I have used Chris Norton as my attorney on two different occasions. The first was for a case where a car backed into my car; on the second case, Chris helped me file a claim with my insurance company for a hit-and-run accident. The process of submitting a claim and dealing with the insurance representatives was far more difficult than I realized. Therefore, I hired Chris to be my attorney and deal with my insurance company for me, and he was able to get a far better settlement for me than I ever would have gotten on my own. Chris was very responsive to my questions and I was extremely happy with how he handled my case and kept me informed of the status of my claim every step of the way. Mr. Jones assisted me thoroughly with the filing and communication on a mechanics lien filed on a client of mine that refused to submit final payment. Mr. Jones knowledge and experience guided me through the process with minimal time on my behalf. The outcome of the whole process was very gratifying and I was allowed to continue using the extra time to run my business while Mr. Jones did the excellent job of retrieving the final balance from the noted company.

What i expected in my asylum-immigration court procedings consultation:
-Getting a quick response from attorney
-If Attorney understood my case very well
-If Attorney has or can create any strategies about the case,
-If Attorney knows what the other party (Gov) will do against you
I got advice, real advice from Brian
not like many immigration attorney says
“i think so, i dont think so, hire me and im gonna tell you.”
I explained my case to Brian on virtual consultation, He understood my case very well without seeing a document but i felt like he already read all docs and knows my country conditions.
He just charged 97 $ for consultation fee for 25 min but he gave talked to me and call me back after my internet connection cut off
We talked for 1 hour.
So i see Brian really care about his clients and he will do his best for them.
In consultation, He says your chance is under %50 because of those reasons, He was right
And also he says, i will increase these chance with my strategies and he explained mostly me some.

5 stars are not enough to justify the service and dedication he has provided for myself and our family. I could write all day long and it still won’t be enough to praise how dedicated and honest of an attorney John is consistently. He is selfless, he is fair and just, he fights for what is right, especially when innocent children are caught in the ugly mess of divorce/custody battles. Amidst a major life crisis that turned our entire families lives upside down, when I was terrified, morose, and confused, I found John who helped me find clarity and calm throughout the legal process. Prior to John I had retained many lawyers in a series of high conflict family and criminal matters. Nobody helped us like John, they did not compare whatsoever. John is amazingly quick on his feet. He was able to negotiate a complete reversal in my custody battle, which resulted in me gaining full custody of my son! Most dad's don't get the opportunity to raise their children, but thanks to John, I do get to raise my son. I retained Jeremiah to handle my Bankruptcy and he did a great job. He prepared all the paperwork very quickly, he always returned my calls and responded to my emails, and always had an answer when I had a question. The 341 hearing I had to attend was short and went smooth and I received my discharge without a problem (although it did take about 1 week longer than he predicted - no big deal to me though). I would definitely recommend Jeremiah to anyone looking to do a Bankruptcy.

I hired Tom Nixon as my attorney to handle a slip and fall case. Although it took longer than expected before my case was settled, I wound up with a much better settlement than I thought was possible. There was a lot more paperwork involved than I expected. I was told in the beginning that my case was not worth a lot of money, then suddenly, the business was offering to settle my case. It wasn't really explained to me why my case went from being worth very little to suddenly being worth more money. However, when it was over I was please with the settlement. I thought the mediator picked for the case could have been nicer, although he settled the case.

Mr. White took over our case after several years and two (2) firms were not competent in handling a "Complicated Case " there words .
Had to case which involved the buyer of our company which 2 years after purchase decided he was not going to complete/pay the agreed purchase contracts. This individual filed many claims in the effort to discredit the seller (me) and therefore have the court dissolve the purchase agreements.
All claims were dis-allowed by the court , Mr. White handled all of these claims which if with any of them we failed to win would have been created a Very Difficult legal position in our claim against the Buyer.
Second and even More difficult suit again the Bank which financed part of the purchase.
It was clear from documents from the new company and "The Bank" that it the bank was at times stopping the Buyer from moving away from his claims against the seller. Buyer asked permission from "The Bank" to settle and many payment to seller. The Bank" refused to allow.
At trial the Chairman stated that it had not given permission to buyer, In an effort to protect and make sure it loans would be paid First
The trial against the "The Bank " was a 5 day jury trial which we won on all counts.
The Bank's was represented by a large well know firm with 3 plus attorneys and 3 other support personnel.
Mr White's per-trial and trial presentation was Very Good !

I consulted Mr. White when an insurance company failed to pay a casualty claim which I felt was covered by the policy. I anticipated a lengthy exchange with the company legal department, ending in litigation. Mr. White advised me not to be hasty in taking irrevocable steps, and to stimulate internal discussions at the insurance company about the expense of litigation as opposed to the expense of paying the claim. He coached me through drafting a point specific letter to the insurance company(including citations of case law), which resulted in their reversing their decision and paying my claim without delay. I am confident that without his advice and coaching, I would have stumbled in an impasse which would have cost both me and the insurance company far more than this improved solution has cost. I am very pleased with Mr. White's work, and I recommend him without hesitation or exception. I will be pleased to consult him in the future, should need arise.

Joy like her name clearly spells gives me so much joy as my attorney! I was referred to her by a friend when I had given up on attorneys as people who just eat your money and have nothing to show for it. I immediately took to Joy immediately after I met her. I got a pom, possession of marijuana, in 2012 called an attorney that I had used on previous pom charge (2006) and was told x amount for 12 months differed probation. Called a friend and got Stevens number, who had also used previous lawyer. Called Steven for him to tell me half the price for same probation. Steven was at court on time, on day required, and explained everything to me in laymen's terms.Did my 12 months and have since called Steven for advise for pom in Alabama (referred me to someone in Alabama name/number) as well as a family law matter. If he can't take care of you, he can and will refer you to a recommended choice. Would recommend him to anyone I know.

I then received a summons to appear in court because my ex-spouse wanted me to give up total control. Well Lashon had something to say about that. When the court date came not only did Lashon get my ex-spouse to admit that the children had never missed an event that she had planned, the judge took about 5 seconds to deny opposing counsels motion. It took everything I had not to break out into tears in front of the judge. Then she took the time to talk me through the process after court and told me what to expect next.
