We all make bad decisions in our lives sometimes those decisions can cause us to have serious consequences. My consequence of driving in a vehicle that had two fully automatic weapons resulted in me being charged with two C felonies and 1 D Felony. I was additionally charged with two more felonies because I was in possession of two fake $50 bills that were given to me by the men who brought the weapons into my car. Even though the weapons were not mine I was still charged with them. To make matters worse the men wanted me to take responsibility for the crime or my family would be harmed. I didn't want my family to be endangered so at my arraignment I yelled out I I take full responsibility of the crime to the judge. When I was bailed out of jail my mother and I we're overwhelmed with worry they had offered me four years in prison for a crime did I did not commit. We didn't know who to turn to or where to go for help. But then my mother remembered the name William Ezersky an attorney who was recommended by my bail bondsman. When I first met Mr Ezersky and explain to him my situation he told me that in the 40 years he has never had a case where a defendant blatantly confessed to the crime. At the end of the consultation Mr Ezersky said that he couldn't think of a way to help me and that he was sorry, I nearly got sick in his office. But then a few days later Mr Ezersky called me and said he told the district attorney of my case the circumstances of my situation. Mr Ezersky , me and the district attorney had a conference together and at the end of the conference the district attorney said I don't know if I can help you. I was devastated because I thought now I was absolutely going to prison. But Mr Ezersky was relentless with trying to get my charges dropped. He was persistent and always kept me calm about the situation by saying that I am in good hands and that he is fighting for the best deal possible. In the end Mr Ezersky had achieved that by convincing the prosecutor that I was not involved in this crime by any means. I couldn't believe he was able to get all of my charges dropped after I confessed to the crime in court. Mr Ezersky had gotten all 5 of my charges dropped, a clean record and a peace of mind. Mr Ezersky is my savior without him my life would have been ruined. I owe him everything and hope he continues to bless other people's lives as he did mine.

There's no words to Express how thankful I am for what he did for me and my husband. It's been over 8 months since my husband was released from ice custody. My then fiance was taken by ice custody on April of 2018 he had DUI's. We had a lawyer who was recommended to us who which didn't put any effort to get him out. That lawyer went for a straight voluntary departure. We weren't happy with that so we then met Nestor Diaz who I felt put his heart to our case. He made us feel like the only case he had to work on was ours. Even though we had a lot of obstacles Nestor always showed a positive attitude. It took a year of fighting but at the end he was able to get my husband released from ICE custody. If you are thinking about hiring Nestor, think no more!! I had a felony charge back in 2013 and had another lawyer who said my only option was 5 years probation or jail time. I was lucky enough to find Mr. Bookstein who took my case and immediately I saw that it was the best decision ever. He was able to negotiate with the DA which extremely affected the outcome of my case. I was offered one year probation, which after successful completion, all charges were dropped to just a misdemeanor. I highly recommend Sean I have never been convicted of any crime in my life. I don’t want to go into specifics of my case but the charges were serious with heavy consequences. All I can say he is the only one that believed my story. I am glad we found Maria Mateo to help us through the process of my Resident visa application and my husbands Citizenship visa application. We both had a hard case that needs a professional help. I met David Ocasio in the late February 2015, in the Bullpens, shortly before I saw the Arraignment Judge. I saw him for the first time, he was sitting behind the glass from our booth. My first impression of him was, very organized, his professional appearance almost instantly calmed my tense situation. when we spoke he spoke very firmly and confident. behind his confident demeanor I found hope, I knew freedom was not a dream. I was charged with felony terrorism, and despite the serious charge, Mr, Ocasio, reminded me that i was innocent, and assured me victory in court. before I spoke in grand jury he gave me the words of encouragement i needed to face adversity. throughout the entire ordeal he maintained a very strong line of communication with my brother. He made sure my family was not out of the loop. not only did he perform his duties as a professional, he exceeded expectations by going the extra mile. aside from this, Mr. Ocasio, also represented me in dmv court. as of today I nolonger worry of these false accusations brought forth by my ex wife. He was patient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the 6 month process and very responsive to both phone calls and texts. He came highly recommended,but I needed more assurance the he was going to be the one to prove my innocence to the District Attorney and The Judge,because jail was the last place I would ever consider calling my second home.So he invited me to one of his many criminal cases he handles prior to me investing my hard earned cash on him,which lawyer do you know who does that ?And what a show he puts on,I witnessed the respect and admiration he gets from the police guards the minute he walks into the courthouse building,to the endless handshakes he gets from friends and fellow lawyers .Once in the courtroom,ADA's,Guards and even The Judge seem to be Bowing down to him and giving him so much respect.I didn't stay around long enough to see the case til the end but did witness charges/offenses were being thrown out ,one by one on his clients behalf.So the next day I hired him and never regretted it.I never went to jail,I was facing 3 1/2 yrs -15 yrs,and have been recommending ever since.

Ive never been arrested before and i got caught with around 15-20 pounds of weed by the feds at my house in queens.
