I came home after serving 10 ten years for Robbery 1, Burglary, gun possession and a list of other charges. I went and sat down with this exceptional lawyer and I explained my dilemma and all the things that I was going through pre and post incarceration. Danielle listen to my situation and gave me back word for word my concerns she told me that I have grounds for appeal and she will look over my minutes of my case to develop a strategy.
My appeal was granted and case was dismissed due to her persistence and knowledge. Her experience, attention to detail and focus are incredibly impressive. I never thought that I would need a defense attorney. Unfortunately, my family and I were involved in a situation and needed one. My family and I were attacked by a group of individuals. In the course of defending ourselves we were arrested. This law firm worked diligently to get the charges dismissed. They did not stop there. They continued to work to ensure that the individuals that attacked us would not do so again.

Danielle Muscatello worked on my appeals on a harassment violation that has led to my termination as a teacher for NYC public schools. Although the duration of the case was a bit lengthy , which was not due to her lack of concern, she made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me updated on the case's progression. She also maintained contact with my original defense attorney who tried my case, which I thought showed her compassion and dedication for what she does as well as her care for her clients. James defended me for a felony charge and was able to get it reduced to a disorderly conduct plea deal. He was patient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the 6 month process and very responsive to both phone calls and texts. James has decades of experience with the Queens court system and it definitely shows. He thoroughly explain the court process every step of the way and let me know all my options throughout the ordeal.

I live in Massachusetts and needed to hire a New York attorney to help resolve a family issue regarding an adult child who lives in Queens. Ive never been arrested before and i got caught with around 15-20 pounds of weed by the feds at my house in queens. I was charged with a Felony possesion of marihuana C felony looking at 2-5 years i hired this lawyer and with all his connections he was able to drop all the charges against me and all i got was a disorderly conduct fine for $600 !

Scott’s performance as an attorney has consistently fallen below the minimal standards required by the legal profession. His legal knowledge is outdated, and he frequently misapplies basic principles of law, which has led to poor outcomes for his clients. His lack of preparation and failure to meet deadlines are not isolated incidents but part of an ongoing pattern of negligence.
Equally concerning are Mr. Grauman’s ethical lapses. He has shown a blatant disregard for client confidentiality and failed to communicate crucial case details, leaving clients in the dark. His combative and dismissive attitude towards colleagues and opposing counsel further reflects his lack of professionalism.
Most importantly, Mr. Grauman’s behavior has resulted in significant harm to his clients. His consistent failure to adequately represent them, coupled with his failure to act in their best interests, demonstrates a clear inability to perform his duties as a lawyer.
In light of these serious concerns, it is my firm belief that Mr.Grauman is unfit to continue practicing law and should face disbarment to protect the integrity of the profession and the well-being of his clients.

I met David Ocasio in the late February 2015, in the Bullpens, shortly before I saw the Arraignment Judge. I saw him for the first time, he was sitting behind the glass from our booth. My first impression of him was, very organized, his professional appearance almost instantly calmed my tense situation. when we spoke he spoke very firmly and confident. behind his confident demeanor I found hope, I knew freedom was not a dream. I was charged with felony terrorism, and despite the serious charge, Mr, Ocasio, reminded me that i was innocent, and assured me victory in court. before I spoke in grand jury he gave me the words of encouragement i needed to face adversity. throughout the entire ordeal he maintained a very strong line of communication with my brother. He made sure my family was not out of the loop. not only did he perform his duties as a professional, he exceeded expectations by going the extra mile. aside from this, Mr. Ocasio, also represented me in dmv court. as of today I nolonger worry of these false accusations brought forth by my ex wife. The case was dismissed. I strongly recommend Mr Ocasio to anyone in need of an Attorney. I have tipped my cap to him for his prowess in court. im thankful for his relentless motivation. He came highly recommended,but I needed more assurance the he was going to be the one to prove my innocence to the District Attorney and The Judge,because jail was the last place I would ever consider calling my second home.So he invited me to one of his many criminal cases he handles prior to me investing my hard earned cash on him,which lawyer do you know who does that ?And what a show he puts on,I witnessed the respect and admiration he gets from the police guards the minute he walks into the courthouse building,to the endless handshakes he gets from friends and fellow lawyers .Once in the courtroom,ADA's,Guards and even The Judge seem to be Bowing down to him and giving him so much respect.I didn't stay around long enough to see the case til the end but did witness charges/offenses were being thrown out ,one by one on his clients behalf.So the next day I hired him and never regretted it.I never went to jail,I was facing 3 1/2 yrs -15 yrs,and have been recommending ever since.
