I found Ms. Richards to be highly unprofessional, highly unethical and highly prejudicial in the execution of my parent's estate.
In my opinion, resorting to threats and bullying in an attempt to intimidate a particular beneficiary is beneath the conduct you would otherwise expect from a member of the Bar Association.
To be clear, I was not "unhappy with my parent's estate", I was shocked by Ms. Richard's behavior.
Her handling of the estate relative to administration and advice given was deplorable, and in no way represented what my parents would have wanted. If you're in the market for an estate attorney that you can trust to do the right thing upon your passing, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I would not have even given Ms. Richards a "1 star" review, but Google doesn't accept anything less.

Where to even start... ive been taken advantage by other lawyers who took my profession as a pay day, past two lawyers did nothing but take money. 1yr of family court and they didnt file any paperwork they were hired for, i contactes Mr.edwards firm explained my situation best way i can.. Mr.Edwards understood my position, said and i qoute "we're getting your son back" this statement was made exactly 48days ago..since then Mr.edwards has eliminated Supervised visits leaned against me. Where i was subject to see my son 2hrs on Thursday and 2hrs on friday. Total travel time was 7hr to 8hrs. For those 2 days. I did that for almost a yr.
Mr.edwards understood the importance of my case and how much my son means to me.. how my son has been in foster house for almost a yr.. as i qouted Mr.edwards... he eliminated the supervised visits in his 1st court date, i get to spend the entire weekend and every weekend with my son, i even have the rights to drop my son to school... im so thankful for Mr.edwards expertise, Legit the Best Lawyer..
My case isnt over yet. But i know Full victory is in sight by may/june i will have full custody.
All the praying landed us to Mr.edwards.
Im legit happy. My son counts the days. Hrs when we can see each other.. soon that will be exact what what my son and i want.
I wasted $17,500 with other lawyers and almost a yr with no results.. Mr.edwards did so much in 48days. Best decision for the fight.
If this was a boardgame Mr.edwards would be the strongest character on the board.

Hired for feloney. Is knowledgable, is also respected, does NOT explain legal information ENOUGH. Should look at the whole picture and not month to month court appearances and his colleague boasts but does not talk legalities in court. It makes a client feel untrusting. and he was rude and embarrassing at times at court. His colleague are interested in self advancements and not about YOU the client but he has a better heart now that he is an elder.

Jim , is a good lawyer very knowledgeable however we found it troublesome that we had to send requested paperwork on numerous occasions and having to call and check to ask why haven't you called to go over the paperwork in the case.We were told he didn't remember receiving it and please send again which happen on more then 1 occasion.As well it seemed he had no desire to fight for anything else but what was offered but excepted the easy way out ,Although he was very sympathetic and seemed caring we felt he had loss his fight that we were told he had over the many years he was know for at.his law practice. The case worked out ,however it wasn't an easy road having to constantly call and check in to discuss what he said was important details needed to be worked on for our case. Then to be told its not needed Each call seemed to be like the first starting from scratch each time . Very nice man , again extremely knowledgeable , caring. Perhaps some cases over so many years arent worth fighting for anymore .

I retained Jim Druker in February of 2018 to help resolve a tax problem I had stemming to events from 2010. I had been referred to him through another contact on LinkedIn. When I first got in touch with him I was frantic; and honestly remained frantic for the next 3 years but he never wavered in trying to keep me calm. Jim patiently and empathetically responded to my inquiries (though he was likely cursing me when he hung up the phone or responded to my longwinded emails). Jim was not warm and fuzzy but always optimistic that the issues would somehow get resolved. He truly never wavered on his resolve to help me get the issues I had settled in the best possible way. He didn't hold me hostage to invoices or finances but rather stayed true to his word when he was first engaged. Lesser men would have ignored my calls and my frantic emails, Jim did not. I will never in a lifetime be able to fully repay Jim for everything he did for me and for my family. I can only hope that this review provides some level of adequate thanks for his years of filing and re-filing. In the end, he kept his promise. And again, a lesser man might have given up (or gotten fed up with me). I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat. I trusted him with my life. And while I hope never, ever to speak to him about my personal finances again, if I were nearby, I would not hesitate to ask him for dinner. You simply cannot ask for a better person or attorney for legal representation of any kind, no less taxes or fraud.

To answer: I was never given the option to become a client of your firm.
Your offices reviewed my matter and declined to represent me.
I don't have a problem with this, but what does bother me (and the reason for my 1 star review) is that your attorney didn't even offer a cursory explanation of why he declined to represent me. He simply had his secretary call and tell me that he wouldn't pursue the matter.
It's a lack of basic professionalism, and bothered me enough to rate your firm 1 star.

I choose Gail to help me with a visitation petition. I first spoke with her on the phone and she was so empathetic to my situation and fully understood everything I was going through. Gail is absolutely the best of the best and has amazing skills for her profession. She was able to get me the results that I wanted! Gail is also an amazing woman who was there for me in my time of need! I absolutely recommend her to anyone that is going through a divorce or any family court manner. My case was one concerning a high conflict divorce from a narcissist. Identity theft, parental alienation, etc. everything was against me , since I allowed him to talk me out of what I knew I was dealing with. 2 kids, I filed for divorce on the 11th identity theft by my ex. He kept telling me that the judge will catch the strategy….. bull***. When I fired him he shredded my file so the next lawyer had no access to the prenuptial agreement, sounds like bull*** right!!!??? But no, … he told me that the judge would catch on, yeah?!! No, 3 judges later and this POC shredded my file. Grounds to be disbarred, yeah an not really…. Go to him if you’re a female and maybe he can work the corruption of the family court, but in reality maybe and maybe not. Shredding an active file might mean something in law, but family court has nothing to do with law. He told me to accept order of protections and plead guilty when I wasn’t as well. The review talking about him being a product of divorce must have been written by someone who never used him, a bot, or maybe his secretary that he was ********. That review isn’t worth used toilet paper. The marital agency he is a member of isn’t worth crap either, as that was the reason I hired that POC. My name is Brian Levi and I accept my answer. I recorded enough of my conversations with him and no refuting of fact or truth is subject to opinions as you can hear that POC’s own voice. I selected poor, since they do no allow negatives. I have recordings to confirm my statements.

Barry was assigned to handle my appeal and subsequent re-appeal. I could not be blessed with a better advocate! He throughly explained the law, process and procedures that gave me good insight to how appeals are handled. All of his work was so spot on and well written. To be clear, I was not "unhappy with my parent's estate", I was shocked by Ms. Richard's behavior.
Her handling of the estate relative to administration and advice given was deplorable, and in no way represented what my parents would have wanted. If you're in the market for an estate attorney that you can trust to do the right thing upon your passing, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I would not have even given Ms. Richards a "1 star" review, but Google doesn't accept anything less.
