Maria saved me! After several other lawyers hacked up my case, took advantage of my resources & left me extremely vulnerable, she came in & cleaned things up! Rather quickly too! She helped me keep primary custody of my children after YEARS of litigation. She told me hard things I didn’t want to hear but helped me understand the reasons why. She even helped me learn to STOP CRYING so much, lol. Who knew lawyers were therapists too, haha. I wish I started with her at the beginning of my divorce, but the important part is that I ended with her & we won! I highly recommend her! Nico Caridi was highly recommended to us by our real estate broker Anthony Gucciardo (who I also highly recommend, he sold our house in 5 days!) to handle the sale of our home. Yes, he actually answers the phone! My past experience with Attorneys, and any professional frankly these days, is that they take your money and then ghost you for weeks. Chris Obstarczyk is a highly knowledgeable attorney who handled my speeding ticket case with great care and expediency. He was particularly responsive and always kept me informed on the status of my case. I thought that I was looking at a big fine, increased insurance premium and tedious defensive driving classes. In fact, I never had to attend court and my ticket was reduced to a parking violation which (as someone who needs to drive every day for my livelihood) was a HUGE relief. I certainly don't advocate speeding and will absolutely watch my speed, but the penalties today can be overly severe.

Jeff Anderson was recommended highly to me by a friend of mine after I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on a triathlon bike training ride. I did not go to him at first because I thought I could handle the accident information myself with the insurance carrier for the person who hit me with their car. Once I realized I was over my head with issues I really did not understand and an insurance company that was trying to pay as little of my expenses as they could, I contacted Mr. Anderson. Jeff was very kind and I realized very quickly that he had much more experience. From the moment I connected with Jeff, I had no more dealings with anyone except his office. I received regular updates and the case was handled compassionately and efficiently ( I had numerous internal injuries that left me in pain for several months) . I was exceedingly pleased with the settlement and even recommended him to two of my friends who subsequently had bicycle accidents similar to mine.

I had a county felony matter in Schenectady NY. Luckily there was a conflict of interest with public defenders. I was appointed Michael and boy did he go above and beyond. I never had a lawyer so knowledgeable and dedicated in criminal defense. He didn't let the system abuse me and he fought for my freedom and used arguments I never seen a lawyer do. The Romanucci Lawfirm was very professional from the beginnig. Before I met with Mr Romanucci, his assistant instructed me to bring in any and all documents pertaining to my case. When I met Mr Romanucci to discuss my case, I was immediatley put at ease. Mr Romanucci listened attentively as I rambled on about my perdicament. Mr. Romanucci handled all the paper work and kept in constant contact with me during the process.I met with him the day before the trial to completely prepare me and review the facts of the case. This meeting helped to ease my fears. On the day of the trial, Mr. Romanucci met me early to again review my case and ease my nerves. We one our case. When the case was appealed, Mr. Romanucci handled the appeal and won yet again.
I Had a different Lawyer for my divorce and wish I had know about him then. Its hard to know what questions to ask when interviewing an attorney, but I have learned that a good attorney likes to WIN!

Brian was friends family attorney and referred to me. My car insurance was set up on auto pay, and I foolishly never check my statement. Somehow with the new year my auto pay was never reinstated resulting in my insurance lapsing, my license and registration being suspended. With my recent move the mail didn't make it to me. I drove around about 6 months without a any of these requirements unknowning. While returning my sons library books I was pulled over for a routine inspection check. My car was towed and then I learned I hadn't had any of my requirements to drive through NYS. Brian settled my issue with one 6 minute appearance and $294 fine. Everything I researched told me I looked at paying at least $1000. Great guy, I highly recommend him, and the best part his rates are affordable.
