My divorce was very difficult and involved custody of our two children. Divorce can be a very difficult time with all the emotions that are swirling about you. I certainly didn't know anything about divorce other than I needed one.
A friend recommended Kathleen and I am very thankful he did. She was always calm and a voice of reason. She directed my energy to what was important. First was my children and second was my finances. I honestly didn't care about the money at this point. I wanted a divorce and my kids.
From the start I was advised on what to expect and how to prepare. Kathleen is very serious about her job as an officer of the court. She is very ethical and definitely was concerned about the best interest of my children. Her integrity is unwavering.
She is very pragmatic in her approach. I never was unprepared or surprised even though the opposing attorney went to extraordinary measures to rattle me. As I sat in court and watched our attorneys operate it was apparent to me that I was very fortunate to have a true professional.
Kathleen was very much about facts and the law while the opposition was focused on spinning a tale. The opposition had 3 attorneys and dollies full of documents when they entered. As the trial progressed it was apparent that it was all for show. It became obvious they had never read any of the documents. Time and time again Kathleen pointed out the facts. My ex and her attorney were very surprised at the outcome which is still a puzzle to me. There are established rules, guidelines and laws that the court follows. They do not rule based on accusations, emotions and showmanship.
Outside of the courtroom Kathleen has been the same type of adviser. My kids and I were in dire straits and some very bad behaviors were popping up. Again Kathleen was a person I could lean on. It took quite an effort but I was able to restore my kids well being. My son had been missing school sick with anxiety for years. He was getting into mischief. My daughter was questioning if she wanted to continue living. Today both kids are excelling. Taylor due to his issues was not accepted to UT Austin as he had hoped. He was given the opportunity to attend UT Tyler. If he performed then he would get acceptance to UT Austin which was his dream. Not only did he meet their requirements; he made the dean's list in Tyler. He will realize his dream and be attending UT Austin this fall. My daughter who was depressed and reclusive will not keep quiet these days. She has been and still is a straight A student. She began playing high school soccer and has made numerous friends. Most importantly she is happy and wants to have a full life.
A lot of people have helped us through some very trying times. Kathleen was the first there. She made it all possible. If you need an attorney I highly recommend Kathleen Vossler. Not only did I get a fair settlement; it is one that my conscience can live with. The life coaching was an unexpected bonus.

I am happy to give my strongest recommendation to Mr. Souza. I hired him to help me draft a prenuptial agreement and what I thought was going to be a painful process turned out to be just fine!
He clearly has integrity and you can tell when he plainly tells you what to expect and how the process works. I always felt that I had his complete attention when we spoke and whenever I emailed him, he emailed me back very quickly.

I engaged Mr. Souza to re-write my Will and accompanying estate planning documents. He was very efficient and knew all of the correct and important questions to ask. He was very focused on me as a client, and I had his undivided attention at all of our meetings. If I specified something in my Will that would not have played out the way I expected during probate, he was quick to catch those issues and offer alternative ways of dealing with them that would create the outcome I was looking for.
He is young and just getting started, but I have to say that he is smart, alert and represented my interests effectively. I can now rest assured that if something happens to me, the Will that Mr. Souza prepared ensures that my wishes will be carried out to my expectations.

I unfortunately had a accident flying and Robert was very helpful through the process. I've never had to sue anyone before but Robert made the whole experience very easy for me. He was patient and explained the whole process to me, also gave me advice on what he thought was the best route to take but he ultimately left the decision in my hand. Hired Mr. Gore to assist me with a driving while license suspended/invalid case for my dad. He was very understanding and made sure my father understood what was happening with his case. Thank you so much Brittene! We purchased a forclosure property that had a professional squater in it, using many tools on their side to prevent eviction such as multiple bankruptcies. We hired Brittene and her research quickly found the occupant had filed brankruptcy 1 too many times. Brittene convinces the DA and the constable the law is on our side and the constable was able to issue the Writ and get this professional squater out of the house. We took possession and are now able to rehab the property - soon to be re-occupied by a paying tenant.

Brittene Wilson is the most reliable attorney that I have worked with! I was being sued for student loans, and I was so devastated because if I lost my case it would possibly prevent me from going to grad school to continue my education.
After calling several attorneys that either didn't want to take my case or were not qualified to take my case, I was at my wits ends. Our family used the services of Mr. Hards in trying to obtain a change in custody for one of my grandchildren and he was a superb counselor for us. Even though we did not win the custody of the child from the child's mother, which he advised we probably would not, he advised us on maintaining relationships so that we could continue afterward and be assured that if the abusive situation continued we had legal grounds to stop it.
I have nothing but kind things to say about this man with high moral principles, excellent knowledge and useful wisdom that he used at all the meetings and hearings we attended.
