We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

Attorney Roger Klafka was an absolute delight to deal with. Very down to earth which put us at ease from the start. He is very knowledgeable and anticipated many of our questions. We had to update a Trust along with living will, power of attorney, etc. He made it very easy to complete what was a difficult task for us. The office staff and Paralegals are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to make changes and ask more questions over the phone. We dealt with Danielle for that portion. She looked at my list of issues (not an issue – – multiple issues) and was able to give me concise and understandable advice about how to minimize the chance that I will overpay on my taxes, as well as giving me authoritative information regarding how to classify some forms of income when it comes tax time. It involved both a divorce and Social Security, so they weren’t exactly softball questions either.
Did I mention the free initial consult?

If you are ever in a position to have to deal with the IRS, you would be ill advised to take them on by yourself. Hiring a professional is a must. The benefits of using a tax attorney like Michelle provides you with an experience that can reduce the potential frustration and anxiety to very tolerable levels. Michelle gave very clear instructions on what she needed with more than enough lead time to meet the deadlines required on all of our tax issues. I do not have to deal with the IRS personally at all. They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

I would NEVER recommend Erica as an attorney to anyone if you want things done right and fair. Honestly, one of the worst decisions I have ever made obtaining her.
At first, she comes off very nice and states she is not out for money, but that is completely false.
She dragged things out in my situation and billed me for any money she could get without helping me whatsoever. She would never respond to my emails and I had to explain to her staff that I already sent very pertinent information that she asked from me several times.
I obtained this attorney for help and she was no help at all. Cost me $10k for absolutely NOTHING done to help me as her client. Trust me, go elsewhere if you need someone on your side. Not Erica Feinswog!

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

Going through a divorce was both expensive & time consuming. If you need to hire an attorney, make sure you hire the right one! I interviewed two attorneys prior to meeting Billie for a consultation. They just didn't have a positive attitude about my case & definitely no "I got your back" kind of feeling. Billie came highly recommended from long time friends & co workers. When i met Billie, I knew within minutes she was the one i needed to represent me.
All i wanted from the start was everything to be equal & fair between me & opposing.

Sean and his team were absolutely amazing during our family custody issues. His paralegal team and staff assistants were quick on responding back to questions and concerns my husband and I had during this stressful process. Lance got me 50% more than the Insurance company was originally willing to pay. The man went to bat for me. Like you would treat a good friend or someone that you really cared about. Anytime I contacted him he responded immediately even if to say he’d have to get back to me a little later. Extremely smart individual worthy of the super lawyer title. Able to converse regarding any subject matter knowledgeably. Pre-divorce I owned a company with hundreds of employees and a worldwide presence. It was my practice to hire exceptional people such as Lance. However in 25 years I only hired four people doubling their salary to get them to leave their current profession and position and work for me. If I still had that company I would’ve paid Lance whatever he wanted to work for me.
Lance took the nastyness out of the situation I was in, added a lot of humor and quickly became my friend.
Whatever game he plays, he’s at the very top of it. Who wouldn’t want an individual like that to represent them?

The Social Security Disability process is extremely difficult, confusing and frustrating. We srtruggled for the first few years, not knowing what to do or where to turn. By the time we contacted Maria Riddle, we had been denied and broken financially. Maria took charge, put us in touch with exceptional doctors and specialists, walked us through the disability process and made the experience way less horrible. There were times Alicia, her assistant and I just talked.. she knew how hard it was for us to go through this process and showed extrteme compassion every time we corresponded. After a few meetings with Ana em 2023, I hired the attorney services of the company she used to work for. In the beginning, everything went well.
