Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.

Donna Green was very helpful in my divorce case and acted with constant professionalism. A year and a half into my case, with two other attorney's behind me who botched up my case and basically set my case up for failure, Donna Green was willing to take on my child custody and divorce case. Kate was very important in helping my son navigate the system. We are from a different state and found ourselves in uncharted waters. I called five attorneys who were all wanting unreasonable retainers and suggesting unreasonable options for my sons situation. Kate saved the day! I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. She also was there for me through everything my mom's verbal abuse and my dad's Conservatorship that he had on me and she helped me get rid of the conservatorship. Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

10 Stars go out to JK Simms, his staff and firm. I hired JK Simms to represent me on a wrongful termination, labor laws, ETC back in 2017. I called many lawyers and left many messages in regards to a workers comp. for my elderly mom and none of them had bothered to call me back over a week. I then called Mr. Coston's office and spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Lisa who then put me directly thru to Mr. Coston who introduced himself just as Geoff and not Mr. Coston. He seemed really "down to earth" and did not come off as an arogant attorney like others I have dealt with.
I explained my situation to Geoff and he listened carefully and told me he would give me free advice to possibly avoid having to even get an attorney. He then took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He took time and never rushed me. He gave a lot of free advice. I have never had an attorney do that. And he had a great since of humor too.
If I can't get my situation resolved in the next few days on my own then I will definitely be calling Mr. Geoff Coston. He is very personable, polite, smart and tries to save you time and money right from the start.
