With all the crap my insurance company put me through Scott got me what I needed. Other driver had no insurance so my company needed to pay. That's what I paid then uninsured coverage for. Scott had to fight them all the way. They acted like it was my fault this jerk came across the center line and hit me.

Mr. Mullins was always well prepared and took the time to understand my case thoroughly. My co worker/friend and I worked for a company who lied to us about what they had us doing. To make a long story short we were frauding the government. Mr.Morgan helped us file a suit with the government. He handled everything and walked us through the whole process. We won are case thanks to him.He is very friendly, smart as a whip. Ive never met such a knowledgable lawyer before. He is very good at his job and i am so glad we had him in our corner. His staff works just as hard as he does. Mary is the best. If you want a lawyer who will stand up and fight on your behalf this is the man you want. It takes awhile for any case to get completely done and he sticks it out until it is done. Mr. Morgan was refered to us by a government representative as being an experienced lawyer. John did an excellent job of absorbing the facts related to our IT services client contract litigation and formulating a defense plan. He gave our management team well summarized periodic updates on our probability of outcomes. John was extremely well prepared for hearings and our Mediation. John's still is to be firm in defense of his client but reasonable and respectful to the opposing side and Mediator. Mr. Sinclair represented me when I got charged with a DUI. I did not want to fight the case in court but I did want to get the best result possible when making a plea of no contest. I was in a bit of a tough situation last summer. I was up against a potential OVI charge after being pulled over late at night with a .7 BAC. Being just a few months shy of turning 21, I was more than a little freaked out at the potential damage that this could have on my record and future.
I was incredibly fortunate to have Dayle as council in this situation. She was very frank with me from the get-go, not sugar coating anything and being very straightforward with what I was up against. She walked me through exactly what steps I needed to take as well as how the court process would work. Ultimately, my charge was lowered to a reckless operation, and I have very much been back on my feet ever since. I was hit by a car coming off an off ramp, a few days after the accident I soon realized that there was a lot of in's and outs to having to file a insurance claim. This is what lead me to looking for a personal injury attorney, after call some of the law firms around town I found Gregory S Young's website and number. I called his office as I had the others before, but this time things seemed different, more of a warm and caring welcoming on the phone
where the others had made me feel like just another number.
After speaking with one of the lawyers on staff ( who meet with me that day at my house ) I could tell things would be taken care of the right way, this took a lot of stress off of my shoulders,

I got hit by a guy who ran a red light last year and the guy's insurance tried to completely screw me over while I was in the hospital. I saw one of Mr. Young's commercials and gave him a call. he always answered the phone, and the attorney he put on my case was able to help me pay all my bills and give me extra money to cover everything else. After losing all of my appeals I contacted Tiffany Smith in regard of a clemency project. Tiffany took time and patience to Investigate my case. She went on to write a Clemency that rightfully describe every aspect of my situation. As a part of a clemency project it involved numerous attorneys and other women that were incarcerated for killing their abusers. Myself and five others were granted hearings by the parole board. I received a unanimous vote from the parole board leading to The only clemency granting immediate release by Governor Kasich in 2019. This is all due to the hard work and determination of Tiffany Smith whom I love and respect going much further than my attorney but my friend And Family. An unfortunate incident between my neighbors dog and my dogs resulted in 3 injured dogs, huge vet bills, my eviction by a family member, and me with criminal charges on top of all that.
"Failing to Maintain a Dangerous dog" which didn't seem too serious at first so, I tried to handle it myself in the early parts of the case. I briefly retained a Public Defender but eventually decided to hire a paid attorney after reading the neighbors statements.
Since I hadn't worked with any criminal lawyers for 15 years I sought a referral from a reputable Attorney I know and he referred me to Paul Laufman. During our initial phone conversation Paul and I went over some details of the case and set an appointment.
Between our initial phone call and our first meeting Paul did some preliminary research on my charges and when we met he had a good understanding of what was going on and he had some ideas for a defense strategy. He collected some evidence from me and we were set for pre-trial.
At pretrial we couldn't come to a favorable resolution so it was set for trial. Paul and I set another meeting for a few weeks later.
At our final meeting before trial Paul made sure to explain everything in detail to me and in a way that I could understand. He gave me several possible scenarios and I decided to follow through with a bench trial. Paul made no promises to me but said he was going to look into every possible defense to resolve the case.
Well the good news is I was "acquitted" and I am so very glad I stuck to my principals and decided to hire a very capable criminal defense attorney named Paul Laufman. At trial Paul's performance and the outcome were excellent and both ran parallel with his expectations for the case.
I have worked with approximately 20 lawyers in various specialties over my lifetime. The services and performance I received from Paul Laufman are in the top 10% of the 20 lawyers I've worked with collectively and the BEST by far among the criminal defense attorneys I have worked with.

Paul was amazing! I was arrested and charged with 3 felonies. I called him late Sunday night and he showed right up. During the lengthy legal process Paul was in constant communication with my family and I. If I called he either answered or called back in a timely fashion. A few years ago I found myself facing a contentious divorce. Richard was a relatively new attorney. His warmth, professionalism and attention to detail comforted me.
