Flawless, professional and compassionate is my best description of attorney Eve Ditz Bouchard. She helped us with our Will and Testament. The last responsibility to those who survive you can be a bit tricky, particularly with greater assets, but Mrs Bouchard navigated through the details eloquently. There is not much room for error or poor planning that will inadvertently end up in probate. Attorney Bouchard brought up multiple circumstances we hadn’t even pondered. I needed a solid lawyer to perform trust work for my estate. Eve went into many details with questions and suggestions my previous attorneys didn't touch. I know there are many big named law firms out there, but I will always choose David Gorewitz. He is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients. When the situation calls for it, he is the bulldog that I know I want in a lawyer. He and his staff are always sure to address any concerns I have in a timely fashion, which is so important to me. He definitely has my best interests at heart when representing me. I have had him as a lawyer in three cases since 2004, and he has represented some of my friends and family as well. Mr. Gorewitz represented us in a diminished value case for an automobile accident we were involved in. He did an excellent job and we were successful in recovering from the other insurance company for our loss. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Gorewitz was always available to answer questions we had and did a great job keeping us informed on all aspects of our case. At our court date, Mr. Gorewitz did an outstanding job presenting the case, interviewing our expert witness to establish his credibility and methodology, and exposing major holes in the insurance company's expert witness testimony. He was very much prepared and ready to win our case given his 30 years of experience in the legal field.
My wife and I would highly recommend Mr. Gorewitz for those in need of a board certified trial lawyer and we would definitely want him to represent us in the future if the need ever arises.

After dealing with another attorney for my case and ending up getting the raw end of the deal, I met with Mr. Gorewitz personally who reviewed my case, he found that I still had a case to pursue, immediately went after the person who caused my accident and the insurance company and was able to get the full benefits I was entitled to. Never a problem talking directly to the lawyer whenever I asked. Office staff were extremely polite and knowledgable and the personal experience of having a case with this office will be always remembered and will definitely be used in the future if needed.

I became a client of The Slonim Law Firm, Melbourne, after considering several firms. It was time to update my will and estate documents. My attorney was Paul Lemieux. He helped answer difficult questions pertaining to my individual situation. His was not a cookie cutter approach! I really did not have a clear idea of what to do going into our first meeting and it only took 2 meetings to complete the tasks. We were involved in a hit and run. We saw the driver's face and got the license plate number off the truck before he took off. We met with the police immediately after the accident and they said they would look into it for us and gave us a case number. Per the recommendaion of a family memeber, first thing Monday morning (this happened on Saturday evening) we were at Shane Smith's office. We met with Stacy Overbey, Case Manager. Had I known then what a pitbull she could be, I possibly would have been a little intimidated upon our first meeting, instead I felt right at home like I was meeting a friend of a friend. She was kind and professional and made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of. My feeling was right! Within a day she had began working diligently on my case. The owner of the vehicle told her insurance company that the car was stolen during the time it was invovled in the accident. After more research Stacy found out that the vehicle was back at home within hours of the accident and that it was never reported stolen to the police. She told me that it would be a longer process because the insurance company was not going to cooperate but that she would do everything she could to ensure that we were taken care of. And that she did! Within 2 months she got us everything we were hoping for and more! If you are looking for a lawyer who is knowledgealbe, professional, takes the time to keep you in the know and truly cares about your case, I would highly recommend Shane Smith and Associates!

My only regret is that I didn’t find Mr. Poe earlier in my divorce saga. After wasting much time and money on trial with a second rate hack, I was referred to Mike by an attorney friend. Mike’s professional handling of my case was in sharp contrast to my original attorney. He is smart, personable, very knowledgeable and was instrumental in settling the case. I needed a divorce lawyer in Brevard County. He is the third and by far the best attorney that I hired. After our first consultation, which I believe is $185, I felt like my prayers were answered. I left a trust/retainer deposit with $2,200 with another attorney just to hire Michael. Why? Because he's the best. My punitive ex-husband tried to keep me from my children. 4 1/2 years of wasted time with different attorneys and I hired Michael in May of 2014 and by May of 2015 I was divorced! I had one trail while the case was going on and he is a true professional in the court room. He's highly respected by his peers. He answers phone calls, responds to situations, and is highly attentive during crisis. Call him. Pay the fee. Otherwise you may regret it. I know that I wouldn't want him on the other side.

