Maureen helped me with the planning of my estate. I've worked with a number of lawyers in the past regarding matters of both estate and family law and I have to say that my experience with Maureen was the best of the bunch.
Most lawyers talk above you or over you and rarely consider you as much as they should about their plan of action. With Maureen, I felt like she understood the importance of my needs and incorporated them to the fullest.

Dynamo in the courtroom. Experienced trial attorney...however I felt I had very little control with my divorce and was not happy with final result. Two and only things I wanted in divorce I did not get. I wish I had went to someone in a smaller firm with less of a caseload.

I met Mr Lederman "Keith" one year ago when a collection agency garnished my check! The collection agency sent the notice to my employer after stating they served me at an address that I had not lived at for 14+ years. He calmed me down and EXPLAINED EVERYTHING to me using words and an examples that I understood since I am not an attorney. He is very flexible and did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID from the first meeting. I have since retained him again for another issue.

Where do I begin. This attorney and I will address him as such because to say his name would be to acknowledge him as a person and he is less then such. My boyfriend has been incarcerated for 2 years in Rikers Island. This attorney has not put in any motions for bail, no speedy trial motions and does not respond to calls or texts. He does not visit my boyfriend, yet he goes to court every month stating that he is trial ready. 2 years and no trial? Ridiculous. He does not provide requested documents and is extremely hard to speak with. On top of that he is condescending and obnoxious. My boyfriend has gone to court on multiple occasions and requested a new attorney for which his presiding judge Landry refuses to remove him as counsel. My boyfriend has told him on multiple occasions he no longer wants this attorney to represent him and he will not remove himself. Suspected Collusion is a great word to use when it comes to this attorney. Beware he pushes for plea deals and if you refuse he makes you rot in prison. I don't recommend hiring this attorney at all. His Google reviews are horrible. Check them out.

Highly recommended by a friend, I hired attorney Glenn Hardy to represent me in a long, complicated case. As he expressed in one of his defense arguments: I was innocently at the site at the wrong time. After acquiring a video from a street camera, he proved that I was mistaken by my accuser.
During the trial, I was terrified but Mr. Hardy kept his positive sense of humor while taking my case seriously and analyzing every single statement given. I was so grateful to his dedication and assertiveness to a positive outcome.

Allison was my divorce attorney , she is absolutely the best attorney ever !!She got me everything I deserved and more !!My X. Husband didn’t want to get divorced so I got divorced alone with Allison Rockmore , she got me my house , health insurance , child support all paid for by x husband also , x husband put on stay away family court ,
I get 1/2 his pension , and now 3 years later she got me an extra year of child support and health insurance for my self ,
Allison goes to bat for you whatever it takes , she knows her stuff , I would reccomend her 100% best divorce lawyer there is , she is always there for you when you need her , if she is busy , you get a text , email or call within a day !!Hire her , you will be very pleased!!!

I never thought I was going to find myself in the situation where I would need to fight for my child, but unfortunately I did. Allison had been referred to me from one of my friends who Allison helped get custody of her children in a very poisonous relationship. Throughout my entire ordeal, Allison was very attentive to my needs and fought zealously for my children. She was determined to get a positive outcome and she did. I am very thankful I retained her.

I paid thousands of dollars and ended up with nothing changed. I was assured they could "easily resolve it" and it was not. I basically got what I didn't want without gaining anything in my favor. It's like I was fighting the death penalty and they "achieved" the option of how I was to die.

Jill Stone is money hungry, has more regard for her ridiculous hair style than here clients. Extremely dismissive of women in need trying to leave an abuser. Only to run into her abusive arms. She says all the right things at first. Till your billable hours are almost triple of what they should be. Not only that, but after asking around Long Island and doing research on her cases I discovered she enables both of her sons (Josh and Troy) to get away with criminal actions such as, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, harassment, mental abuse and many other criminal acts.
What’s scarier is Troy Stone is not only involved in criminal activity, but is an attorney for her firm as well. They should both be disbarred and reviewed by Nassau county bar association.

Charles had no issue taking the retainer for the divorce.
He filed the paperwork then he disappeared.
Could never reach him .
He never told me that the divorce was finalized .
When asked where the final paperwork was he said he sent it but the stamps must have fallen off.
Avoid at all costs!!

Haven’t seen my kids in over 4 years. Allowed my ex to forge my signature on my house. Never submitted transcripts to zero out my child support “arrears”. Gave me misinformation which lead me to losing custody of my children. Once he realized I wasn’t able to pay him he did nothing to prepare me for trial and let my case go down with no fight. He never finished my divorce or the alimony. I ended up getting $0 after being married for 17 years due to his negligence.

Hiring Breiter is a mistake I will have to live with forever. She ruined my life and my children's lives. She is incompetent. She does not do her due diligence. She tries to be a social butterfly. I had to go to court for my divorce!!! She shows her hand to the other attorney. Instead of serving my husband with the divorce papers she sends him a letter advising him that I have retained her...WHAT? I had a bad feeling from the get-go but lack of funds and emotional state forced me to stay with Breiter. DON'T DO IT, FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!! Don't give her and her staff ruin your life too.

I hired Jeanne Breiter to represent me as my collaborative divorce attorney last summer. Divorce is obviously never easy, and mine became an extremely stressful event at times as my wife and I had trouble reaching an equitable settlement.
Jeanne and the entire law firm were understanding and compassionate and offered great advice along with sound legal council. They assisted me greatly and helped guide me thru a very difficult time. Thankfully, I was able to obtain my divorce without having to go to court.
Without a doubt, this was a very confusing time and probably the most difficult period of my life. Going through a divorce is stressful but Jeanne and the entire staff really showed their care and concern for me during this time. Jeanne was enormously successful in recently representing me. My husband and I had very difficult financial issues, and we were both out of work. Jeanne focused on my needs and helped me achieve a fair and amicable resolution as a collaborative divorce, keeping me from having to go to Court. As people will agree, going through a divorce is stressful but Jeanne and her friendly, helpful support staff made the process smooth. I hired Mr Sammut to construct a will. I met with him three times in his office. He was late to each meeting by more than 20 minutes. Documents that he created were incorrect. I live in CT and his documents were based on NY state law. Final documents were sent to me by regular mail - and not by courier. These documents were lost (not anyone's fault) - but he/his office was not helpful in resolving this matter.
