I contacted Attorney Momal regarding my K1 fiancee visa. Several issues I was concerned with my application and especially issues with more proof to the US embassy of my sustained income.
Miss Momal was very accommodating and gave me many option to visit her office in Montebello, CA.
After my first office appointment she was able to point out very efficiently what is need and how to finalize my K1 application.
Miss Momal also offered and gave me the option to wright an explanation letter to US Embassy but mention to me that I can formulate that letter myself as well.
I will definitely return to her for more counsel if needed.

Donny represented me and my family in a wrongful death action after my grandfather slipped and fell at a nursing home in Tustin and died, OC Superior Court Case No.: 30-2014-00746924-CU-PO-CJC. He did not require us to pay any money up front. We were kept informed every step of the way. Donny even deftly handled some conflicts between the heirs that arose during the life of the case. Donny rendered very practical advice on what was a very emotional case for me and the other plaintiffs. In the litigation, I had the pleasure of reading Donny's research and writing in correspondence to the plaintiffs and opposing counsel and motions filed with the court. Before certain court deadlines Donny worked around the clock to make sure that our court filings were perfect. Donny established a good rapport with opposing counsel and with the judge that was assigned to our case. After a short time litigating, we were able to settle the matter with the nursing home's insurer for a fair amount, avoiding the emotional and financial grind of proceeding to summary judgment or trial. I highly recommend Donny to any potential client who wants a skilled and ethical lawyer who will handle their case effectively and efficiently.

Called Mr. Nelson to write a waiver letter to the US embassy in Yerevan Armenia, as why I want my mother in law to get her immigration visa to join my wife here in California. He charged me not much! But thereafter, anytime, I called him, he spent quite good time on the phone. He never turned me down for my questions. He was sometimes in meeting. But he retuned all my calls. You will not feel stranger with this gentleman. He is knowledgeable and he is always stay side by side with you. His office staff are friendly and helpful, when he was on vacation. I recommend him to any one. My mother in law came in to California on 10/22/2019 with green card visa. One call you will think you know him for ever! Mr. Vic Lin has been providing legal services to assist my company in patent applicaitons and IP related tasks over a decade. In many cases, his assistance is particularly important to help us enhance our applicaitons with much more effective and compelling presentations that resulted in successful patent issuances. In one specific case, the assigned examiner of USPTO made some objections that did not seem to be applicable to our application, Mr. Lin coordinated a conference call with the examiner and clearly explained our arguments, and eventually convinced the examiner that our application was indeed patentable. In another case, after reviewing our original draf, he recommended to significantly increas the number of claims in the application. Those additional cliams were all accedpted by the examiner. Mr. Lin has demonstrated outstanding expertise in IP laws and especially his familiarity with the leagal procedures to handle complicated cases. I would highly recommend him for any IP related cases.

My older brother has a mental disability that put him in a difficult situation for U.S. citizenship. We tried different lawyers who just seemed to not care about my brother's case. I have had two cases for Phillip. The first was a business transaction gone bad and required extensive discovery, finding details and analysis of documents. Phillip never stopped looking for the last bit of strength. In the final days he was able to get a favorable settlement from a tough Chapter 11 case.
The 2nd was on behalf of my grandson. He had an opportunity to become a 1/3 partner in a business where he was the acting manager. My Grandson knew my business and knew II was required to use competent legal advise. He asked me to look at the deal proposed by his, then, employer. My case involved a business matter. One of my customers filed bankruptcy and my corporation had a sizable liability on a Preference Claim. I was on probation when I was cited with a new case out of the same courthouse. I was at my lowest point and tremendously scared. I did not want to go to jail. I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott for quite a while. I met him through my mother a long time ago and have used Scott for 2 different cases I had. One of the cases he was able to dismiss of a City suit against me in NY and did not have to pay anything. The City was suing me for over 225,000. This saved my life. I appreciate him so much.
