Kimberli helped me in my divorce this past year. What a nightmare from the start, when I first went to her I had zero hopes and felt defeated before we even started. She returned emails, calls and answered all my questions quickly and no matter how many times I asked the same question. Kimberli went above and beyond and made sure that everything went smooth for me and was always 10 steps ahead for everything. We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

My wife and I have been living in Melbourne for over 10 years. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. During the month of May my next-door neighbor sold his house. We greeted this person and even helped with some of his landscaping since he didn't have any lawn equipment. I had also informed this neighbor that the fence which runs along the property line was in severe deterioration and ask if he wanted to share the expense. At first he seemed reasonable then when I approached him to discuss getting prices, he became very aggressive and belligerent. And even complained to some of our neighbors. My wife and I decided to foot the bill for the fence after getting all the surveys completed and having the construction approved by the HOA. Once this was completed our fence contractor came in and ran a string-line that designated the property lines. the fence would then be constructed 4-5 inches inside the property line on our side. The neighbor went ahead and sabotages the line by cutting it down and this is when this neighbor became unruly. End result is there was a stand-off at the fence where he was video taping my wife and I doing lawn maintenance and I confronted him by taking away his cell phone, I was arrested. I contacted Jason Downs who reviewed our case and after much investigation and Jason's expertise to showed evidence that not only is this person unstable but repeatedly pulls stunts like this from his previous address. My case was dismissed, and my wife and I are forever grateful for Jason's support. I would recommend Jason's firm to anyone who has ever unfortunately had to deal with circumstances like this.

Joe Columbo and his team were a great choice 12 years ago when we went into foreclosure. We never wanted to lose our home. We tried so many times to refinance but the bank would do nothing. We were told to stop paying our mortgage to qualify for grants and we did that hesitantly. We never got the grants and the bank never helped us. They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. Sean and his team were absolutely amazing during our family custody issues. Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.

I needed a child advocate for my children during my custody process. My lawyer had recommended Mrs. severance as someone he trusted and believed in.
