We are lending money to a friend to remodel a garage into an ADU and then we are renting the unit back in exchange for repayment of the loan. Michael was very professional in the handling of my son's case involving getting time served for first offense of breaking probation. It was slighty complicated because my son was in Montgomery county where they are very strict with marijuana charges and breaking probation. He was successful in getting time served with another year of probation.

I was in a car accident in 2015 and had fractured ribs and injured my low back. I met Edward several years ago when I was looking for an attorney to handle some Landlord tenant disputes/evictions. As it turned out he was very well connected with the City of Buffalo and so he began working on some Housing court cases for me as well. Always got the results I was seeking and since then I have used Mr Betz for everything from a speeding tickets to personal injury defenses and everything in between. I was a passenger who was injured in a car accident. I had a severe hip fracture that required surgery. Sidney came to my house to see me when I first came home from the hospital. i was an underdog with the deck stacked against me. my first lawyer was assigned and openly stated his bias in my parent vs grandparent rights case, so he was dismissed. my second was retained and was only interested in settling and not going the distance or asking for a recusal of a judge who also displayed biased and was giving a grandparent the status of a parent without giving the benefit of a trial. ms jones was my third lawyer, who not only secured the judges recusal but listened to all i had to say, worked hand-in-hand with me, and went the distance, all the way to trial with a replacement judge and was successful in terminating access with a very meddlesome and contrary grandparent.

North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge. Mr. Manna handled a medical malpractice case involving my wife and the loss of her sight. He did an extensive investigation into the people and organizations he felt were responsible for the injury. I was represented by Mr.Kelly in 2021 and he was amazing. The Superior Court judge I had to go Infront of is the type of judge that favors local representation. So I was nervous actually to be honest I was terrified. Due to this being my third lawyer for the same case I was feeling helpless. But as they say third time's the charm. Mr Kelly handled my case like I was his only client even met with me at odd times and even on Sundays. He made himself available. He never once made me feel like I was a bad person or treated me like a criminal. He was compassionate and respectful. And he knew how to get around the judges tough exterior so it made court dates go smoother and a lot less stressful on me. Anyways great guy. Great lawyer.
