Mr. McCarty had prepared estate documents for my parents. When my father passed last year, we had so many things to work through. We asked for Mr. McCartys help through our transition including Probate. He was a pleasure to work with in that difficult time. I retained the services of Susan Ashley to assist a friend who is currently in TDCJ. On the initial consultation I was advised of the process, cost, procedure to hire and exactly how to proceed. I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

Hi everyone, I want to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for their help. Long story short, I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2022 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had perfect payment history). That card which was opened in 2019 eventually went into collections and was charged off. Ended up settling the card with a single lump sum payment in the summer of 2023 but was still showing as a charge off on my report. I followed the advice found on this site and I was able to employ the services of PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST who helped me fix my credit back to normal and increased my scores to an excellent score. My brother was charged with 2 aggravated assaults with a deadly weapon and a gun charge. My brother was innocent, however because of his past criminal record it was easy for the DA to charge him. It takes a very aggressive and knowledgeable defense attorney to fight for your loved ones innocence. Attorney Galaviz fought so hard for his innocence and even though the grand jury indicted my brother, the attorney after 4 months got all his charges dismissed!
In the past even though my brother was innocent on most of the accusations, at the advice of the lazy and non caring attorneys, my brother would just sign and not realizing that he never had to, but instead fight with the right representation!

A friend of mine recommended Hal after my friend went through a tough divorce with joint custody. I expected a difficult joint custody battle and wanted a lawyer who was willing to fight. Hal was always very knowledgeable, direct, professional, and polite. He politely but directly let me know exactly why some of the things I wanted were inconsistent with Texas law. He also set expectations of mediation and if we had to go to court. Hal's ability to read people is even greater than his knowledge of the law. He was up front and honest about billing and everything went as we initially discussed. Hal and his team were very fair and accurate with the billing. When I contacted them they always answered my questions directly and did not keep me on the phone longer than I was willing to talk and they never contacted me unless it was necessary. When I asked Hal about opposing counsel he answered me honestly of their abilities, helping to set expectations. This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. On all three occasions she was able to improve my situation and on two of those occasions where my situation was improved, I was on defense where I was the one that got served papers.
I believe that Shannon's prowess as an attorney actually comes from her compassion for her clients. We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge. I have been through horrible domestic violence situation where HPD did not stand up for me or help me I had not drank any alcohol in years and I believe I was in a spot where I felt no one was helping me with the domestic violence and I turned back to alcohol and a bad situation. She made no excuses for my act but she also helped me And I will be forever grateful for her because this could have been the worst possible situation the last DWI I had had was in 2009 and this was 2022 when this happened. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of. With that being said, and a short version of a long story. I was doing a favor to help two people out not getting any compensation in return. I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. My Father Came into town to post my bond and did his research in finding me the best criminal attorney that could represent my case and that was, Mr. Charles Johnson. I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work he did regarding my case. Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to work on my case and got me eight years deferred adjudication, 40 hours of Community service. With only a $2000 fine for this felony crime that seemed impossible to conquer. Mr. Johnson handled the court room like he owned it. He put up a fight from hell and he was determined to win and so he did. I could never thank him enough for taking my case and fighting for me till the very end. It was a huge triumph. From our very first initial meeting ( which was also during the COVID pandemic) I explained to him details of what happened when I was wrongly accused for something and charged for injury to an elderly. I told him I had all my documentation and sent it straight over to his office from that he told me exactly what he was going to do without having to go any further into prolonging the case. He got my case dismissed and I never had to go to court expect for the very first time and that was to sign for a court appointed attorney and I was blessed with him.
