I consulted with, and hired, Jim Perdue and his team in 2010 on a medical malpractice case, it was settled by 2013. During the in between time Jim and his team became very very knowledgeable about every medical aspect of my case, very detail oriented. He went above and beyond of what I expected of him. He and the team were very courteous and kind , the treated me like family, genuinely. He would not settle for less than he felt I deserved, refusing to budge. My son was asked by someone he thought was a friend to drive him somewhere. The friend picked up other friends that pulled a gun on my son and made him drive to commit a crime. When the police stopped them, my son pulled over and the others ran. The police refused to listen to his explanation and he was charged with the crime.
Ms. Fisher fought long and hard to find the others and present evidence that cleared my son of wrong doing. It took over a year, but she did not take the easy way out and plea down the charges, charges that would have followed my son throughout his life. She is well respected by those in the court system and has integrity. She is tough and she doesn't back down.
My son has a good job and has a future thanks to Ms. Fisher's help. Without her, his ability to get a good job would have been limited. I can't thank her enough.

If someone asked me do I know a good attorney, I’d say I know an EXCELLENT attorney and her name is Letitia Quinones.
Back in 2007, I needed legal assistance to help with a criminal case. A gentleman I met told me to contact the attorney he knew. The attorney he knew did not end up being the Counsel, but Letitia was given the case. Not knowing what to expect, I was extremely grateful for Letitia because she was honest and laid the cards on the table. There was no guessing or leaving without understanding. She was great! We never know why things happen the way that they do, but God sent us an Angel.
Moving forward to 2017, two cases were picked up and Letitia was the only attorney I was contacting. When you know what you are getting, there is absolutely no need to look any further. I have used Chris Norton as my attorney on two different occasions. The first was for a case where a car backed into my car; on the second case, Chris helped me file a claim with my insurance company for a hit-and-run accident. The process of submitting a claim and dealing with the insurance representatives was far more difficult than I realized. Therefore, I hired Chris to be my attorney and deal with my insurance company for me, and he was able to get a far better settlement for me than I ever would have gotten on my own. Chris was very responsive to my questions and I was extremely happy with how he handled my case and kept me informed of the status of my claim every step of the way. You don't realize how badly you need a good lawyer until you find yourself in that predicament , I had talked to several lawyers and they all seem to have a dishonest vibe in the way they priced our case or in the way they wanted to go about handling our case . Mr. Moyse is one of the most honest lawyers I've worked with, and in the multitude of lawyers available , our family felt very lucky to work with him. Despite the fact that we couldn't come in to visit him as often as we liked because we live in dallas, he' still remained very timely and personable and helped us with my brother's long 6 month case . Mr. Moyse was the nicest man and genuinely cared about my case. He answered all of my calls and emails, and if he missed a call he returned it within the hour. He was very professional and made me feel more comfortable about my case.
My previous attorney, whom I fired after realizing he was doing absolutely no work on my case, was awful compared to Mr. Moyse. Mr. Moyse does not only show you attention when you first meet with him. He answers your calls throughout the duration of your case and never ignores you. You are always made to feel on the top of his priority list.
I highly recommend Mr. Moyse because he is professional, diligent, sincere, serious, nice, and much more. You will not regret hiring him. His fees were competitive and very reasonable.

I have never written a review before, so here goes...
I have been living in the States for some time and wanted to establish myself as a citizen.
Growing up I had a few scrapes and issues and thought my record would have an impact on being
granted citizenship. I was a bit embarrassed with my younger life and worried about the tougher immigration standards that exist now, but after speaking with Mrs. Sophia Johnykutty and being made to understand that success for my welfare and citizenship was the only option, I just decided to follow what she asked me to do.
Her work was amazing.
Every little thing that she could do without me being present, she did, and I didn't have to take time off from work or family to run and find a lot of paper work (except a lunch hour at work to get fingerprinting done for my FBI check and the morning of being sworn in :) )
Mrs. Johnykutty carefully went over each and every legal term and detail I asked about and explained it in terms that made sense to me. Aside from her incredible quality of work, SHE NEVER TOOK IT EASY WITH MY CASE. I can't write enough about how important that was for my application and my peace of mind. She was there from day one and pretty much held my hand through the ENTIRE process. Whenever we needed to meet at the immigration office, she was always there before I was and she was 100% ready to fulfill what she needed to do and never forgot a single thing.
I have known people complain about how their lawyers don't really care or have compassion for their them, but this was never the case with Sophia. She is very much a friend that cares. My wife jokingly points out to this day that if it wasn't for Mrs. Sophia Johnykutty, I would never have become an American citizen.

