions on my phone. The day following the accident - I was immediately treated for hours by their doctor. Last year I was walking home from a Saint Patrick day parade, and some guy drove up on the side walk and hit me. I ended up being taken t the hospital and later required shoulder surgery. Turns out he not only did not have a drivers licence, but he was also uninsured. Kristen and Jeff took on my case. I was able to get the therapy I needed and also they put me in contact with the best shoulder surgeon in the area. even though the driver was uninsured , They found a way to get me over $100,000.00 total settlement. It is unusual to find good representation when you need a defense for an attorney suing you for non payment of legal fees. It put Nate in a difficult position to ask him to defend me against one of his colleages but he saw that we were right and he prepared to go to trial. Three days before trial the prosecution buckled and settled the case.

I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. Mr. Lesser was referred to me by a family friend who is also an attorney. Mr. Lesser saw me immediately, and his Associate Attorney Alicia Zweig met with me as well. Not only did Mr. Lesser and Alicia call me often to check on my progress on getting well often, then made sure I got the medical care I needed. They constantly kept me in the loop, giving me details on their progress. I mostly spoke with Alicia, who is an attorney. As a former paralegal of 20 years, I know that communications go through the attorney's paralegals. Every time I called the office I spoke with someone who had answers for me. I did speak with Alicia's paralegal Christina, who was not only amazing and pleasant to speak with, but very knowledgeable of my case. I felt like family there. I never felt like a burden, which is so important. Finally, I received my settlement, after Alicia aggressively pursued the best settlement she could. We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Joy is very nuts and bolts, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with family law and the court system with lots of background examples to draw from she used to support my case.
