Mrs. Palmieri was my life saver. Things took a bad turn for my family when my husband lost his job and we were stuck in a bad mortgage. I have 3 kids and it is not easy to feed, clothe, house, and care for them on one income. Even though my husband was trying his best to make money working odd jobs, we just couldn't keep up on all of the expenses. We tried numerous times to work with the bank to adjust our mortgage so that we could keep our home, but we kept getting denied for assistance because we were not behind on our mortgage. I was borrowing money from family members at the time but we were on our last leg.
Shortly after we retained Mrs. Palmieri I finally was able to feel some sort of relief. She was ALWAYS available for our calls and concerns, which came to a surprise to my husband and I. The attorneys we had previous to her were NEVER available and we never knew when and what they were doing with our case. Mrs. Palmieri kept us informed on every filing, every conversation with opposing council, and how these things affected our case. After she diligently worked on our case for months we were finally able to resolve our problems with the bank and we can now afford to keep our home.
Overall, her communication and diligence on the case is what made the difference and helped us keep our home. I couldn't thank you enough Mrs. Palmieri!

Ms. Palmieri recently handled my foreclosure case. I thought I had no recourse and was definitely going to lose my home. Olivia was able to negotiate with the bank to get me a loan modification and keep me in the home I've lived in for over 10 years. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had about the foreclosure process as well as the loan modification process, and was able to resolve my case rather quickly. I was pleasently surprised with this attorney. I called Vibhu after being hit in a car accident. He filed all of my paper work very quickly and let me know what was happening and what to expect. The only thing I would note is that a couple of times my call went to voice mail. I'm sure maybe he was just busy, the good part is that my phone calls were usually returned fast. Hmmm, maybe I have little to complain about then.

I am the President of a California Corporation in the hospitality industry. The corporation is facing two class action wage and hour suits. We retained a firm 1 year ago and to date, very little has been done on the case in terms of a settlement. We were hoping to settle the case before the courts granted the motion for the class.
Unhappy with our current legal council a good friend of 25 years used Mr. Garbacz. My friend owns 12 restaurants with annual sales in excess of $80 million. I figured whomever he used was the best.
In our initial meeting, Mr. Garbacz gave me almost 3 hours of his time. He made excellent suggestions that the current council did not peruse over the past 12 months and for the first time in 1 year I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. For the 1st time in 12 months I slept well with the confidence this would finally be handled be a great attorney.
Within 7 days Mr. Garbacz did more on these 2 cases than the other firm did in 12 months. 10 days into this we’re now moving into the right direction. Greg emails me right back, returns my calls quickly and even this past Saturday and Sunday answered all my emails within the hour! His ideas in settling this case are brilliant. I could not be happier that we have Greg and his team supporting us.
Our company needed managers to be trained in sexual harassment. Within 1 day Greg had a colleague in the firm contact me and we scheduled the class.

Mr. Garbacz took the time to come to our offices to meet with us personally and to inform the CEO and the Board of Directors and clarify the legal issues in our case. He was insightful and responsive to any questions or concerns that the CEO or the Board had. As we moved through the litigation process, he made himself available to continue to clarify and explain procedures or motions that were being filed.
He demonstrated high ethics which made it easy to follow his counsel.
His staff were also very responsive and courteous.

In 2004, Mr. William Dickerman represented me in my effort to obtain a permanent SRO against a predatory, abusive and physically threatening resident manager who had been stalking and taunting me for more than three years. On my own, I had not been able to get any relief whatsoever from my landlord, housing authorities or law enforcement, despite the severity and persistence of the problem.
In an unusually grueling hearing that went on for more than six hours, Mr. Dickerman successfully proved that I had been subject to extreme and intolerable abuse and was in imminent danger, despite the defense attorney's considerable efforts to prove otherwise.
I am deeply grateful for Mr. Dickerman's pre- and post-hearing counseling, compassion and support, his outstanding courtroom representation and his overall effort to obtain justice on my behalf.

There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. Even Marty was flabbergasted that it happened so quickly and successfully!
The point of my little tale is to not only to sing this lawyer's praises for all to read, but to solidify that I truly feel Martin Weniz is just about one of the best attorneys the legal profession has got. And, if that wasn’t awesome enough, he is a kind, empathetic, and courageous man who will fight for what he believes in. In my case, it was my plight!

When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us. We were impressed not only by his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, but by his compassion. We also always felt that he was interested in our case for its relevance to challenges faced in the health care industry as well as its meaning to us personally. Our case took a long time to resolve. Re-experiencing the initial event over and over through the legal process was very hard, but Marty was right beside us to prepare us for each step, and support us through unpleasant things like the discovery process, and arbitration meetings. He always seemed to find time to just hear me "vent" or respond to what might have seemed "dumb" questions to someone with more experience. He understood that for us, our case was much more a matter of principle than monetary gain and represented us accordingly. In the end he helped achieve a settlement that was, I believe, viewed as fair on both sides of the table. After speaking with several firms, I chose to hire Vincent Look as my patent attorney. He won me over from the first phone conversation. I could tell that he was very pationate and extremely serious.
