I hired Mr. Hamerslough and his team to help me with my child custody case and I couldn’t have been more happy with doing so, best choice I could have made. I knew from just the first phone call that I wanted him as my representative. Mr. Hamerslough was absolutely amazing and so was everyone at his firm, they did such an amazing job explaining things, keeping me in the loop of what was happening and really walking me though every process. They were so kind and really listened to everything I had to say, every concern, every question no matter what they were. When they say they work for you they really mean it. This firm made me feel like my case and I were important, that it truly mattered to them. They were all so knowledgeable of the all the laws and how to do things right. Scott and his firm are amazing!!! I spoke to a lot of lawyers before hiring Scott, he was the only one that wasn't money hungry and cared about my situation. I have been fighting for 5 years in court for my children because father was abusive. I had a very difficult judge that refused to relocate the kids. With the knowledge and expertise of Scott and his firm my children were relocated to primarily live with me and their father time is monitored to keep the kids safe. They were always responsive and prepared on important dates. I would recommend Scott and his firm to anyone dealing with child custody issues and will use them for any future issues that I may have. My brother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Will and a Personal Representative to oversee the distribution of his estate. Upon his passing his PR suddenly lawyered up and cut all communications with myself and younger brother we are both heir’s as is the PR. The environment got very hostile, I could never get straight answers from the PR or her attorneys. So I decided to see if I could get some legal advise. I found a web site which offered free legal assistance, I submitted the questions I needed answered and waited for a reply… Robert Murillo answered my questions this guy is restored my faith in the legal profession . He listened to me and then told me what my options were, I was impressed and hired him that was around the end of January 2024 it’s now 2/25/2024 and I will be receiving my inheritance possibly as soon as next week! Initially I defended myself as I thought the cost to hire a lawyer would have been prohibitive. As the case grew more complex, I reached out to Mr. Murillo who helped me understand the complexities of the case, and what I needed to do to settle the case without a judgment being awarded against me.
His fees were reasonable and he went above and beyond what I expected, and genuinely took an interest in helping me.

Lee Strickler represented me in a nasty divorce with factors including high income, business ownership, multiple properties, and false accusations. She stood by me for the entire nine year maintenance agreement where I needed her assistance from time to time. With all the cases she has, she never forgot mine. At the end of the maintence agreement my ex tried to modify, and as always, Lee was on it, strong, on point, knew Colorado law and applicable case law, and we had a favorable outcome, meaning it's over!
I highly recommend her and if I had to do it again I would not consider any lawyer but Lee.

I recently got a speeding ticket and had Mr. Friedman represent me in court. I was charged with a Felony DUI. I could of been sent to DOC for two to six years.
Paul took a personal interest in my case, He worked diligently to get my charges reduced to work release and probation. He even worked it out to where everything was transferred to my home county.

Samuel was recommended to us by a friend. My husband I spoke with several attorneys regarding my husbands case, being that this would be our 4th attempt at getting my husband a chancr at becoming a legal resident we found the process so stressful.
The moment my husband and I met with Samuel at our consultation we knew right away that he knew exactly what he was talking about and that he had the knowledge and experience we were looking for. I was referred to Mr. Jurdem and his firm with the tagline, "I'd trust him with my life, and my families' lives" as a criminal defense attorney.
I had been accused of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, harassment, stalking, obstruction of telephone, etc., over 3 felonies. NONE of which I was guilty of, in fact, there was absolutely NO VIOLENCE (not a phone call, not a text, not an email) HOW COULD I BE CHARGED? If convicted or "cut a deal" to end the nightmare of lengthy court proceedings, I would NEVER be able to continue my career path in Medicine. It would obvious I needed the most meticulous trial attorney in Boulder/Denver. Upon our first meeting, it became evident why another attorney would refer me to this Law Firm. From day one, Mr. Jurdem was kind and observably brilliant with impeccable attention to detail. During the course of the status conferences and court proceedings leading up to trial, I accumulated 3 more charges which carried a MANDATORY prison sentence of up to 10 years if convicted. My case was like no other. When we would communicate, sometimes multiple times a week, and meet to discuss specific details that were crucial to the case, Mr. Jurdem was always such a pleasure, even given my life circumstances. I was offered a few plea bargains and continued to stand my ground as NOT GUILTY. Mr. Jurdem supported my EVERY decision throughout this case. Going to trial was one of the scariest moments of my life..yet somehow even though I was an emotional wreck, I was confident in Mr. Jurdem's intensity and tenacity in the courtroom. It was evident he is respected very highly throughout the entire judicial system. I was amazed how quickly he would communicate via email, sometimes I would see a time stamp at incredibly early hours. I don't believe another attorney could have worked as hard as Mr. Jurdem and his associates. Eric handled a very complicated business lawsuit for me over a period of two years. His work was very thorough and precise and he proved to be incredibly knowledgable.
