I found myself terrified when having escaped an abusive relationship my child's father sued me for full custody making a plethora of false accusations. We hired Mr. McCloskey to defend our 16 year old grandson. Mr. McCloskey took this to terms with his knowledge and determination, not just to help our grandson, but to fight the system to keep juveniles out of the adult system. Chris was very thorough and patient as he explained the nuances of estate planning. The plan he developed was in my best interest.
Chris stayed on top of everything even when I strayed off course. He submitted the documents and filings in a timely fashion.

There are no words to express our appreciation for Lindsay. She helped at a time when we had issues going on with both our parents.
Our Dad had dementia. It made it very difficult getting him to understand about the Medical POA, Living Will, etc...Lindsay was very patient going over everything until she knew he understood about all the documents. She also fit us in to take care of this without an appt. (what lawyer have you ever heard of would do that). Someone who has dementia you never know what the day will bring. If Lindsay hadn't been so understanding what happened next would have been unbearable.
Our father broke his hip, had surgery, went into a home and died two days before Christmas. Just 2 weeks after everything had been completed. We were able to make the right medical decisions for him, pay his bills, etc... without any additional stress.
In regards to our Mother. I had taken upon myself to get my mom on Medicaid in 2010. Not realizing that we would lose an additional 50,000. All because I wasn't informed about what documents I would need to protect my parents and future generations. I even used a regular lawyer to write my dad's will. All of which was a bad idea.
Someone I knew mentioned using an Elder Lawyer and recommended Lindsay. Which I am forever grateful for. Lindsay takes care of making sure my mom stays on Medicaid every year. She made sure we had the right Will for my dad so that when he passed. My mom wouldn't be kicked off of Medicaid.
She is also helping us take care of Probate, etc...for my dad. Taking a huge burden off my family.
We tell everyone we know that is taking care of their parents. Don't make the mistakes we did. Go To Lindsay Graves and she will protect you and their parents.

Suzanne Land and I were first introduced through a mutual friend, after my husband's death. I engaged her to assist me with matters related to closing the marital estate, which was comprised of several companies and employed over 300 people at the time.
The estate was very complicated and there were many challenges.
I had no previous experience running a business or engaging an attorney or negotiating a contract. Everything about the process of closing down my husband's estate was stressful and frightening. I was emotionally brittle and Suzanne experienced my personality shifts with grace, compassion and understanding. She was always caring and always patient.
Suzanne had the incredible ability to take very complex issues and explain them in a way that was easy to comprehend. This was so comforting to me as I moved through this process to conclusion.
Here is an example that highlights her talent. The companies in the estate were being overcharged by a consulting firm on multiple invoices over months. I asked her to review a recent invoice sent and she quickly marked the entries where the hours billed were duplication of effort and the bill was cut in half. She took the time to explain the invoice to me so I could see how those hours were logged and where the duplication occurred, so I could speak to the company with confidence when I insisted they reduce the bill by 50%. They reduced the bill by half and I saved thousands of dollars.
Suzanne suggested ways to protect my assets, revised my will, established my family and personal trusts, even created an education trust for my son to safeguard the money I wanted earmarked for college. She is intelligent, extremely competent, detail oriented and possesses the sharpest instincts in all matters of business. I feel safe because she has handled my estate and when I pass away I know my son will be in capable hands, as she guides him through this passage of life.
When you call for an appointment, she is prompt to call you back and will often come to you. That is personalized service I appreciate.
Suzanne is a great legal talent, but more than that, she is willing to go the extra mile. My son was 8 when I met her, but when he was 20 and thinking of a career in law, I asked Suzanne if she would have lunch with him to talk about law schools, answer questions and share insights from her career. She didn't hesitate to give up her personal time to meet with him and encourage him, to discuss which law schools offered the best programs, and all the opportunities he could pursue in this career after graduation. My son found her advice extremely worthwhile. He so appreciated her going out of her way to do this for him.
It is great to know people like her still exist. She has integrity, character and compassion. Suzanne is the whole package.

I was given mr laux number from another law firm when I called seeking advise about a landlord eviction. MR Laux answered the phone very quickly and was very patient with me as I asked for answers to some eviction questions. Mr Laux is not like most lawyers you speak to whom wants money to even answer a question. He was very straight forward in explaining to me the answer to my questions, He was very honest in how he responded also. Before contacting Mr luax I had contacted 6 other law firms with the same question and even paid a 15.00 fee for five of them to get nothing but a simple" it all depends". Or i would be glad to represent you for a fee of 175 00 down today Nd the other 300 before court". MR Laux actually told me that I should not need a lawyer if I had the things I said I had. He Advised me to be at court early, not late not on time " early" with all my evidence printed out for judge to see. He also let me know if I was short on funds or could not afford a attorney and felt I still needed one I could call legal aid, or H.o.m.e and provided the numbers. So I'm letting everyone know if you want a intelligent very knowledgeable attorney to fight for you he is your man!!!!! Thank you so much Greg laux you don't even know how much you helped me with the info I was given in the 10 minutes we talked.

He asked pertinent questions and was straight forward with me telling me all possible outcomes. He told me his price and allowed me to shop around for other lawyers if I wanted without being pushy or a salesmen. I ended up going with him because he seemed genuine. I had never been through anything like this and it’s not a quick overnight process. When you are going through something like this a ton of questions pop up in your head and whether I called, emailed, or texted him with questions he always got back to me with a direct answer. Every ovi case and situation is different and outcomes may vary but I ended up getting charges reduced with no license suspension or points on my license. While a lot of the legal system is a cash grab, if you get caught up in a bad situation like I did, I would highly recommend giving Jeremiah a call.

I would have to agree with the previous reviewer who spoke so glowingly about Ms. Moes. In fact, I would wholeheartedly recommend this fine litigator to anyone; she handled my foreclosure case in the best possible way. If you want to know the truth, I didn't realize how essential it is to have such a skilled attorney until I had to come face to face with the prospect of losing my house. I was so desperate and Ms. Moes really came through for me. I really can't say enough about her, except to say that her work at the legal aid society, it seems to me, is as admirable as it is under appreciated. I wish attorneys like her could somehow be cloned, replicated, and then dispersed all over the country in times of need. Melanie currently handles all of my eviction and tenant/landlord disputes. I have seen her use both the carrot and the stick and she has advised me when to do the same. Top notch business, estate lawyer and CPA. He introduced me to attorney David Moening of his office. David helped me with a codicil to my will, changing the name of the executor. and secondary executor if necessary. He changed the name on a power of attorney, and changed the name on a health care power of attorney . This was changed since my children were minors when I made my will. He prepared a declaration for funeral arrangement, and gave me three clean copies of everything. He spent several hours with me at the initial meeting and the execution meeting knowledgeable staff . It was professionally done.
I recommend Bill Hesch and David Moening as two of the very best attoneys in their field.

With all the crap my insurance company put me through Scott got me what I needed. Other driver had no insurance so my company needed to pay. That's what I paid then uninsured coverage for. Scott had to fight them all the way. They acted like it was my fault this jerk came across the center line and hit me.