My experiance with Sophia has been with obtaining the various Letters of Determinations I required (with being a British Citizen) for joining various rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.
Sophia was very professional and always gave good information in a very timely manner, at all stages I was kept well informed of the progress.

After 10 yrs served, my son came up for his first parole this year. We were told never to expect winning parole on the first attempt. Mr Smith was recommended to my son via other inmates he had known who Mr Smith had successfully argued for.

Its hard when your family member gets in trouble with the law and you feel completely lost of what direction to go and which attorney to choose. Stress and fear of the issue and trying to decide who should defend your loved one, trusting him/her with the expertise and knowledge could be described as escalating agony, not to mention expenses which are associated with the hiring an attorney. Choosing the wrong parole attorney can make the irrevocable effect on the loved one who has already served of their fair time in jail.
James Randall Smith and his team (Mary Smith and Denise Brawe) were the right choice to go with. He agreed to take a case with the fair fee and not only did he agree, he was amazingly calm, confident and discussed the case with his client who were behind the bar at that time but also with me taking his time to show his respect and devotion to the case. Mr. Smith also answered every single one of my questions, every concern I raised and did talk down neither me nor my son. I came to Mr. Josef for tax advice regarding various investments/investment accounts and their interrelation to upcoming real estate acquisitions. At the last minute my husband, who was working out of state, needed to be represented at his hearing for a driver's license suspension. I must have called at least 15 attorneys in the Houston area. All of them took my information and assured me someone would be calling me shortly. Not one of those other law firms ever called me back. I was referred to Mr. De Leef by another law firm that didn't service the court we would be at. They promptly returned my call. I spoke with Dawn from the office multiple times in the first 2 hours after contacting the office. She was so friendly and helpful, and they didn't even bat an eye at the fact that I was calling on Thursday to be represented in court on the next TUESDAY! Peter is the best lawyer to hire if you are involved in any criminal dispute. He knows the law and has a get it done attitude. I was falsely accused of a felony and several class A misdemeanors and Peter was able to see right through the false accusations and was able to pull off the impossible. All charges were dropped and eventually expunged. As a former prosecutor, he knows the ins and outs of the system. He knows exactly what the next move will be and can respond diligently in your defense. The most important thing to remember with working with Peter is to tell the truth. Regardless if you are guilty or not, the only way for him to truly help you come away with the most fair outcome, he must know the truth when he speaks to prosecutors. This will let the prosecutors know that Peter truly knows his client well and will do whatever it takes to prevent his client from getting a record. I have had Kay as my family law attorney since 2009 and she has been the most amazing advocate and supporter. As a father I was under the mistaken belief that my rights as a father were subservient to my ex-wife's rights as a mother. Kay completely transformed my opinion with exceptional legal knowledge and explanations. Whether in emails, phone calls, or in-person meetings, she is always providing me with the best legal knowledge.
Two recent cases come to mind. My divorce decree (which I hadn't had a lawyer review!) gave me less-than what I was legally entitled under Texas Law. Kay helped me pursue a modification to grant me Expanded Standard Possession. Based on being a great father she said I would have absolutely no difficulties winning this. She attempted to negotiate directly with my ex-wife's attorney, but unfortunately my ex-wife's attorney was more interested in padding the bill and delayed and delayed and wouldn't respond to emails or calls from Kay. She also attempted trickery to keep the case from moving forward. We just met roadblock after roadblock with my ex's lawyer. Finally we get a court day and her lawyer attempts to get the case dismissed on a technicality, even though Kay was certain we'd had an agreement. The judge was pissed with her attorney and denied the motion, but time had run out on our slot so he sent us to mediation. 1.5 years after it all began we got to mediation and the mediator (a former judge in the very court we'd been in earlier) told my ex-wife point-bland "If this goes to court, your husband is going to get everything he's asking for, so you'd be best advised to settle this here." Which was exactly what Kay had told me 1.5 years before (and I had told my ex 1.5 years before). If my ex's lawyer had been like Kay, it would have been resolved in 20 minutes.
The second case was when my son turned 12 and decided he wanted to live with me. Again Kay gave me great advice, even way back when he asked when he was 11 and Kay said, "Nothing we can do now, wait until he's 12. Call me in a year and we can start." How awesome is that?? A shady lawyer would have found some excuse to start billing me, but Kay is not like that. Now that my son is 12 Kay's work has been stellar. I am so happy with her work and support. She is very cost conscious and always looks for ways to keep the bill to a minimum. Added to that, her billable rate is relatively low. For the quality of the service, her billable rate is an absolute steal!! She explained to me exactly how the court looks at situations like this and how they would likely rule (in our favor!) based on our circumstances. I know if the circumstances weren't in our favor she'd say, "Save your money, you can't win this one."
She is an exceptional family lawyer; kind, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend her.
