After my father died on a trip abroad, my mother was in bad shape. We knew we had to set up a PoA, and Rena had been recommended to us. She took her time, chatted with my mother, reviewed our previous paperwork to explain what it was missing and then helped provide us with a comprehensive PoA. Not only that, several months later we had a few questions and she was quick to answer them and cover everything we needed. I could not recommend her more as an Elder Care attorney.

I could not believe the amount of integrity this man displays when he goes about his work. He said he is going to do something by a specific time and he did exactly that. He was very attentive and concerned and he kept in contact to keep us informed of the status of our case. His rates were affordable but we would have paid him more just because of his customer service. He was certainly a breath of fresh air.

I am a mother of 2 young children which were appointed an attorney. The attorney appointed to my children by the NY Family Court was Kristine Marshall. Ms. Marshall contacted me immediately and scheduled to meet my children in her office the next day as my Emergency Custody request was to be heard by a referee in two days. Ms. Marshall ensured that her clients, my children, were fully interviewed and ensured my children were comfortable and safe in her presence. A trial began immediately and I watched as Ms. Marshall entered into court everyday well prepared and dedicated to the well being of my children. Her intrinsic commitment to children as an attorney left no doubt in my mind that Ms. Marshall's extensive experience with the fragile lives of children is her only focus. She represented my children in a way that guaranteed their voices and fears were clearly heard in the courtroom. She advocated for an immediate psychological interview for my son whom she believed was at imminent risk for emotional distress. She proved her case every step of the way. She never made any comprise if it would affect the children. Ms. Marshall is perceptive in a way which allowed a judge to continue to grant a trial and prevent my case from being tossed. Ms. Marshall is a true attorney who investigates and adheres to ONLY relevant information for your case. I commend her more than she will ever know as she defended her young clients as if they were her very own children. I will never forget Ms. Marshall and all the evidence and reports she was able to garnish for my children as I now have all the hard facts produced by this trial to move forward to another court as my case was ruled as a jurisdictional issue. This was the case no one wanted or believed in and it went farther than I ever imagined due to the work of Ms. Marshall. My children were extremely proud of having her as their lawyer. They vowed to never forget her. Neither will I.

Aside from being approachable and there for his clients every needs, his skills in the courtroom are above and beyond. Prior to the trial of my case, the defendants did not make an offer.When the verdict came from the jury,I was awarded six times more than Mr. Savedoff wanted to settle for. It was not the greatest of cases, however, Mr. Savedoff's trial skills and rapport with this jury went the extra mile and it showed when the verdict was announced.

If it's unbelievable/slash reading something like this paragraph; like: "Oh! Come on...he must be a friend writing a review for him", drop the doubt and attitude; above is my five star opinion of Terrence from experience. Terry is the one to work with for many reasons. He went so beyond the call of being helpful to me versus working to make a buck....I can only say, to this day, that his pursuit was justice. He took me on as a cause (I believe); leaving me with grattitude I will never forget; charged me like he would a close neighbor, and fought the baloney I was having slung at me for 2 years. It was hellfully stressful. I now, do remember his other motive: eliminate the need to file bankruptcy - which he did; I was being sued for $6 million then. Terry concluded work with me 7 years ago approximately. But I had never actually met him face to face. Today, by the strangest coincidence I saw his name on a Bronx office door only because I went to the 'wrong' door, for where I wanted to be going into. For 2 years or a little more, Terry and I worked on the phone and through the mail together. Today; 7 years later I met him for the first time, shook his hand, and thanked him again; he was just leaving work for the day. He even remembered my name immediately, when he answered the intercom. I remember when I was 15 and this Sicilian pizzieria owner lied and said my friends and I had robbed his place. My mother had no money, so I had to settle for a public defender. It just happened to be an older man named Robert M. Deadman. He was a public defender, but helped us as if he was a million dollar lawyer. Took us to the location of where the situation occurred and worked very hard to find the facts because I know deep down in his heart that the whole story was made up.
He was one of the only lawyers out of all of my friends lawyers who wasn't being a sloth about making sure an injustice didn't occur. I would recommend him to ANYONE that is in a similar situation. By the way, I am black. there are many injustices happening to people of my ethic group, I am glad to see Robert M. Deadman helped to protect the future. I hope he takes this review when he sees it as good karma for a good dead. :-D

i used Mr. Glassman for a very difficult co-op sale and he performed perfectly. The lawyer for the other side was clueless and Mr. Glassman had to lead him through the process. He never lost sight of the goal to get it closed.

It's not easy to get a fair settlement from the City of New York, but that's exactly what David did for me when I had an accident on an activity pathway in Central Park that had a "defect" due to maintenance neglect. David gave me excellent advice after my first surgery (I would end up requiring FOUR of them, incurring much loss and suffering!!) and after reviewing some pictures he had encouraged me to take of the accident scene, he took my case. I was very hesitant to sue at first after the accident, and of course at that time, I would not know the immense suffering I would end up going through as a result of this accident, but David knew better, was there for me, and his excellent advice eventually yielded me incredibly needed and deserved funds after everything I went through as a result of the accident, which ended up deeply affecting my life in a negative way for years to come. Trusting him was one of the best decisions I've EVER made in my life and I am so incredibly grateful to him! I have known David both in a personal and professional capacity for over 18 years, and I can attest to his integrity, effectiveness, extremely high intelligence, and the fact that he truly CARES for his clients!

Mr. M. Fuhrman was very accepting and polite when I walked into the office. He was very eager to assist and listen to my presentation.
