Mike Geary came highly recommended to me as a very good divorce attorney. Mike did a very good job directing what could have been a very hostile divorce. I feel that Mike negotiated a very fair and equitable deal for me as well as my ex-wife. Our divorce was complicated and unusual requiring Mike Geary to handle probate litigation, family trust issues, and forensic accounting of multipal entities. Mike was definitely the hero in this case as he lead the charge against one of the most prominent Atourneys in the DFW area. Charlie Waters got me through the most difficult ordeal of my life. There were times when I just wanted to give up and give in, but he wouldn’t let me. He was strong when I was weak and tenacious and tough when I wasn’t able to be. He became my champion. He sued the persons responsible for the auto accident and made them pay. Before I learned about Calabrese Huff through an attorney friend, I had hired four different attorneys to handle my case involving child custody and visitation. When I met Dawn, I knew I had found the right person. I hired Dawn immediately because she impressed me in consultation with her intelligence, kindness, care and wit. She was the first lawyer who I felt from the beginning believed me and had confidence in me.
Dawn is lovely, kind-hearted, witty, intelligent and funny. I felt very comfortable talking to her. I needed someone who would bring lightness to the situation; it helps in this kind of matter to have someone who can make you laugh. At the same time, I knew my case required someone who was not going to be fooled by the opposing party’s lies and manipulations, someone who would go directly for those lies and expose them. Dawn did just that. She became an absolute expert on my case: her grasp of detail is astounding. My only initial concern was that she might not be tough enough, but Dawn proved me wrong. Her spirit is kind, but she is sharp and cutting when she needs to be.
A cornerstone to Dawn’s approach is being fully prepared. While other lawyers suggested I complete a chronology, she supplied me with a blueprint and required I complete one. In court, Dawn is classy and poised. She is outstanding even with a judge she has not met before. She uses her tremendous charm to appeal to the other side, which helps her client receive the desired outcome. Dawn brought home a big win. She is the one lawyer who won my case for me as fully as it could be won at the present time. Her careful study is what allowed her to be so well versed and quick on her feet in examining me as a witness and cross examining the other party.
Dawn’s firm was upfront about the expectation regarding fees and worked hard to ensure they managed costs. Dawn’s billing was the most thorough and clear of any representation I have had. Her firm was gracious to sometimes not charge for certain work. Dawn is also meticulous about assigning work to her legal assistants and aides, which was cost efficient in a very expensive process. Dawn’s responsiveness was the most professional and receptive of any attorney I have had. When I emailed her in the evening and over the weekend she would often respond right then. It was comforting to know she was with me hand in hand through the whole process.
Dawn Budner is classy, smart, gracious, kind, witty, charming, funny, strong and savvy. She had a strategy that she employed and it worked. I bought a car from a local dealership using dealer financing. After I left the lot with the car, I learned that the finance manager at the dealership had forged my signature on a document saying that I owed several thousand dollars more than I agreed to. The dealership was harassing me with phone calls. I met with Counselor Socks and explained my situation to him.
He picked up the phone, called the dealership and the problem was solved to my satisfaction. I was able to return the car and get my $2000 deposit back. I never could have done this by myself.

When i met with Mr Socks for the 1st time i was scared and not because of him but because of my legal problem with the IRS. Once i explained my problem to Mr Socks he told me what we needed to do and printed some form for me to fill out and get back to him. I seen results on things he did on my case with in a few days he had contacted the IRS and stopped levys. MR Socks work on my case was quick and we had everything worked out within 2 month which dealing with the IRS that is very quick Thanks you MR Socks for your help.

Moral, Genuine, Caring, Prepared, Intelligent, Encouraging, Influential, Respectful---these are words that are normally not associated with lawyers. However, Susanne Sullivan knocks this list out of the ball park. I am not only excited she is representing me in me my case, but I'm proud to have ever met her. She has always been honest and forthright in her advice to me (no matter how sensitive the subject). When an employer has bullied you, treated you illegally, and made you feel the way that I felt, many people are scared to fight. They want to quit and give up. I had no clue there were so many laws that protected me as an employee from being over worked and underpaid, and otherwise mistreated. I definitely recommend this attorney. She helped me acquire my DACA card last year. My experience was great, and I was always treated well and taken care of at each visit. I can't say enough positive things about Michael Cohen. I live in Georgia with a family member in Texas and needed to get a lot accomplished during our visit. In response, to those that feel the cost were high... I had been significantly harassed by two collection debt companies that I neither owed money, making the debt a mute point. In one case, they had the wrong name with wrong social sec. #. I contacted Mr. Malone and his legal parnter Mr. O Connor have been professional, helpful and successful.
The collection agencies went to my neighbors looking to see if I was the person they were looking for. Mr. O Connor put a stop to that quickly.
