Pam Blair is my friend, my customer, and my attorney. I am a general contractor and business owner. Pam has helped me in my business as an adviser and a "sounding board" for problems arising from various contractual issues. Pam has helped me solve several very different issues by "coaching me". She has been able to figure out solutions to my problems by simply advising me. As a result of this advisement, not only I have never been involved in a law suit, but I have been able to reconcile my issues in an amicable manner. To me, that is huge!
I have witnessed Pam in court defending a friend of mine. I was a character witness for my friend while he was going through a divorce. During court I watched and listened to Pam site several points that illustrated that my friend was a good father and a hardworking man. Mrs. Pam Blair was assigned by my errors and omission carrier to my case. Boy was I lucky to get her. She worked diligently to obtain all the facts and realized early the case had no merit. She tried to settle the case but the other parties were unrealistic with their demands and expectations. In court, she was well prepared and very aggressive. Prior to hiring Pamela Blair in early 2013, I had worked with another law firm/attorney in a divorce proceeding for almost three years and received little to no relief. After speaking with Ms. Blair, she immediately began working on my case. When deciding to advertise that I had a small house ready for renters, many friends advised me to have a legal arrangement. They told me horror stories of how their renters destroyed their property and how renters collected damages when various unforeseen events damaged their property. I heard that it was hard to evict a renter if a legal agreement was not made. Jake was a life saver. I had no idea where to begin. He covered all the basics and things I would never have thought about but could become a big problem if Jake had not included the possibilities. My friends wished they had made a legal agreement when deciding to have renters on their property. Jake was knowledgeable and had my best interest his top priority. I will no doubt be contacting Jake next time I have legal implications.

At first I hired someone else out the firm for my time cut then Jason showed up wen it was time fa the hearing… I was like what the he’ll but he got me out…. Years later I caught a gun charge where I could be gone for a very long time. I violated my posters that he got me out on by catching that charge. I told him every time I saw him I’ll do whateva it takes to get out and he always told me he gone do the best…lol them words mean some but wen you in there it don’t mean shìt! Jason got the case dismissed!! This is the best ever. This man really cared and he really took the time to call my mom at 10 at night and let her know that he’s got my best interest. Drew was very helpful in processing my case. I had been charged with a DUI, substance, and reckless driving. He was very informative on the possible outcomes and predictions of where the case would go. After receiving the results Drew quickly knew the best method for a beneficial result. He got them initially to drop all charges except for reckless driving. He recommended we not plead on that charge. Within an hour of the initial deal Drew returned with a full dismissal. All charges were dropped and there will be no history of this on my record. I highly recommend his services.

Attorney Plunk came into what should have been a slam dunk case dismissal and ran into a different DA that seemed to be unwilling to go by what had been stated by previous DA. Not only did Mr. Plunk keep me informed but he also tracked down the original DA and got all my charges dropped. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

After having a very disappointing experience with the first attorney we hired to defend my husband in a DUI charge, we did our research and Mr. Curry was very highly recommended. Now I know why. My husband's case was unique in that he is a combat war veteran who has been diagnosed and treated for PTSD related to trauma sustained as a bomb hunter in the war. After undergoing 3 months of intensive treatment in the VA CDT and PTSD inpatient programs, my husband needed someone who would go to bat for him and vigorously defend him in a DUI charge he received when suffering from a severe PTSD flashback/ blackout & blood pressure episode. Jim Curry went above and beyond what we ever expected or asked of him and received a very favorable outcome for my husband that will allow him to continue his recovery and be a father to our 3 young boys. I think most of the time in the legal world (and I know- I am a paralegal) clients are overcharged and underrepresented. NOT SO AT ALL in this case. I feel that Mr. Curry was owed much more than our initial retainer fee because he worked so hard in his zealous representation of my husband, but he refused to take another dime from us. Jim Curry gave my husband his life back and you can't put a price on that. Our family will be forever grateful to him.

My husband and I had several years of non filed tax returns and the IRS was saying we owed over $100,000. We went to the law office of Monypeny and Associates for help because, quite frankly,I was scared to death. That was an enormous amount of money to us. We had no idea what to expect but the attorneys at Monypeny and Associates made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting. They helped us get all the paperwork in order and after they filed the amount went to just under $12,000. Monypeny and Associates got the IRS to take a very manageable monthly payment for us and now, a few years later, with this year's return we may have a refund coming.
