Chris was a lucky find for me. I was rear-ended lightly, but due to some rare medical conditions, i was injured well over what the average person would be. Not only did he overcome this, but i was awarded the maximum allowed on both policies. Chris came to see me at the medical office where I was treated for my neck and head injuries. So I didn't have to drive to Downtown Cincinnati to meet with him. He consistently followed up with my doctors and was very organized in acquiring all of the information needed for my case, and following up with the insurance company. He did not waste any time!
In a world of "ambulance chasers" Chris is the exception. He was wonderfully kind and respectful. He repeatedly demonstrated a genuine concern for me.
He is very well established in the legal field and comports himself with integrity. He's a real attorney among the "ambulance chasers!"

I emailed Attorney Thurmann through AVVO on a Sunday afternoon and honestly was not expecting a response until Monday or later. He apparently felt my anxiety in the email and replied within an hour that Sunday. I received a follow-up response to a second question the following Monday. Based on his promptness and the information he shared, I was able to initiate immediate action through the court. He assured me he would assist me if any problems arose as I proceeded. I will not hesitate to retain him in this case or the future. I have worked with many attorneys through my employer over a 40 year span and I know the value of timely responses. I was in an automobile accident that was not my fault. My medical bills were larger than the offender's coverage. Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . I met with other attorneys seeking legal representation to obtain full custody of my daughter. They didn't seem professional or as if they would be very devoted to my case or the delicate nuances typically found in custody battles. I had the great fortune to work with Jarrod Mohler following a very unfortunate car accident where the car I was driving was hit head on by another vehicle. I suffered broken vertebrae and other injuries and was off work in a back brace for weeks. A colleague recommended Jarrod's firm. I found myself terrified when having escaped an abusive relationship my child's father sued me for full custody making a plethora of false accusations. We hired Mr. McCloskey to defend our 16 year old grandson. There are no words to express our appreciation for Lindsay. She helped at a time when we had issues going on with both our parents.
Our Dad had dementia. It made it very difficult getting him to understand about the Medical POA, Living Will, etc...Lindsay was very patient going over everything until she knew he understood about all the documents. She also fit us in to take care of this without an appt. (what lawyer have you ever heard of would do that). Someone who has dementia you never know what the day will bring. If Lindsay hadn't been so understanding what happened next would have been unbearable.
Our father broke his hip, had surgery, went into a home and died two days before Christmas. Just 2 weeks after everything had been completed. We were able to make the right medical decisions for him, pay his bills, etc... without any additional stress.
In regards to our Mother. I had taken upon myself to get my mom on Medicaid in 2010. Not realizing that we would lose an additional 50,000. All because I wasn't informed about what documents I would need to protect my parents and future generations. I even used a regular lawyer to write my dad's will. All of which was a bad idea.
Someone I knew mentioned using an Elder Lawyer and recommended Lindsay. Which I am forever grateful for. Lindsay takes care of making sure my mom stays on Medicaid every year. She made sure we had the right Will for my dad so that when he passed. My mom wouldn't be kicked off of Medicaid.
She is also helping us take care of Probate, etc...for my dad. Taking a huge burden off my family.
We tell everyone we know that is taking care of their parents. Don't make the mistakes we did. Go To Lindsay Graves and she will protect you and their parents.

None of my mother's legal affairs were in order, and I had no idea where to start on figuring things out. Suzanne Land and I were first introduced through a mutual friend, after my husband's death. I engaged her to assist me with matters related to closing the marital estate, which was comprised of several companies and employed over 300 people at the time.
The estate was very complicated and there were many challenges.
I had no previous experience running a business or engaging an attorney or negotiating a contract. Everything about the process of closing down my husband's estate was stressful and frightening. I asked her to review a recent invoice sent and she quickly marked the entries where the hours billed were duplication of effort and the bill was cut in half. She took the time to explain the invoice to me so I could see how those hours were logged and where the duplication occurred, so I could speak to the company with confidence when I insisted they reduce the bill by 50%. They reduced the bill by half and I saved thousands of dollars.
Suzanne suggested ways to protect my assets, revised my will, established my family and personal trusts, even created an education trust for my son to safeguard the money I wanted earmarked for college. She is intelligent, extremely competent, detail oriented and possesses the sharpest instincts in all matters of business. I feel safe because she has handled my estate and when I pass away I know my son will be in capable hands, as she guides him through this passage of life.
When you call for an appointment, she is prompt to call you back and will often come to you. That is personalized service I appreciate.
Suzanne is a great legal talent, but more than that, she is willing to go the extra mile. My son was 8 when I met her, but when he was 20 and thinking of a career in law, I asked Suzanne if she would have lunch with him to talk about law schools, answer questions and share insights from her career. She didn't hesitate to give up her personal time to meet with him and encourage him, to discuss which law schools offered the best programs, and all the opportunities he could pursue in this career after graduation. My son found her advice extremely worthwhile. He so appreciated her going out of her way to do this for him.
It is great to know people like her still exist. She has integrity, character and compassion. Suzanne is the whole package.

I was given mr laux number from another law firm when I called seeking advise about a landlord eviction. MR Laux answered the phone very quickly and was very patient with me as I asked for answers to some eviction questions. Mr Laux is not like most lawyers you speak to whom wants money to even answer a question. He was very straight forward in explaining to me the answer to my questions, He was very honest in how he responded also. Before contacting Mr luax I had contacted 6 other law firms with the same question and even paid a 15.00 fee for five of them to get nothing but a simple" it all depends". Or i would be glad to represent you for a fee of 175 00 down today Nd the other 300 before court". MR Laux actually told me that I should not need a lawyer if I had the things I said I had. He Advised me to be at court early, not late not on time " early" with all my evidence printed out for judge to see. He also let me know if I was short on funds or could not afford a attorney and felt I still needed one I could call legal aid, or H.o.m.e and provided the numbers.
