I was introduced to Steve when he was in-house counsel for a real estate investment firm. Since then I've come to know him personally, as well as hire him to help me with my needs as he's worked in private practice. I'm an independent residential real estate broker and I also purchase and flip a handful of properties each year. Mr. Sharp did a fantastic job for us. He was so good, so utterly prepared in the depositions that the other side caved in. Undoubtedly the thought of having to face him in court was the deciding factor. No doubt their attorney breathed a sigh of relief also. A simply masterful performance. We avoided court and that in itself was a great victory. Mr. Sharp advised us from the beginning that was the best result and then he made sure of it. Our only disappointment was in not getting to see him try the case in court, as he had produced overwhelming documentation and was so thoroughly prepared. The other side of course saw all that and reluctantly threw in the towel. Mr. Sharp get our highest recommendation. He earned it.

When you need a lawyer, many times you are not in a good frame of mind. I know I was upset, angry and frustrated at needing an attorney. I met Glen though our children and have seen how he treats people professionally and socially.
Having an attorney who combines deep competency with a good "bedside" manner is very comforting and gave me the confidence of being in good hands. To me that's at least half of the equation, given the obvious need for an experienced attorney.
While I did not want my problem to end up in a courtroom, the fact that Glen has fought in the courtroom many times allowed me to be at ease it it came to that.
Happily, it did not. Those old cliches, like "cool heads prevailed" was true in my case.
glen is cool, calm, collected and competent. I would recommend Glen to my closest friends, especially if your issue involves an insurance company!

James was fantastic. He worked hard on my case and it showed. When my company was sued (class action) for allegedly violating the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act out of an Arkansas state court, James researched the law and my case and discovered that the plaintiff’s allegations had not investigated their claims at all.
Not only did he win the case by filing a Motion to Dismiss (in Arkansas), he sued the plaintiff on my behalf for malicious prosecution and abuse of process.
He went above and beyond—and he really cared about my interests. Once you find an attorney like this, you keep him for life! Since that first case, he has handled several other matters for me, and each time, I am more than satisfied, I am grateful!

From the very first conversation I had with Bryce he was very clear about what might or might not happen with my trademark issue. I have dealt with many lawyers in my life for various reasons, but have never felt like my case was the most important case they had. This was only for a trademark issue, I can only imagine the amount of work and passion he would put into something more serious. Bryce seems to really love what he does and he made me feel like he was in the fight with us. I had a very strange trademark issue (which other lawyers, I reached out to had never heard of) where my mark was in between a common problem of being too descriptive or being deceptive because my mark didn't have the ingredient in my product that was the name. If that sounds confusing, that's because it was VERY confusing. Other lawyers told me that I should just change my name and they recommended to make up a word to avoid these kind of issues. That was simply not something I wanted to do. I had a name, I loved it, I wanted to fight for it and that's what Bryce did. After reading the argument Bryce put together I was blown away. The amount of time and research that went into the argument was the difference between us winning and losing.

I had a relatively small legal issue in San Diego regarding several thousands of dollars in fines that I had received over the years which I had continuously chose to neglect. Charles helped me handle all of the penalties in court and even went to the court house with me free of charge. I know that this is not his usual area of expertise and possibly extremely trivial compared to his usual casework (and definitely not anywhere close to his usual fee) but I was extremely grateful nonetheless. From what I understand he handles all of his cases with the same integrity and ease. I definitely would recommend Charles Maurer to people I know with more serious problems.. and hopefully deeper pockets than mine.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Mr. Tyson was knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. I was impressed by his ability to make sense of my case and present it in a way that was easy to understand BUT also VERY convincing. We have referred Rob to many people over the years. He is honest as lawyers come. A year after one of our claims had been settled, we received a check for over $1000 from Rob. When we questioned it, Rob told us he found it in his trust account and when he tracked it, it turns out it was money my health insurance company refused for reimbursement for my injuries. Rob felt it rightly belonged to me. I would have never known about this money and he could have just as easily absorbed it. My extended family and friends have used him several times over the past 20 years and, given a choice, I wouldn't use any other lawyer for personal injury.

I engaged Taylor Bloom to assist with a compliance issue with the Fair Political Practices Commission. Taylor was able to intervene on my behalf, work with the FPPC to get an understanding of the problem from their perspective and then interpret the need to me in terms that I could manage and comply with. I can be a difficult client and I am sure I tested her patience, but Taylor was able to keep me focused on the the necessary time table and tasks to be performed to avoid a small problem becoming much larger.
