I worked with Mr. Della Mura towards the end of last year to close on my property. As I was a first-time home buyer, I was very reluctant and scared going into the process. Needless to say, Mr. Della Mura was there every step of the way to answer each and every question I had in layman language. The day before our closing, I found out that my bank had forgotten to schedule a lawyer for the closing day to represent them. Mr. Della Mura stepped in and was able to find my bank a lawyer on such short notice. He is very thorough with what he does and it shows that he truly enjoys working with a diverse clientele. I most certainly recommend Peter for a closing attorney as he helped us close on our property through all the challenges presented. There was a lien on our title that we were unaware of, and Peter worked endlessly with the lien release party in getting the parameters met. At closing Peter made everything as easy as possible.

Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I’ve been going against my sons mother for almost 5 years in court trying to get custody over my son who’s been under my care Mr Coppage looked at me and said be honest with me and I’ll be honest with you do everything I tell you to do and the way that you are suppose to do it and well let the judicial system handle the rest. I Saira Mohammed was referred to Frank Trief September 2010. I was driving going home from the movies with my two sons Aidan (5yrs) & Adam (3yrs) in my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I was driving 20mph to 25mph between 12:30 to 1am that Saturday night into Sunday morning when i was t -bone at a right away green light intersection, which i had the green lights. The other vehicle which was an Audi was going 70mph t-bone me on to the traffic lights completely removing it and into the front of a residents house. my sons was dramatized, thank god they were seat belted properly. I was the only one sustained most of the injuries, i suffered a slip disc to my spine, torn ligaments to my left knee, pinch nerve to my upper neck and my left elbow. my sons was checked out at the emergency in good health, thank God. I made an appointment to go for consultation at Frank Trief and without any hesitation he was hired before the meeting was over.
Frank Trief discussed every single little detail about what was going to be done and what were the steps to move forward with my case. All i submitted to him was photos, details of the accident how it happened and my insurance company which was Geico and still is. He referred me to highly recognized doctors and medical facilities that was trained to handle my situation and claims. He was very on point, professional and informative in every aspect of my case. He advised me to make sure and go to my therapy appointments, get all my X-rays and if needed surgery be sure to get it done. He told me that all my results will be forward to him and that will make our case stronger and will lead in the right direction. I never one day went to court when i was served documents from the other party, I emailed or faxed everyone as I received it to Frank and he told me not to worry everything is going accordingly. I placed my trust, confidence without any sort of hesitation. He made that part of my life stress free and with confidence I was able to continue my life with my sons and Frank dealt with all my legal problems without any complains and hassle to worry about.
We won the case and i was very much satisfied and was compensated for my injuries. I will highly recommend Frank Trief because of his expertise, professionalism, and direct approach to every needed situation. God forbid a situation to happen to me in the future Frank Trief is just a phone call away, email or text message. My best regards to him on coming back to do what he's an excellent attorney.

I was struck down by a car ~ 5 yrs. ago. As you can imagine that is a very difficult time in all respects. The doctor takes care of the medical, but Frank took care of the legal issues!
He also helped calm my nerves which were so frayed. I did not know what to expect: a deposition? legal documents? He helped me through it all in a clear and calming manner. That's what you need in a lawyer. That's what he did.

This lawyer is excellent. He went to a top law schoold, and wrote a textbook for lawyers on how to handle each type of accident case. I had a construction accident where I fell off a scaffold, and he got me millions of dollars. I have much pleasure in writing this review on my immigration lawyer, Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. I have never ever written a review on anyone or anything before, but because I decided to see Mr. Newyear based on a review I read on him, I decided to give this a try with the hope that it will be of a benefit to someone else. I have lived in the United States as an undocumented alien for nearly twenty (20) years and was not able to get my green card even though I hired a lot of lawyers and paid them large sums of money for their services. But, I got no results. Then I came into contact with Roger M. Newyear, Esq. He reviewed my case during a free consultation, after which he assured me that I was eligible to adjust my status and obtain a green card. Mr. Newyear was very open and honest with me and made it sound very easy as he painstakingly explained to me in minute details the steps that we will have to take in order to accomplish our objective. The truth was it was not easy at all, this is because my initial adjustment application was denied and I was being placed under removal proceedings at the time. This amazing legal expert immediately prepared and filed my motion to reopen and for reconsideration and vigorously fought for and defended me before the USCIS. At one point the government was even taking the position that our motion to reopen and reconsider was not timely filed, but Mr. Newyear would have none of that. Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. is an extremely competent, dependable, experienced, professional and above all caring attorney. He is mostly interested in the welfare, and the best interest of his clients. His practical, pragmatic and honest approach towards solving legal problems is quite refreshing, and is very rarely found in legal professionals today. I was referred to Mr. Newyear's office by a friend of the family who recommended him very highly. I was under deportation proceedings and things were not going very well. I had paid my previous attorneys over $5000 in legal fees, but I could not see how they were helping my situation. On one occasion they did not even show up for my court hearing and had advised me not to appear either. Luckily, I followed my instincts and showed up or an arrest warrant would have been issued for me. Shortly afterwards, I was informed by my attorneys that I needed to give them $5000 more for them to prepare a 440 motion on my behalf. They further told me that if I do not have the money there was nothing more they can do for me. Mr. Newyear took on my representation, prepared my 440 motion, skillfully handled my representation in immigration court, and my case was decided in my favor.
