Mark was recommended to me by another defense attorney that was unable to handle my case. He said he trusted him and I'm so grateful for this recommendation. Mark has experience on both sides of the court, defense and prosecution. He actually worked under my judge which was tremendously lucky. Mark was always on time, responded to questions promptly, and explained all aspects of the case throughly and clearly. He was able to get my OVI charge reduced to reckless op, full driving privileges without an interlock, no jail time, and significantly less probation time than I was expecting. I had a legal matter last year and a legal matter this year and in both cases, Mr. Wieczorek did a great job in helping me. There was no investigation in the first case and in the second case, it was dismissed. I couldn't have done it without him!

I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into another car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing.
Also, he's not too hard to look at. ;)
I highly recommend him to anyone facing a scary situation.

I got hit with a lawsuit by a large Credit Card company over an unpaid balance (my fault) and I hired Joseph Mezher to negotiate the amount owned down to a much more workable amount with the other law firm. Mezher Associates were great to work with and very helpful. All of the other of the attorneys I consulted wanted me to declare bankruptcy, Joseph Mezher was the only one who help me work the other law firm to avoid doing that. Very pleased with the outcome and would work with them again anytime.

I worked with Tad on my case for a year! He would text me back weekend or not, super friendly. Explained the whole process of everything in a way I could understand what was really going on. I was accused of a crime I truly did not commit and he believed me. Unfortunately we could not prove a phone call conversion in trial we we settled for a plea. Went from 2 major felonies count 2 and a 3. Down to a misdemeanor 1, probation for 2 years that’s it. Great guy enjoyed working with him but hopefully I never see him again unless it’s a run in at the store.

I called Tad just days before my pre-trial hearing and he was nice enough to accommodate me into his busy schedule. He took my concerns very seriously and was very thorough in investigating all the details of my case. He was available at any time of the day when I had a question or concern. His law office is focused on trial, and not just pleading out. If you desire a plea bargain he will work to achieve the outcome you desire, but dont fear if you want to go to trial. He is dedicated and thorough and will work hard to achieve a positive outcome. My case was dismissed, but Tad a solid game plan, with motions for dismissal, and a trial plan if the case was not dismissed prior to trial. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a well qualified trial attorney.

I had gotten a ticket for driving with a suspended license and got in touch with Justin McMullen and asked him to represent me in court. I was injured in an accident @ Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) Killen Station, Rome Ohio on Apr. 19th, 2013. I suffered multiple Life changing injuries which required numerous surgeries from spinal injuries, broken ankle, torn tendons. Mr. Kime and his staff were relentless in handling of all paperwork through Workers Comp. to make sure all C-9's & Medco 14's were properly submitted in a timely manner so I could concentrate on dealing & scheduling all surgeries for needed treatment & all post operative therapies with all the Drs. Mr. Gelwicks is not my attorney. However I was in search of a personal injury attorney. I experienced the awful "cattle call screening" that many of the larger firms do and they make very quick judgments about your case and then decide without truly understanding. Mr. Gelwicks was the first attorney on my journey who sat down with me and walked through my entire case. Although my case was not right for their firm, he provided great advise and recommendations for how I should proceed.
