I had to force the sale of a Florida condo that I and one of my relatives jointly inherited. The first lawyer I contacted told me that it would be expensive to force the sale. They also told me that I would need to travel to Florida. I waited years before I again looked into getting a lawyer. The condo association referred Max Paul, Esq. After I agreed to his reasonable hourly rate, Max went to work. I did not need to travel to Florida. Max represented me so that I no longer had to communicate with my relative. Max did an amazing job and quickly convinced my relative to execute a contract allowing the property to be offered for sale. Max also communicated with the sales agent and kept me informed each step of the way. The process became stress free for me because Max handled everything. As a result, the condo was sold at market rate rather than at auction. Max’s efforts brought closure for my family. He took care of me on an emotional and professional level. Carl Rosen, long time partner with Broad and Cassel, assisted my mother with her estate when my father passed away 2 years ago. I initially met with Mr. Rosen from Broad and Cassell when my husband passed away in 2012. I was originally working with another local estate-planning attorney but was not completely satisfied. I found myself leaving our meetings confused and with more questions than when I arrived. After meeting with Mr. Rosen, I was able to fully comprehend not only the documents we created, but the entire process as well. His knowledge of the law was extensive and he demonstrated a great deal of patience during this very difficult time in my life. He returned my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner and was accessible to me at all times. Mr. Rosen also helped coordinate correspondences between my other attorney, my accountant and my financial advisor which was a tremendous burden lifted off of my shoulders. Ronny Dikes has done a great job so far on my foreclosure.
He found a few inaccuracies with the loan and was able to buy me years on my foreclosure. Now the bank can’t foreclose due to incorrect legal description. Who knows how long ill be here mortgage free!!

I went to David's law firm to speak with his partner first, and his partner referred me to David. We hit it off immediately; he listens well, makes no assumptions until he has heard everything and takes notes so his questions are succinct and to the point.
My issue was with a rogue HOA president who just wanted to make certain homeowners lives miserable. David was prompt and thorough in all of his correspondence to the opposing attorney and made sure he followed up with me weekly, even if there was no movement. I really appreciated the fact that he let me proof all of the letters to the opposing attorney, and took my edits/additions to heart.
David was able to not only bring closure to the matter with the opposing attorney but made sure all of the false claims brought against me (with fines attached) were wiped clean from my HOA ledger so I was once again a homeowner in good standing.
I was grateful for David's work and would hire him again if needed.

I've worked with a number of lawyers in the past, many of whom I've felt were counting hours or simply too busy to work with me in a meaningful way. In other circumstances, they were not knowledgeable enough on the topics I had issues on, and I didn't feel comfortable with them.
With David I've had none of these issues. He's always extremely patient with servicing my issues, and has a very good understanding of a broad variety of legal concerns that I bring to his desk.

Mr. Tregerman was my lawyer in my foreclosure. He did a great job in representing me and the bank agreed to a modification instead of foreclosure. I believe it was based on his ability to show the bank, which was not my original lender, that there was possible fraud in the preparation of the mortgage.

I highly recommend Ms.Doreen Inkeles by receiving extremely outstanding service from her. She not only does the job with ease but is highly smart and dedicated to the needs and expectations of the client. I myself was facing the situation when I was sent the divorce notice through my husband's attorney in Florida, while I was in Michigan. Facing the hardest circumstances of domestic violence and fraud in marriage, I could not have possibly visited Florida to fight my case and answering back to the petition. Steve Pesso has been my attorney for nearly 10 years. I’m one of the tough divorce cases that was tricky to start with, go through, and has lingering issues due to a textbook narcissistic ex. From the beginning, Steve has demonstrated great insight to psychology of personality and remains calm in spite of family law’s notorious roller coaster rides.
He prepared my case for trial with remarkable detail and during the trial, told the story of my life which (without going into detail) made it crystal clear to the judge to rule in favor of me.
The way he prepped me prior to trial was key as well, as that translated to me knowing how to handle the opposing counsel’s purposeful digs aimed at getting under my skin and trying to make me lose my cool.
He is grounded and affable with the opposing counsel and treats the other party with dignity and respect. This is important because it diffuses that go-to drama so many divorce attorneys rely on.
Steve tells me the way it is. Sometimes that really irks me, but he does not make promises he can’t deliver. I know he has my back and I’ve been able to truly count on him during the worst times of my life.
Because I have been treated so well, I highly recommend to anyone who is contemplating divorce, to consult with Steve and hire him to take care of you.

This attorney, Mr. Don A. Paradiso was retained to represent me in a situation involving banking and stock market securities. He guided the case to a very satisfactory conclusion involving a settlement. What impressed me most was his patience in asking probing question meant to extract the facts of the case. Also, he makes it a point to keep his clients updated, in my case on a weekly basis. Not one week went by when he did not touch base with me to explain the last thing that happened and what his plan was for the next thing to happen. I have used lawyers in the past that did not call for 6 months and then only found the time to talk to you after you called them. When the bank tried to foreclose on my mortgage because i was a little passed due, I want to a modification specialist I heard adveretise on the radio. Big mistake. All hey did was take my money and make empty promises. A business associate referred me to Don Paradiso and my situation improved immediately. He was able to negotiate more favorable terms with my bank, and was able to get a loan modification for me quickly and effectively. All the while keeping me informed and up to date. I am the nervouse type who asks a lot of questions, and not once did Don show impatience or annoyance at any of my many questions no matter how trivial.
I would not hesitate to use or reccomend Don Paradiso to anybody. My only regret was not knowing about Don sooner.
