I have been using this investment firm for 2 years now. They are managing a trust as well as an IRA account, that is approxiimately 25 years old in duration. I had a county felony matter in Schenectady NY. Luckily there was a conflict of interest with public defenders. I was appointed Michael and boy did he go above and beyond. I never had a lawyer so knowledgeable and dedicated in criminal defense. He didn't let the system abuse me and he fought for my freedom and used arguments I never seen a lawyer do. Michael is great and worth every penny he charges his clients because he will go above and beyond.

Brian was friends family attorney and referred to me. My car insurance was set up on auto pay, and I foolishly never check my statement. Somehow with the new year my auto pay was never reinstated resulting in my insurance lapsing, my license and registration being suspended. With my recent move the mail didn't make it to me. I drove around about 6 months without a any of these requirements unknowning. While returning my sons library books I was pulled over for a routine inspection check. My car was towed and then I learned I hadn't had any of my requirements to drive through NYS. Brian settled my issue with one 6 minute appearance and $294 fine. Everything I researched told me I looked at paying at least $1000. Great guy, I highly recommend him, and the best part his rates are affordable.

I cannot thank everyone at Rhoades & Cunningham enough for their patience. My divorce was difficult (as most are) but had a few complicated situations along the way. The office was always professional and helped me with everything I needed. If they needed to get back to me with any information they'd give me transparent communication.
