I found myself in a very dark place and was overwhelmed, I didn’t know where to go or who to turn to. I was referred to Mr. Rabah and did an extensive search on this attorney. I was pleasantly surprised on the great reviews he had and felt very comfortable hiring him.
I have no regrets ! He was very pleasant and empathic, was ALWAYS available when I called or texted. I didn’t have to go through an assistant and wait for him to call back like most attorneys.

Divorce, even under amicable -ish terms is painful. Fluctuating emotions and unsolicited advice from family and friends can make even the most rational and clear headed think they are losing their mind. But when you have a narcissistic ex who is determined to make your life a living hell - this is when you need Richard to step in and fight for you. Richard is a no nonsense voice of reason kind of guy. Straight shooter who sees the bullshit a mile away. He will act as mediator when needed and show his claws when they are due. My divorce was extremely difficult and very long. It lasted 3 years with child custody and financial battle. His advice, direction, predictions were always spot on. He knows the court system in Queens inside out. He knows the judges and very well respected in court. When I was at my lowest point, indecisive and out of my realm of knowledge Richard made sure to use his extensive expertise and strongly push for terms on my behalf. I was extremely concerned because my wife hired a pit-bull attorney. I was recommended the law office of Donald Mastrodomenico by a very high Manhattan firm. Richard knows the Queens court. He knows Queens culture. My ex-wife complained about how her lawyer was looking to create strife in order get more money. I never felt that way. In fact, he spent more time with me teaching me about how the divorce court works in Queens, which was not the case for my ex-wife's with her more expensive lawyer. I always felt he looked out for my best interests. He truly protected my best interests. Once we worked out what was feasible and what I wanted, he was able to work my ex-wife's attorney to get a shared custody settlement that worked for me and was best for my two daughters. I feel very lucky to have found him.

I hired James to enforce promissory notes that had gone unpaid. He clearly explained what he was going to do in terms of contacting the people who owed me money, and if they didn't pay up after he sent letters, what the next course of action would be. If I could give more than five stars I would, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and it took five years before it went to trail. Ive only known him for about an hour before my trail, and I wish i had hired him sooner, in the court room he had facts and evidence to a Tee. He was able to get me the maximum amount that was allowed for my case, and it really put me at ease, not the money but how he interacts with his clients. This was my first court accident and sitting on the stands i felt so much more at ease. He really cares about his clients and can sympathize with them as well. Most lawyers only car about winning the case and the big check but he actually took his time to go over every piece of my case no matter how small it seemed. He was able to answer every question and never left me in doubt. The minimum amount for my case was $10,000 and he was able to reach the maximum 15 times over. Honestly the only lawyer youll ever need for a personal injury case.

Attorney Peter Thomas was assigned my case for trial in Queens County. I asked about him before I met him and found that he is both respected and feared. Respected as a prepared and experienced litigator and feared by his adversaries as lawyer who gets big money verdicts. While I was pleased to hear such feedback I was not sure if the facts of my case needed a guy like him. Turns out the other lawyer lied to the jury and made ups facts that were not part of my case. I saw Mr. Thomas politely rip into the other attorney and tell the jury to focus on my case. He was riveting to watch during summation. The jury was consulting for 2 days and gave me a great verdict. I was very pleased to have met him and had him as my lawyer. I have a new lawyer now and will always call Mr. Thomas for any legal questions.

Let's start off with saying the obvious which is that divorce is not easy or fun. Everyone seems to have a number of horror stories of worst case scenarios where not only did the couple separate but ended up in a long and horrible legal battle.
Donald and his team, specifically Angel,took the time to explain to me that this process, while emotionally challenging does not necessarily have to be contentious. We were able to work out an amicable solution. Keep things professional and the team understood how to navigate the legal system to accomplish this quickly.
I'm happy that I enlisted their services and info I appreciate that Donald has promised me a 10% discount on my next divorce as part of their customer loyalty program. Just kidding. But the fact I'm able to joke about it shows how well everything went.

Edward Vitale essentially held my hand thru my first time home buying experience; which can be both exciting and scary. I purchased a cooperative apartment, a process with a lot of back forth, between the co-op management, seller, bank, and lawyers. During this process, Edward explained to me everything that was going to take place, step-by-step. He presented a very realistic time-frame of when to expect closing. He was able to answer all my questions in a very clear, easy to understand, manner. I was very impresses with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner.
During the progression, he reviewed with me the sales contract and proposed modifications that were for my benefit. He dealt fully with the other attorney without being outmaneuvered. Explained at closing all the documents I signed. Whenever we met, he was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and always returned messages in a timely manner.
