In 2001, my ex served me with divorce documents, which I signed but later discovered were never finalized. The dissolution should have been very straight forward as there was no property or children involved. But after 7 years and 2 attorney's, the action was still unresolved. A friend referred me to Michael G. Martin promising I wouldn't be disappointed! I wasn't. He was able to get my ex to cooperate and bring the action to conclusion. In July of 2008, it was finally done, I finally had the divorce I thought my ex wanted!

When I was an adjuster back in 1992, John started his own law firm. He took what he knew and branched out on his own and never looked back. My company retained Doug Carasso to assist in setting up a medspa in Beverly Hills. Doug was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job of doing legal research. My mother and I hired Mr. Fieldsted after my father suddenly passed away. We needed his help getting properties not listed in the trust to be put in my moms name/in the trust. We also had him create a new trust for my mom. He was honest and up front about the cost and was very accurate about length of time things would take. Since we liked him so much he has since dissolved an LLC for us, advised us on property sales, had him create a unique power of attorney, and evict a tenant. I highly recommend Mr. Fieldsted.

It was my pleasure to be represented by Brett & Heidi.
Initially dealt mainly with Brett where I got my child back after a Fake DV order was filed and granted against me with weak evidence.
After we finished the first hearing I got 50% custody of my child, and Heidi took over from Brett at that point.
The other party does not follow our court order, and constantly lives in a where double standards is okay. Heidi is efficient in her wording to detail and highlight the issues in writing to opposing counsel, letting them know how their client is violating the court orders. Everything is properly documented with evidence of communication.
Heidi is busy, I can imagine that when you're amazing at what you do you'll be in demand but she typically gets back the same day or next.
I can't recommend Heidi enough, she is professional, swift, and gets the job done.

Mr. Whiteside helped me when the owner of the home I was renting tried to evict me on false pretenses. He worked diligently to find that the eviction was unlawful and that the owner just wanted me out so that they could sell the property. He worked with the property management company that was forced to act on behalf of the actual owner to come to a peaceful resolution. After two letters to the owner and property management company pointing out the grounds for which they were trying to evict me were illegal and we would pursue further legal action, the situation was resolved and I am currently still residing in the home until the end of my lease.

The main issue was the billing before we even addressed changes to the trust. I then changed attorneys and law firms. First ,we had to go in blind finding a attorney from another state to handle my mother's trust. Very nervous not ever meeting him. I read the reviews on this law firm. They were highly rated and now I can see why. I can highly recommend Jacob DeVilliers . He was straight up with us and didn't sugar coat a thing. Mr. Agren is capable, experienced, wise and professional. His offices are well appointed, his staff is professional and competent. He exudes calm expertise and his many years in practice have allowed him a very thorough overview of his specialty practice. I truly was in very good hands by making the choice to hire this attorney. I would recommend him without reservation. Even though (after being served with a petition) I wanted to be vindicated and follow through to the end of litigation, Mr. Agren saw the 'bigger picture' and proposed a settlement which saved many hours of my time and aggravation and actually was very fair to the other side as well. His representation during court proceedings was all that you would expect from a professional, from his attire to his preparedness to his calm demeanor. Mr. Agren was matter of fact and his many years of experience offered a wisdom which lends itself to an ideal case evaluation and plan. Opposing council was dishonest and aggressive and made many false accusations leaving me disconcerted, yet Mr. Agren took it all in stride and was impervious. His relationship with me as a client can be compared to that of a very capable and calm captain of a ship during a storm. If you must go through a storm, the best you could hope for is a sure captain and a fit ship. I could not have been in better hands.
