I THANK GOD BRONX DEFENDERS Has Miss Lenora Michelle Easter on the team!!! Miss Easter helped me out sooo much when I called her about a complaint that was made against me. From the moment I spoke to Miss Easter she was on the case. I was a mess and very upset at the matter, but Miss Easter calmed me down and assured me all would be ok. It was surreal for me because we didn't meet in person and she was helping me without asking for 1 cent.. She spoke calm but firmly. It was like I knew her for years. Everything she said moving forward with my case was real/legit. She was so knowledgeable and very understanding. But at the same time letting me know my options. She Told me everything I was up against and what was best for me to do.. She lead me every step of the way thru the process of turning my self in to the precent. Until my release 9 hrs later which 2 old summons popped up on me. And she helped me with those too. My 17 year old son was represented by Lenora on a felony matter.... he was was represented better than I could have ever imagined. THE TRUTH ABOUT KAREN TAKACH.
When i called Karen, the first thing that i noticed was she wanted to LISTEN. Many attorney's are in a rush during an over the phone consultation. Karen gave me time to explain my situation and trust me; i was anxious, scared, stressed, and just miserable. My life felt upside down.. just a damn mess. My former landlord wanted me out of his apartment because i refused to give him more money than what Section 8 approved my share of the rent. My apartment failed inspection due to repair neglect since he was upset and refused to make repairs. The first marshall notice to evict me made my heart race,then fear, hysteria, and depression became settled in. I went to court on my own and the judge treated me like i was a roach..undeserving and unimportant. My landlord ofcourse had his attorney, so i immediately felt alone and voiceless. Constantly leaving work to do "Show Cause", I always left court upset and in tears-just being lied on and belittled.
After my last court appearance was the worse ever. lord's attorney coupled with the jud's harsh words made me want to cry. Instead, i stood tall, defended myself to the best of my ability, and took ever painful punch. I refused to let them see me broken. That is the day i seeked counsel.
After my consultation with Karen and Greg, i hired them (their a team). I left out feeling "lifted". The best part, Karen and Greg stepped in and i stepped out. Karen advocated for me and with her law knowledge, aggressive defense; kicked te landlord's atorney's ass AND slapped that smirk clean off that nasty judge's face. After she represented me, I HAD A VOICE AND THEY ALL RESPECTED ME!!!
Karen demanded my " Emergency Transfer Package" after i waited 1 year..i received in less than 3 weeks, the "Move-in" letter i waited 3 for (after my new apartment passed inspection Sept 13, 2012... i received in 2 days!!! Karen sued NYCHA and Section 8, for not generating my move date in a timely manner. Finally, i moved out and was blessed to find a beautiful apartment for me, my 2 girls, and our pets!!!
My bottom line??? I'll keep it simple so it will stick...
KAREN AND GREG ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.

I should of have checked out all this reviews before hiring this lawyer to handle my deals,unfortunately my real estate agent already had make calls for her to handle the sale of my house & represented me with the buying of a new home,,,lord have mercy,after looking at a property that my whole family fall in love with made an offer & got accepted,did inspection & everything went well with it,after they accepted my offer this lawyer never answered the emails from the sellers lawyers,unfortunately they move on with another offer after they have accepted mines but because the insufficient interest from this lawyer my DEAL went down the toilet thanks to MANDEEP & whom ever worked at her office by not answering the emails from the seller’s TEAM,,of curse I had to start all over again shopping for a different house & make moves with different LEGAL team,hopefully people gets to read this short & disappointing review & think more than twice before hiring legal representation like I did because what I have went through because the neglect of a team who were supposed ti work & service me did the totally opposite me working around the clock to buy a new home,the name is right up there for future references,finally I’ve got a new lawyer who jump & work like she was supposed to do,at the end of the day my new lawyer did more work of me selling the house than what she were supposed to do,I did learn my lesson & wowwwwww,the way I did wasn’t what I have expected from MANDEEP and her team,read reviews & catch up with things before hiring lawyers that they will flush good deals down the toilet & of curse with no VALID explanations for their huge mistakes.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I worked with Mr. Della Mura towards the end of last year to close on my property. As I was a first-time home buyer, I was very reluctant and scared going into the process. Needless to say, Mr. Della Mura was there every step of the way to answer each and every question I had in layman language. The day before our closing, I found out that my bank had forgotten to schedule a lawyer for the closing day to represent them. Mr. Della Mura stepped in and was able to find my bank a lawyer on such short notice. He is very thorough with what he does and it shows that he truly enjoys working with a diverse clientele. He genuinely cares about his clients and leaves no stones unturned to ensure them the best service there is. I would hands down work with him again and highly recommend him to anybody looking for a real estate attorney in the Bronx area.

I most certainly recommend Peter for a closing attorney as he helped us close on our property through all the challenges presented. There was a lien on our title that we were unaware of, and Peter worked endlessly with the lien release party in getting the parameters met. At closing Peter made everything as easy as possible.

I have much pleasure in writing this review on my immigration lawyer, Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. I have never ever written a review on anyone or anything before, but because I decided to see Mr. Newyear based on a review I read on him, I decided to give this a try with the hope that it will be of a benefit to someone else. I have lived in the United States as an undocumented alien for nearly twenty (20) years and was not able to get my green card even though I hired a lot of lawyers and paid them large sums of money for their services. But, I got no results. Then I came into contact with Roger M. Newyear, Esq. He reviewed my case during a free consultation, after which he assured me that I was eligible to adjust my status and obtain a green card. Mr. Newyear was very open and honest with me and made it sound very easy as he painstakingly explained to me in minute details the steps that we will have to take in order to accomplish our objective. The truth was it was not easy at all, this is because my initial adjustment application was denied and I was being placed under removal proceedings at the time. This amazing legal expert immediately prepared and filed my motion to reopen and for reconsideration and vigorously fought for and defended me before the USCIS. At one point the government was even taking the position that our motion to reopen and reconsider was not timely filed, but Mr. Newyear would have none of that. His representation of me was competent, knowledgeable, courteous, passionate and professional. My application was finally approved in October 2014 and I got my green card. Last Christmas, I was able to travel home to my country of birth to visit my wife and family and to spend the holidays with them for the first time in nearly 20 years. None of this would have been possible without the assistance, competence, skill, knowledge and professionalism of Roger M. Newyear, Esq. I am eternally grateful to this outstanding legal scholar and professional and wholeheartedly recommend his legal services to anyone who is in need of it. You will not regret it. Roger Mark Newyear, Esq. is an extremely competent, dependable, experienced, professional and above all caring attorney. He is mostly interested in the welfare, and the best interest of his clients. His practical, pragmatic and honest approach towards solving legal problems is quite refreshing, and is very rarely found in legal professionals today. I was referred to Mr. Newyear's office by a friend of the family who recommended him very highly. I was under deportation proceedings and things were not going very well. I had paid my previous attorneys over $5000 in legal fees, but I could not see how they were helping my situation. On one occasion they did not even show up for my court hearing and had advised me not to appear either. Luckily, I followed my instincts and showed up or an arrest warrant would have been issued for me. Shortly afterwards, I was informed by my attorneys that I needed to give them $5000 more for them to prepare a 440 motion on my behalf. They further told me that if I do not have the money there was nothing more they can do for me. Mr. Newyear took on my representation, prepared my 440 motion, skillfully handled my representation in immigration court, and my case was decided in my favor. I owe my wonderful opportunity to remain, live and work in the United States to the skill, experience and expertise of attorney Newyear.
