I was charged with DWI (1st offense), and for a serious offense one needs strong legal representation. I was fortunate to have Alison Smith represent me. She is highly knowledgeable, with a dose of tenacity and tact. A professional attorney with a strong presence who had a good grasp of my situation while, maintaining her patience as court proceedings are daunting and time consuming.
Excellent in communication as she relayed in timely manner activities to fulfill my court obligations/prerequisites/procedures before attending the court.
Importantly, I was able to secure my Drivers License from the very get go which could have immobilized me that could have vastly affected my family.
My charges were reduced.

In dealing with a time crunched surprise from the ex wife stating I would not get my kids for my visitation with absolutely no legal grounds. I was limited on time and living out of state I needed to get home. Not only did Miss Gordon go above and beyond she successfully got me my children only 2 days late. So within 4 days of consulting with her and her guiding me and my ex wife's lawyer on legality I now get to spend my summer visitation in our new home in Alabama. My kids get to shoot, fish, hunt, camp. They get to be boys with their dad and I owe this all to her. She even checked up on us out the kindness of her heart. I owe her all this time im getting. I deal with this at least twice a year with my ex wife and I can honestly say this is my first timely victory. Miss Gordon's legal knowledge and even more so her heart far surpassed expectations. I contacted Evelyn to handle a my divorce as the previous attorney i had hired was a terrible choice. She took on my case very last minute and went right to work. Howard is an excellent and incredibly effective attorney. I first met him when he was the company attorney for the IT company I was working for in the early 2000's. He help me apply for my H1B visa and even after leaving the company, I sought him out to apply for my greencard and eventually my citizenship. During that process, I was very pleased with how responsive he was to my questions, whether by email or by phone. When I had a case for another family member, I did not give a second thought as to who I was going to consult. Reached out to Mr. Longino for assistance for a very, very difficult child support case between two states. After two TX, and two California attorney's, and no end in sight because of the difficulty of my case, Mr. Longino was very knowledgeable in this area and was able to assist and get us closer to the finish line that we had never been in 4 years. As frustrated as I have been going from court in CA, TX, and back to CA, I am now better prepared to fight this battle with the help from Mr. Longino.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Hector Lopez, our Immigration lawyer. As a spouse of a US Citizen, my request for a green card was approved by the USCIS only 3 months after Hector filed all my forms and documents.
Hector advised us on what to expect from the interview, the do's and don'ts, which helped us reduce the levels of anxiety. During the interview, the DHS officer asked for evidence (photos, etc.) and Hector promptly handed over a well organized package of documents and pictures, and the officer smiled and wished out loud if only all applicants would do the same thing, she was genuinely impressed. The interview lasted less than 6 minutes, and although the officer mentioned that it would take them between 3-4 working days to reach a decision, that same day in the afternoon our Lawyer was informed that the petition had been approved.
Without a doubt, we will request his services again in the future (petition for US Citizenship).

My husband was injured on the job about three years, ago which led to his leg being amputated at first, we thought we'd be able to handle workman's comp on our own. That changed quickly we decided to consult with an attorney but ultimately ended up hiring Joseph Bedoy. I feel that was our best decision , because we had no clue how long of a process this would be. Our experience was great he answered all of our questions and explained them in terms we would understand. communication was key when we set out to find an attorney and Mr. Bedoy exceeded that. He was quick to respond to emails and or phone calls sending copies of my husband medical records and making sure work comp was doing their part. Overall we had a great experience! I hired Ms Proffitt in the middle of this pandemic. She explained to me that the courts were operating under very different rules and timeframes, but that she would do everything in her power to help my children and me through an abusive and financially draining situation. Her and her staff were always responsive. I followed their direction to send messages through their office portal (MyCase) and I never had difficulties gets answers. I have read some of the negative reviews and this was simply not my experience. Her entire staff is helpful beyond measure. Ms Proffitt has compassion for her clients. She truly loves her job. I was having a hard time finding a real estate attorney to help write an REC for a property I was selling in New Mexico ... We knew we definitely needed to update our wills and powers of attorney, so we sought out recommendations from various professionals. The first one we checked out gave us a quote that really took us by surprise. It wasn't that we were looking for a "cheap" deal, but this quote was out of our league. So we considered Legal Zoom. Then we learned that this would not be the best option as our state (Texas) can run you into problems when it comes time to put your documents into force. My man got himself in quite a jam which resulted in him being charged with a 1st degree felony. Toni was right there when I needed her on my first call. She spent a ton of time with me over a period of weeks, both on the phone and via emails. I had property to sell in Cleveland, Texas but I live on the other side of the USA, and my partner had died. I had to clear the title, and it was a mess as there was no probated will.
