Karl did everything he could for me from the minutes I've seen him. He found out how serious my situation was and was able to assure me of my options. His analyst was super accurate and he helped me with all of the supplement situations I had surrounding my incident. Even the ones that didn't involve him! That kind of closure u won't get from another attorney. He "walked" me through, and I mean walked, the steps I need to take to make sure that my whole situation is correct...not just one part or a piece of the situation. We have a great friendly relationship as he is a funny guy also. He also understands situations that you or any other person may go through, and helps the best he can. This is no bs Carol Brent is the real deal helped me obtain ssdi in a matter of months. The contract i signed with her was a 1 page fee agreement very simple to understand searched around for other lawyers they had multiple pages they wanted to charge you fees above what is aloud other lawyers took weeks to get back to me to see if they would take case they pawn you off on there paralegals to handle your case and charge extra. My advise to you take your time to search around for a good ssdi lawyer but I already did that for you go with Brent law firm. carol does her own work answers her own phone calls you meet with her she calls you back in a matter of hours or next day she takes her time to answer all your questions helps after your approved. But remember your dealing with the state carol does everything in her power to get quick result. Call carol before you do anything on your own she likes to do all the paperwork from the beginning. Other lawyers tell you to start the paperwork on your own bs see Carol first. I highly recommend Carol but if you would like to roll the dice and go with someone else I wouldn't recommend it. I have had a very good experience with her. Her favorite saying is no worries she kind of keeps you unstressed through the process be patient 01/28/2022

David Coombs saved my career, passion and livelihood. My initial request for information from him received a quick and thorough response. After retaining David, he quickly went to work. Once I saw what he was doing on my case, my stress levels decreased significantly. David was a true advocate for me. He worked hard and was always reachable. Best of all, he is experienced, knows the military legal system very well and had the respect of the members at the Flying Evaluation Board as he is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve with over 20 years of service.
David’s use of technology was also very helpful. I am so glad we ran into Mr. Coombs and that he, agreed to take our case. My daughter is an active duty U.S. Army soldier serving in South Korea. She was wrongly accused of multiple charges under a 15-6 investigation, this case was a real juggernaut, a 32-page indictment with all kinds of twists and turns. Mr. Coombs quickly reviewed the case and gave us his initial assessment. Even though we were over 6K miles apart, he always made us feel like we were right next door, access, communication and feedback was quick and insightful, questions were tough but reflected his interest and commitment to the case. As the case progressed, we started to realize his defense strategy, its was simply brilliant. At first, I was a little hesitant to engage a lawyer without a face-to-face meeting, but he definitely have proved me wrong. He never over promised but was clear on the direction and kept us informed on possible courses of actions. The final outcome was a complete vindication, this was a relief for our entire family, I was, to say the least, very happy......none; not a single recommendation from the Investigating Officer against my daughter was validated by the decision-making authority, the entire case was basically discarded, she got her career back along with another chance to move forward thanks to Mr. Coombs' outstanding defense.

Dan is extremely knowledgeable divorce attorney that was always prompt to respond to my emails & phone calls throughout my case. I hired Dan Schuller to help get Medicaid for my mother. I live in Canada which complicates things...and this was a very difficult case. I interviewed by phone (due to the pandemic) four lawyer firms. Dan was the only one I had confidence that could succeed in getting Medicaid. I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. Even with the pandemic the total time the divorce took was approx 6 months.. She was attentive to all information sent yo us from the other attorney. She has a nice way about her but she can be a " bull dog" if it was required - from what I have heard from other attorneys she is well respected in the in her field . Nicholas Rossi and Michael Rossi handled my DWI case. They were amazing through the whole process. They were sympathetic and non-judgemental which really made me feel comfortable in such an uncomfortable situation. I want to take this opportunity to thank both Nicholas and Michael Rossi and their law firm for their exceptional representation while defending me in a recently concluded DWI case. From our first consultation, to planning our strategy, through several court appearances, to the final court decision, they were very professional and provided excellent legal advice and guidance. They treated me with constant respect and courtesy, not as a criminal. Nicholas was the primary litigator and did a great job in the courtroom, while Michael assisted providing additional counsel. It was a rather long drawn out process due to the Covid-19 impact on the legal system closing down the courts, but Nicholas kept assuring me our case was strong and to be patient, and it paid off. This is my first time retaining an attorney. I did not know what to expect or how it would go but from the first conversation I had with him on the phone he calmed me down immediately and explained the law whenever I had a question and was extremely patient. Kurt Saccone is absolutely one of the best lawyers in Buffalo, New York. I was placed in deportation proceedings and he was able to adjust my status to permanent resident. I suffered a knee injury at work 4/2018. Over a period of months my knee weakened & I was told by my doctor, I needed a replacement. My employer disagreed. I had no idea on how worker’s compensation worked.
I sent the same email to 7 attorneys. Only one responded-Jeff. My email was full of dates & names of who was told what & when. It also contained my employers responses. Jeff said the detail & amount of information in my initial email made my case. Jeff walked me through the process.
After the first hearing establishing my case, my employer denied my claim.
Jeff told me exactly how to respond & what to fill out. He was caring & patient. He returned calls & responded quickly to email. He Took time to call & explain what forms were coming in the mail & what they meant.
It took a couple hearings & an IME to authorize my claim & get my knee replaced. Jeff was there the entire time. He was patient & explained everything along the way.
I will tell everyone who needs a worker’s compensation attorney to call Jeff. He is just a nice, humble & honest guy. He made this ordeal far less stressful & easier to understand. In short, he’s awesome. If you’re new to the system & need a beacon, let Jeff be that light.

I am a Federal employee who unexpectedly encountered a highly unconventional and potentially **extremely** damaging situation for my professional career with my employer.
