We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

Erica agreed to represent me for an extremely important hearing regarding custody of my son. In a very short period of time, she was able to come up to speed on my case. Erica feinswog is an amazing woman...Amazing.... this woman took on my case like a Caring mother and took away all of my problems.. She was always prepared. Always in court. Mr. John Albert is a very professional lawyer with a lot of experience in what he is doing (defense). He did really good job for my case in proving he really cares about his clients. In my case I faced the possibility of probation, community service and even jail time. However, in the end, it was only the payment of court costs. I highly recommend him as a lawyer to be used in the future he goes out of his way for you and will do his best to win your case. This is my second time that I have hired Mr. Landman as my wonderful attorney. The first time was a custody case for my daughter 6 years ago. And this time was for my daughter’s legal name change. A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where my children’s mom was refusing to allow me to exercise timesharing with my children. I began looking for an attorney who could help me resolve the situation. Mr. Landman was recommended to me by three different people. One of those who recommended him was on the opposing side of a case with him, and still recommended him. When I signed on with Mr. Landman‘s firm, I realized why he was so highly recommended. He and his team represent the best of the best. There are several key characteristics that I greatly appreciated. First is responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, regardless of the day or time, Mr. Landman was very quick to respond. The second quality was attention to detail. Joe Columbo and his team were a great choice 12 years ago when we went into foreclosure. We never wanted to lose our home. We tried so many times to refinance but the bank would do nothing. We were told to stop paying our mortgage to qualify for grants and we did that hesitantly. We never got the grants and the bank never helped us. Columbo walked us through the entire process and helped us so much! So glad he helped us!

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

Without question the best professional experience I’ve ever had with any type of firm.
Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.
I cannot, nor doubt I ever could, recommend anyone any more than I can this firm.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. Going through a divorce was both expensive & time consuming. If you need to hire an attorney, make sure you hire the right one! I interviewed two attorneys prior to meeting Billie for a consultation. They just didn't have a positive attitude about my case & definitely no "I got your back" kind of feeling. Billie came highly recommended from long time friends & co workers. When i met Billie, I knew within minutes she was the one i needed to represent me.
All i wanted from the start was everything to be equal & fair between me & opposing.
Billie was a fireball from the start! Her hard work ethic and expertise kept opposing back tracking from their outrageous demands through the whole process. Plus, bringing in the financial expert saved me more than i thought was allowed by the law. Kept me well informed throughout the entire divorce process. Lance got me 50% more than the Insurance company was originally willing to pay. The man went to bat for me. Like you would treat a good friend or someone that you really cared about. Anytime I contacted him he responded immediately even if to say he’d have to get back to me a little later. Extremely smart individual worthy of the super lawyer title. Able to converse regarding any subject matter knowledgeably. Pre-divorce I owned a company with hundreds of employees and a worldwide presence. It was my practice to hire exceptional people such as Lance. However in 25 years I only hired four people doubling their salary to get them to leave their current profession and position and work for me. If I still had that company I would’ve paid Lance whatever he wanted to work for me.
Lance took the nastyness out of the situation I was in, added a lot of humor and quickly became my friend.
Whatever game he plays, he’s at the very top of it. Who wouldn’t want an individual like that to represent them?

The Social Security Disability process is extremely difficult, confusing and frustrating. We srtruggled for the first few years, not knowing what to do or where to turn. By the time we contacted Maria Riddle, we had been denied and broken financially. Maria took charge, put us in touch with exceptional doctors and specialists, walked us through the disability process and made the experience way less horrible. There were times Alicia, her assistant and I just talked.. she knew how hard it was for us to go through this process and showed extrteme compassion every time we corresponded. After a few meetings with Ana em 2023, I hired the attorney services of the company she used to work for. In the beginning, everything went well. After some months, however, there were serious problems inside this company that compromised the quality of the work. When that happened, Ana left the company to keep her ethics intact.
Well, I had a serious problem because the company was not delivering any progress in my case after she left and my contract was with them. When their precarious work became unbearable, I turned to Ana for help and hired her services. Not only did she help my case, she also:

Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.

I can't say enough good things about this firm. I started my accident settlement with another firm and when they could not settle it they referred me to Gillin Gillin&Lindbaek. I decided to leave them and sign with Eric Gillen. Thing started moving forward soon after Eric took over my case. My case was difficult because of the type of accident and the injuries I received. Eric was able to settle thing in a great way and help both my family and me . I had severe malpractice with many insurance Dr's trying to cover it up and grossly underestimating the disability. I filed for Disability and was turned down then hired another attorney who appealed and lost again. I found Brad who read the denial and in 1 minute said " I will get this denial thrown out and we should win the case" . He said the judge used the wrong pain scale and applied something else incorrectly as well and cited the court cases!
He explained the best way to win a SS disability case including getting a SS Disability Evaluation by a Dr. Then Brad writes a brief for the SS Judge using the SS Eval and the Dr reports in your favor into a concise Document. He did a lot of work on my case and SS jerked him around for years about paying him (as they are required to do). Needless to say he got my denial thrown out (based on what he said) and he won my case. It was likely one of the toughest wins since I got the same biased, totally ignorant Judge who couldn't even pronounce the disease I have (who screwed up my previous appeal) along with many corrupt insurance Drs who were under reporting injuries trying to cover up the permanent injuries they caused by their malpractice and some saying nothing was wrong at all. Brad's staff was first class and answered any question quickly or Brad called you back personally and explained exactly how things work. He is a walking encyclopedia of Supreme Court cases and how they apply to SS Disability. He is the Best, Absolutely Amazing!
