Very disappointed. Their website says they are compassionate as they know their clients are going through difficult times. We were respectful, conscientious and even apologetic in our verbal and written communucation to Ms. Grear and her secretary, Heather. However, unfortunately, Ms. Grear just let us go as clients, refunding part of our retainer fee because we allegedly called her secretary too often.

Linda and her staff were an absolute delight to work with. My matter was very complex with multiple siblings and a lengthy will left by my father. Linda made sure to keep me informed about my case and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. Anyone can tell what a passion she has for her job right away. Mr. Winspear is the most experienced tax lawyer around. My accountant was not equipped to deal with the IRS for an audit so I looked for a well qualified attorney. Mr. Winspear was the right choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and made me feel at ease through this very stressful process. When I called him with questions he either answered the phone or got back to me very quickly. I also found his fees very reasonable. I hope to never have to deal with the IRS again, but if I do I feel much better knowing that Bill is just a phone call away.

For half my life, it seems, I have been battling with the taxing authorities. Being a small businessman is hard enough, when it comes to the taxing authorities often your best is not good enough. That is to be expected, I suppose, but when they get you in their crosshairs, "Look Out!" After living in fear of opening my mail, countless audits, and visits from revenue agents, I finally found Mr. Winspear and he resolved my issues in short order. If this is your child's attorney contact the legal aid bureau and get a new child attorney does child attorney I have watched on multiple cases she handled one of my cases did a horrible job I watched on a few other cases when I was still going through my stuff because I got rid of her and I hear the same thing from all the same people about her that she picks the parent with the most money that she belittles the other parents regardless of proof or anything so basically if you have more money than your spouse she'll believe everything you say and shall be little you therefore she fails to look out for the safety of the children not only that on numerous occasions I heard from people that she has also lied about stuff in the courtroom that hasn't been proven yet but will be proven eventually I bet within the next 6 months because karma is real. So for anybody looking for a decent child attorney passes page don't even look further this child's attorney is horrible you could probably pay her 10 grand and she'll tell you you'll have your kids 99% of the time and at the end of the case the other party will have the kids 99% of the time you'll have them 1% and then social say that's how the balls rolled I guess you know so she's just takes your money and basically doesn't do any work for it I wish I could have a job like that for God's sakes I had to do all my own work I should be a child's lawyer I had to do all my own homework she didn't do nothing for me I literally had to get all my own affidavits and everything yeah horrible worst lawyer ever.

I have been with Sawer & Sackel for 3 separate workers comp claims and have been very unsatisfied until recently. Up until Holly took ownership in my cases I was left wondering what was going on. I was the one that had to initiate any and all inquiries into correspondences from the insurance carrier. And I rarely spoke with a lawyer and it was Never the same individual. Since working with Holly things have change my thinking entirely. She has taken ownership in my case and has gone above and beyond my expectations (or at least what my expectations of a law firm should be) and have reaffirmed my choice in a workers compensation law firm. Received this legal firm information from my employers EAP program. Office staff was friendly and kind. Scheduled quickly for an appointment, office ended up closed presumably for snow, I was able to call and make another phone consultation for later in the same week. Mr. Friedman was knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. One area that we need assistance with he is not able to address himself however will have us set up with his colleague to discuss this matter. Thank you for your time and quick response.
