Let’s start with the short version:
•I was stopped by police in the early morning hours on a Saturday and arrested in Harris County for a first-offense DWI.
•I hired Mr. Ruiz on Wednesday morning ahead of a Friday court hearing.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation facing a felony and a misdemeanor charge both of which were my first criminal offenses. Initially I didn’t know where to turn; so I googled Criminal Attorney Houston, Texas. I called dozens of attorney’s on the list but none of them made me feel confident they could get both charges dismissed, additionally almost all wanted to charge me upwards of $25,000 or more for both cases.
Thankfully I came across Mr. Joseph Ruiz! I read all his 5 star reviews of previous clients testimony and like me they faced serious charges that Mr. Ruiz was able to get dismissed!
Today I write this review to add my own testimony to the list. As of today my felony and misdemeanor charges have both been DISMISSED!!!!!!!

I had to find an attorney for a mutual client in another state on a Saturday. I left several messages for different attorneys and was pleasantly surprised when Joe immediately called me back. He showed great professional courtesy to me as a fellow attorney as well as his new client. His performance on the case was stellar. Of course, all cases are different, but in this instance he obtained a dismissal for the client and she didn't have to appear in court after initial appearance!

I was skeptical about being able to remove a Federal tax lien Voss filed on 6 different properties.
Rhett gathered all necessary documents, organization, tax returns, all federal filings, and proved it was filed erroneously on me.
He followed through with the IRS weekly. Once Rhett was able to reach a name in the IRS that dealt with this particular problem, he dug his heals in and was able to release lien from start to finish in less than 90 days.

Every part of dealing with Chris was a positive experience. She is has solid integrity, is a great lawyer and has a get it done attitude. She has a great attention to detail but is also very responsive. She looks at ways to speed up the process and reduce expenses, and I am sure she was conservative in the hours billed.
The other side's attorneys were not responsive and not organized. Chris made up for it, did way more than our share so we could get the divorce finalized by the end of the year. I am convinced that if I did not choose Chris that we would still be dealing with this divorce 5 months later.
Chris also has great communication skills. She was a leader in the collaborative meetings and a voice of calm, humor and reason (which I needed) in our many one on one chats.
I honestly can only think of positive experiences in regards to working with Chris. I am cheap, but I never felt bad when writing a check for the professional services I received.
I am sure no divorce is easy. A tough time for all involved. I luckily chose Chris as my attorney in a collaborative divorce and have never regretted the choice I made..

I assumed, wrongly, this proceeding would go rather smoothly as there were no children to contend with. My now ex wanted the 50% of the house and 50% of the IRA. I owned the house outright before the marriage, and one of the IRA's I earned prior to marriage so not community property. Chris provided the other attorney with case law, and figures from the house and IRA's to prove our point. There was still money to be distributed, but not to the extent the other party requested. Chris has done this before and knows how to put together spreadsheets to demonstrate her point of few. She is easy to talk to, accessible. The entire process works better if the client provides requested information on a timely basis. It keeps everything moving.

Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

I moved to Houston in April, and my welcome was " being hit from behind, while at a red light ".

My brand new car was totaled after an underinsured driver ran a red light. I was unsure if I would even need a lawyer because my insurance seemed to be really helpful at first. I called Tony Denena anyway and he gave me some sound advice on next steps regardless of if I sought legal help or not. I was thankful for that, being that this was the first accident I was ever involved in. Sure enough, I ended up needing legal representation and medical care. Grant Scheiner was recommended to me by a friend when I found myself needing an Attorney. I was being charged with a felony and would soon be arrested. I was terrified and at a loss as to what to do. I would like to be clear that Nicole was appointed to me by the court system. Despite being one of the best attorneys in the state, she dedicates her time to help those who can not afford it. She is a truly kind and genuine person who clearly seeks the best in those she comes in contact with. Mr. Adamo came highly recommended from a prominent Houston lawyer. He is "the lawyer that lawyers hire". He successfully had my charges dismissed and so I also recommend him now.
I was arrested and charged with a felony when a dog sniffed my car and found a few edibles and a THC oil pen. This was in small county in west Texas and my chances of dismissal did not look promising.
