We needed to consolidate our debt and I was looking at some options. But first we had 3,000 to 4,000 to throw at it to get some of the utilizations down to possibly get a better rate. One is an instalment loan from last summer when our HVAC failed. The payments are ridiculously almost all going to interest and we are still above 90% utilization several months later. Daryle and the entire team at Tibbs Law Office helped me during one of the most important family matters I’ve ever had to deal with.

We hired Scott to handle my son's DUI case. There was a mental health aspect to his case and Scott dealt with it with compassion and respect. His knowledge of the legal system when it comes to DUI cases is incredible then add mental health to that and Scott knew exactly what to do! He was able to get my son's DUI amended due to his mental health aspect. I do not believe other lawyers would have taken these extra steps. I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into another car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing.
Also, he's not too hard to look at. ;)
I highly recommend him to anyone facing a scary situation.

I worked with Christine, Kathleen, Joseph and Frank on my bankruptcy (mostly Christine) but the everyone helped out while Christine had her baby. They were all great to work with and very knowledgeable about the law and how the bankruptcy process would affect me and what the best avenues to go down were for my situation. I got hit with a lawsuit by a large Credit Card company over an unpaid balance (my fault) and I hired Joseph Mezher to negotiate the amount owned down to a much more workable amount with the other law firm. Mezher Associates were great to work with and very helpful. All of the other of the attorneys I consulted wanted me to declare bankruptcy, Joseph Mezher was the only one who help me work the other law firm to avoid doing that. Very pleased with the outcome and would work with them again anytime.

I worked with Tad on my case for a year! He would text me back weekend or not, super friendly. Explained the whole process of everything in a way I could understand what was really going on. I was accused of a crime I truly did not commit and he believed me. Unfortunately we could not prove a phone call conversion in trial we we settled for a plea. Went from 2 major felonies count 2 and a 3. Down to a misdemeanor 1, probation for 2 years that’s it. Great guy enjoyed working with him but hopefully I never see him again unless it’s a run in at the store.

I called Tad just days before my pre-trial hearing and he was nice enough to accommodate me into his busy schedule. He took my concerns very seriously and was very thorough in investigating all the details of my case. He was available at any time of the day when I had a question or concern. His law office is focused on trial, and not just pleading out. If you desire a plea bargain he will work to achieve the outcome you desire, but dont fear if you want to go to trial. He is dedicated and thorough and will work hard to achieve a positive outcome. My case was dismissed, but Tad a solid game plan, with motions for dismissal, and a trial plan if the case was not dismissed prior to trial. I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. I was injured in an accident @ Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) Killen Station, Rome Ohio on Apr. 19th, 2013. I suffered multiple Life changing injuries which required numerous surgeries from spinal injuries, broken ankle, torn tendons. Mr. Kime and his staff were relentless in handling of all paperwork through Workers Comp. to make sure all C-9's & Medco 14's were properly submitted in a timely manner so I could concentrate on dealing & scheduling all surgeries for needed treatment & all post operative therapies with all the Drs. I have had to deal with. At the same time Mr. Kime & staff making sure I was paid during treatment & recovery. I can't begin to thank Todd & his staff enough for all help during my time of need. I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!

Jimmy helped me navigate the hardest time of my life... rolled with every change gave me good advice and did everything I asked even if he thought I should do something different he gave me advice and pushed for what I valued. What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.

Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

Mr. Gelwicks is not my attorney. However I was in search of a personal injury attorney. I experienced the awful "cattle call screening" that many of the larger firms do and they make very quick judgments about your case and then decide without truly understanding. Mr. Gelwicks was the first attorney on my journey who sat down with me and walked through my entire case. Although my case was not right for their firm, he provided great advise and recommendations for how I should proceed.
