I could not be happier with my experience of hiring Jean Harris of Pfalzgraf Beinhauer Elder Law. Jean and her team successfully and professionally handled the approval of Medicaid benefits for my mother who is in a nursing home. I was informed of the progress along the way, which turned out to be a very difficult battle. My fat her is 100% disabled Veteran of the United States Air force. Tucker knew this upon taking his case. She tells him he can only call her once a week and then won't return him phone calls. She dose not allow him to walk into her office and won't call him back to make an appointment. On the one occasion I walked in to her office (because I could not get in touch with her to make an appointment) there was another family there who said she was very difficult to get in contact with it took them a month just for her to return the call. There are several other incidences where she has been VERY Unprofessional and insensitive. Looking at her review i would not be surprised if they were paid for.
