My son suffered medical problems that resulted in him loosing his job and all income. We asked Krista to help us secure Social Security Disability for him. She was extremely knowledgable of the whole government process and forms. She guided us and helped us through each step. We expected to be turned down and have to submit an appeal. My local Social Security Attorney had done all she could right up to the 3rd
appeal. I was lost and had no direction. Then still trying to save myself, during an internet search I found Bradley! I got an appointment with him quick. I new right away he was going to win for me! I had severe malpractice with many insurance Dr's trying to cover it up and grossly underestimating the disability. I filed for Disability and was turned down then hired another attorney who appealed and lost again. I found Brad who read the denial and in 1 minute said " I will get this denial thrown out and we should win the case" . He said the judge used the wrong pain scale and applied something else incorrectly as well and cited the court cases!
He explained the best way to win a SS disability case including getting a SS Disability Evaluation by a Dr. Then Brad writes a brief for the SS Judge using the SS Eval and the Dr reports in your favor into a concise Document. He did a lot of work on my case and SS jerked him around for years about paying him (as they are required to do). Needless to say he got my denial thrown out (based on what he said) and he won my case. It was likely one of the toughest wins since I got the same biased, totally ignorant Judge who couldn't even pronounce the disease I have (who screwed up my previous appeal) along with many corrupt insurance Drs who were under reporting injuries trying to cover up the permanent injuries they caused by their malpractice and some saying nothing was wrong at all. Brad's staff was first class and answered any question quickly or Brad called you back personally and explained exactly how things work. He is a walking encyclopedia of Supreme Court cases and how they apply to SS Disability. He is the Best, Absolutely Amazing!

Our family hired Mr. Prentice to protect my mother’s assets from the 10k per month bill she was receiving from her nursing facility. Mr. Prentice swiftly stopped this bill from continuing and saved her hard earned savings. Our family paid Mr. Prentice quite a bit, but it was 100% worth it! I know there are many big named law firms out there, but I will always choose David Gorewitz. He is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients. Mr. Gorewitz represented us in a diminished value case for an automobile accident we were involved in. He did an excellent job and we were successful in recovering from the other insurance company for our loss. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Gorewitz was always available to answer questions we had and did a great job keeping us informed on all aspects of our case. At our court date, Mr. Gorewitz did an outstanding job presenting the case, interviewing our expert witness to establish his credibility and methodology, and exposing major holes in the insurance company's expert witness testimony. He was very much prepared and ready to win our case given his 30 years of experience in the legal field.

After dealing with another attorney for my case and ending up getting the raw end of the deal, I met with Mr. Gorewitz personally who reviewed my case, he found that I still had a case to pursue, immediately went after the person who caused my accident and the insurance company and was able to get the full benefits I was entitled to. Never a problem talking directly to the lawyer whenever I asked. Office staff were extremely polite and knowledgable and the personal experience of having a case with this office will be always remembered and will definitely be used in the future if needed.

I was in a pinch and hired the wrong attorney for both my divorce and an injunction. I was looking for another attorney for my divorce, my new attorney recommended Colleen and after speaking with her, I felt as she really took the time to care for my case and actually listened to my side of the storyalong with the facts.
Either way, Colleen was very professional and diligent as well by texting me (I didn’t mind and welcomed it) early in the morning to seek info from me to help my case.

We were involved in a hit and run. We saw the driver's face and got the license plate number off the truck before he took off. We met with the police immediately after the accident and they said they would look into it for us and gave us a case number. Per the recommendaion of a family memeber, first thing Monday morning (this happened on Saturday evening) we were at Shane Smith's office. We met with Stacy Overbey, Case Manager. Had I known then what a pitbull she could be, I possibly would have been a little intimidated upon our first meeting, instead I felt right at home like I was meeting a friend of a friend. She was kind and professional and made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of. My feeling was right! Within a day she had began working diligently on my case. The owner of the vehicle told her insurance company that the car was stolen during the time it was invovled in the accident. After more research Stacy found out that the vehicle was back at home within hours of the accident and that it was never reported stolen to the police. She told me that it would be a longer process because the insurance company was not going to cooperate but that she would do everything she could to ensure that we were taken care of. And that she did! Within 2 months she got us everything we were hoping for and more! New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.

Amy was a huge help to me when it came to legally handling my father's affairs. Being an only child who is disabled herself as well as my father's only living relative, she helped me to quickly take care of matters so that I can legally and properly make decisions for my father's well being. Mr. Vaughn is a horse of a different color when it comes to attorneys. He has a true belief justice should be served, aggressive, making every effort possible, putting in time needed to find a way to make it happen. He takes a personal interest in his cases and though has to make his money has an equal interest in justice. He is more knowledgable regarding laws other attorneys I've spoken to never even mentioned. I knew when I first talked to Mrs. Dafoe and she said if I was out to get revenge or take what wasn't fair in my divorce then she wasn't the lawyer for me. I knew then that she was the lawyer I wanted. Divorce is never easy emotionally yet Mrs. Dafoe was very compassionate. She will tell you straight up what her fees are and doesn't expand her fees. Mrs. Dafoe knows her job and respects the position she and trust the judges have in her to exercise her clients rights to the fullest. I would refer her to everybody who wants a fair divorce.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a slip and fall case. It turned out to be a huge mistake. We were offered $100K to settle but my attorneys recommended we go to trial. We were seeking over $4M. We lost the case and now I’m going to get $0. On top of that I have over $500K in medical expenses that I am now liable for and I’m concerned that I might have to pay additional legal fees. These attorneys give bad advice and are not competent in the courtroom.

My Name is Don P. I highly recommend Attorney Chris Lindbaek. He took my case on when it looked like my life was ruined. Although there was only $10,000 worth of insurance I was able to recover over 80 times that amount. Sure the process took a very long time but he was always there for me when I needed help.
Even at the end of the case he made sure that every doctors bill was reduced and he fought them for every dollar. He kept saying a dollar saved from them is a dollar in your pocket. I appreciate him and especially Cindy, his assistant.
To this day some 4 years after my case was finished I remain in contact with Chris and Cindy. I consider them friends. I would recommend Chris and his law firm.

Mr. Hamilton took my case after a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me at high speed. I could not be happier with the entire process. Mr. Studenberg has many qualities that would qualify him to be deemed an exceptional person to have in your corner, but the one that he exercises without fail is his understanding and communicative ability to deal with all aspects of the law concerning each case. He has handled not only my personal estate, but that of my late sister. And I have to say honestly, I have never found him to be anything but the complete professional in all areas of planning and plea's of the court.
I have met and dealt with many attorney's, Ganon's ability to show good judgement, empathy, and communication at every juncture. Areas of planning, trust, and execution of documentation is without a doubt what everyone wants, but not always what they receive. This is what set him apart !
