I am very grateful to attorney Bradley Groene for everything he has done for me. We all look for a good attorney when we get into an unpleasant situation. When I talked to other attorneys which recommended to me by my friends, many attorneys said that it is possible to close it by passing the diversion programms. But the only attorney Brad said that you first need to lower the degree and make sure that it does not have a negative impact in the future when obtaining citizenship and your background. I decided to choose him without a second of hesitation. And I do not regret it at all. He did everything possible so that my future would not suffer from the misunderstanding that happened. My daughter hired Ritgers & Ritgers in 2019 because she was denied Social Security Disability due to health reasons. Her lawyer, Mr Eric Allen worked on her case for 6 years. After denials, appeals and court appearances she finally received a fully favorable decision in 2023. However, she still was not receiving her monthly benefits. He continued to work on her case by filing motions and appearances at the Social Security Office. Finally, his hard work and dedication has paid off.
I am so very thankful for Ritgers & Ritgers and especially for Mr Eric Allen who did not give up on her case. I cannot thank him enough.

I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. He is a good man and I consider him my friend. I would highly recommend Mr. Peller. He will guide you through a very difficult situation and always give the best advice and protect your interests.

I wanted to do business with the firm because of its great reviews and openness to serving diverse populations. But, unfortunately, I have been given the runaround. On July 8, I filled out their easy online inquiry form. On July 12, I received an email indicating that someone would contact me shortly. On July 15, I received an email from Leah thanking me for my interest in the firm and asking if I would be willing to watch a presentation to prepare me for my initial consultation with the firm. I thought That would be a great idea to help ease anxiety and to provide some background education that I might not possess. So, on July 16, I replied to Leah, letting her know I would be happy to view the presentation. Three days passed, but no presentation was sent, so I followed up with another email indicating my interest in viewing the presentation so we could get this process going.
It is now July 25, and I am still waiting for the presentation. Therefore, it has been 17 days since I have been trying to work with Zimmer, but I guess they don't need my business. Initially, I did not want to write this review, so I gave them one last chance by calling their office. When I called the office, I was first prompted by a message saying, "Do you want to talk to someone at this number? (strange) If so, I was to press 1. So I did and was directed to their voicemail. I have been patient enough after 17 days of a runaround, so it is time for a negative review and to begin looking to take my business elsewhere. So, for new prospective clients, be aware that if feel you are getting pushed to the side, you probably are.

I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!
I highly recommend if you are about to divorce hire Jimmy immediately don't hesitate. Very thorough and knows which way to advise you based on his many years of experience.

Jimmy helped me navigate the hardest time of my life... rolled with every change gave me good advice and did everything I asked even if he thought I should do something different he gave me advice and pushed for what I valued. Never once made me feel like just a client and always answered every question thoroughly. Made this process easier than i believe anyone else would. What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.
The thing that sticks out the most to me was his guidance throughout this process. Paraphrasing: "Tempers are going to flare and ugliness may come out at any point. You need to be in control of your response/reactions as best as you can, always! You only have one divorce and how will others remember it? It's important not only for you, but for your daughter. The both of you will be forever connected because of your daughter. Watch what you say and if you need to leave before you do something you'll regret, do it and call me, anytime. Your daughter and her mother will thank you when she gets older."
Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.
This victory over Growella, Inc. and their counsel, John Bennett of Frost Brown Todd, is a direct result of Paul's legal acumen, thorough preparation, and strategic foresight. My wife started the bankruptcy process about 4 years ago, before we were married. After we were married, Mr. Smith honored the initial retainer! After which, he took the time to walk myself through the steps and we decided to include myself in the filing. We worked together for 11 months making sure that the timing was correct for when to file. When the time was right, Mr. Smith quickly submitted the paperwork. Additionally, Mr. Smith accompanied us the the initial hearing himself. He did not send a representative, or leave us on our own. He stayed by our side the entire time. Mr. Leon is a professional Lawyer. We just talked over the phone about the road ticket my brother got. Since, my brother is a truck driver any point and any ticket is a serious problem for him.

Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.
