I hired Joe to represent me for injuries that I got in a car accident. I decided to use Joe because a friend of mine said how caring Joe was. I usually don't reviews (good or bad), but I have to say that Joe was great. Everything that my friend told me and everything that I read about Joe was absolutely true. We had a tricky real estate issue with a contract that needed to be cancelled because it wasn't valid and the buyer in question was violating FL real estate statutes. We contacted Tim and he had a cease and desist letter prepared almost immediately and we had a cancellation of contract within 2 days. He was straight to the point, knew exactly which statutes were being violated and was so knowledgeable that the other party knew they had no fight and complied immediately. We would gladly use Tim again for any other real estate needs.

I hired Warren to represent my son in a personal injury case. At the time I hired Warren I didn't even know where my son was due some really strange legal issues. As soon as I hired Warren within a day, Warren had discovered my son's location and his condition. My son was badly injured and I was very worried because I didn't know the extent of his injuries and due to the legal issues was not able to find out. Warren went above and beyond the call of duty of any attorney to locate my son and put my mind at ease concerning his welfare. Warren gave consistent updates about the related criminal case as well as what he knew about my son's physical condition. He was able to quickly resolve the criminal case, getting the case dropped. One of the most settling things I did with my parents was to sit with Mr. Walser and have him explain to all of us how to prepare my parent's estate. It put both my mother and father at complete ease knowing they had someone they could trust to call should they have any questions. I hired Adam Werner when I was seriously injured at work. Before I found him I had almost given up trying to fight Workers Comp. I couldn't get medical care, couldn't work, was barely able to walk, and wasn't receiving anything from my job or Work Comp. Within a week or so if talking to him and hiring him to represent me I had doctors appointments, rides to and from when I needed, and started receiving indemnity benefits (pay checks). It was a nightmare before he helped me. Work Comp does everything they can to give you the least amount of care and spend the least amount of money helping injured workers. If you need somebody to fight for you that knows the system and how to use the law to force comp to take care of you talk with Adam. I was able to reach him 7 days a week when I needed to and he was always there. Adam and his long time Paralegal Linda are an awesom team. OK.... First, let me state my exwife has forced me into court 4 times. All of the legal proceedings were were unnecessary and vindictive. I have paid everything the courts required and have never been late. I hired Mr. Smith for a child support modification. Opposing counsel was Boca Raton's high profile "Paper Boy".... a guy known for running up fee's and playing on the emotions of mostly angry clients. Andrew Smith destroyed this guy in court. He fought ethically and honorably. What I found most interesting was our first meeting. In the course of 1 hour he laid out what the legal issue was, what was going to happen, and how he would approach the other side. He was 100% correct.
If you are going through the unfortunate process of divorce / child support, etc....... You owe it to yourself to hire this guy. Iv had 4 attorneys and hands down this guy was the best. ...... In terms of honesty, competence, ethics and appropriate aggressive litigation..... this guy gets an A++. Hire him. You will be glad you stumbled on this review.

I found Alan on AVVO just out of pure luck, thank God. Better lucky than smart. He has been my savior. I purchased a property with numerous title faults, and had I not found Alan, it would still be a mess. I would have had to sell the property for a huge loss, if I would have been able to sell it. The number of attorneys that could have solved this mess, nor wanted to tackle it, is extremely limited.
