Mark Newman is the very best option as an attorney for you. Mark exceeded all of my expectations and is an excellent attorney. I called Mark from a recommendation from my Doctor. I was injured and mentally beaten down from a concussion from work that trickled into one medical problem after another. Even when I just wanted to give up Mark took me through the process, listened and advocated for me time and time again. His final plea to the judge blew me away with, not only the legal knowledge but how much he really knew about me and my situation. I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.

My wife started the bankruptcy process about 4 years ago, before we were married. After we were married, Mr. Smith honored the initial retainer! After which, he took the time to walk myself through the steps and we decided to include myself in the filing. We worked together for 11 months making sure that the timing was correct for when to file. When the time was right, Mr. Smith quickly submitted the paperwork. Additionally, Mr. Smith accompanied us the the initial hearing himself. He did not send a representative, or leave us on our own. He stayed by our side the entire time. Chris came to see me at the medical office where I was treated for my neck and head injuries. So I didn't have to drive to Downtown Cincinnati to meet with him. He consistently followed up with my doctors and was very organized in acquiring all of the information needed for my case, and following up with the insurance company. He did not waste any time!
In a world of "ambulance chasers" Chris is the exception. He was wonderfully kind and respectful. He repeatedly demonstrated a genuine concern for me.

I emailed Attorney Thurmann through AVVO on a Sunday afternoon and honestly was not expecting a response until Monday or later. He apparently felt my anxiety in the email and replied within an hour that Sunday. I received a follow-up response to a second question the following Monday. Jonathan is incredibly knowledgeable and we'll versed legally. He is by far the best lawyer I have ever dealt with and there have been quite a few. He is not my favorite because he is nice. I have been upset with him more than once. This was because he was honest with me and I was unhappy with what he was telling me. Jonathan is fair and honest. Finding that in a lawyer is rare.

I have frankly not had good experiences with lawyers in the past. Jonathan is the exception to the rule. He worked with me on a custody case that could have been prolonged, painful and expensive. Yet his depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and strategic thinking led to an outcome that was as optimal as I could have hoped for and quickly brought to a conclusion. I have worked with small firms and large firms in my professional carer and I wouldn't give many a positive review. Jonathan is one of the exceptions. Mr Smith guided me through a process with advice that saved me a lot of time and money. He put it in prospective and outlined potential outcomes in layman terms. Mike is simply the best!! After struggling with other counsel for a couple of years and the case not moving forward, counsel I engaged on related issues suggested I consult with Mike Kaufman as I was told he is, "the best attorney when there are issues with children". Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . I was very pleased with the communication and interaction with Mr. Kaufman throughout this process and would highly recommend him. I met with other attorneys seeking legal representation to obtain full custody of my daughter. They didn't seem professional or as if they would be very devoted to my case or the delicate nuances typically found in custody battles. I had the great fortune to work with Jarrod Mohler following a very unfortunate car accident where the car I was driving was hit head on by another vehicle. I suffered broken vertebrae and other injuries and was off work in a back brace for weeks. A colleague recommended Jarrod's firm. From my first meeting with him, Jarrod was incredibly pleasant, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive.