Rich Austin is the best. I am 23 years old male and he helped me with a bad issue. I was so afraid and he never once turned his back on me. He kept my mom and her husband fully informed of what was going to happen to me. He never made any false details, he was surreal and we all appreciated it. New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.

Amy was a huge help to me when it came to legally handling my father's affairs. Being an only child who is disabled herself as well as my father's only living relative, she helped me to quickly take care of matters so that I can legally and properly make decisions for my father's well being. Mr. Vaughn is a horse of a different color when it comes to attorneys. He has a true belief justice should be served, aggressive, making every effort possible, putting in time needed to find a way to make it happen. He takes a personal interest in his cases and though has to make his money has an equal interest in justice. He is more knowledgable regarding laws other attorneys I've spoken to never even mentioned. I knew when I first talked to Mrs. Dafoe and she said if I was out to get revenge or take what wasn't fair in my divorce then she wasn't the lawyer for me. I knew then that she was the lawyer I wanted. Divorce is never easy emotionally yet Mrs. Dafoe was very compassionate. She will tell you straight up what her fees are and doesn't expand her fees. Brynn Brito has been a blessing to me and my family! I was viciously attacked by a guard at the jail while being double bound helplessly too defend myself. Go figure in booking there's no cameras to witness there actions. There were no pictures taken of me of the officer nothing which is against protocol,I was badly disfigured and they we're just trying to hide me threw out the jail .first they threw me in the bubble after psychological doctors song there's nothing wrong with me they threw me in the Box with nobody to call luckily there was a lieutenant that made them medical look at me

I had the unique pleasure of meeting an attorney that I feel is what an attorney should be.
I first saw her at my arraignment. I watched how she confidently yet with the right subtlety interacted with the other counsel. I could see her plant seeds that perhaps later she would reap. I stopped her on her way out of court and asked if she was accepting clients. Her reaction was that of a courteous inviting professional. She gave me her card and said that she would be in the office all day. I called to schedule a consultation. When I arrived at the office I was immediately greeted by several staff and welcomed with a beverage. She was prompt for her appointment and then the magic started. Her friendly court demeanor was replaced by a fiery nimble minded go-getter. She was reassuring and empathetic. She spent a lot of time going over the details so that she grasped the scope of the case and me as a person. She gave me advice that would actually steer me away from retaining her as my circumstances were straight forward and the results could be obtained by letting them run their course or her "blasting them". She told me step by step what do and not accept. She offered me to call her if I had any questions along that path. She did all of this to just help someone...selflessly. I know that if my circumstances to not go as planned I will immediately retain her.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a slip and fall case. It turned out to be a huge mistake. We were offered $100K to settle but my attorneys recommended we go to trial. We were seeking over $4M. We lost the case and now I’m going to get $0. On top of that I have over $500K in medical expenses that I am now liable for and I’m concerned that I might have to pay additional legal fees. These attorneys give bad advice and are not competent in the courtroom.

My Name is Don P. I highly recommend Attorney Chris Lindbaek. He took my case on when it looked like my life was ruined. Although there was only $10,000 worth of insurance I was able to recover over 80 times that amount. Sure the process took a very long time but he was always there for me when I needed help.
Even at the end of the case he made sure that every doctors bill was reduced and he fought them for every dollar. He kept saying a dollar saved from them is a dollar in your pocket. I appreciate him and especially Cindy, his assistant.
To this day some 4 years after my case was finished I remain in contact with Chris and Cindy. I consider them friends. I would recommend Chris and his law firm.

Mr. Hamilton took my case after a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me at high speed. I could not be happier with the entire process. Mr. Studenberg has many qualities that would qualify him to be deemed an exceptional person to have in your corner, but the one that he exercises without fail is his understanding and communicative ability to deal with all aspects of the law concerning each case. He has handled not only my personal estate, but that of my late sister.
