Whenever I get a minor traffic ticket, I reach out to David quickly. He always handles everything and "knock on wood" I have not had to pay a ticket, receive points on my record nor attend traffic school. He has always managed to get the ticket dismissed. He always responds to emails or phone calls within 24 hours or so. The fee he charges is small compared to the ticket price. I highly recommend David for any traffic tickets you receive.

Bill is just above and beyond all other attorneys I've seen. I have hired attorneys in the past, at least four, and only one of them comes even close to the service and overall results Bill got me. I am a business professional who was charged with a felony (it was BS, I didn't even do it lol). Bill did a great job of understanding the stakes involved given my professional licenses, reputation in my professional community, etc. Other attorney told me to take the state's plea offer. Bill fought fought and fought until the state dismissed the charge. I know he's not cheap, but given the fact that he has not only saved my freedom but also saved my ability to make a living makes it worth every penny!

I was in Miami Florida when I was arrested. I don’t reside in Florida and was on vacation at the time of the incident. right after i was released I hired Solis and his associates to take on my case with compete trust as he assured me that he would get the charges dropped before or by my court date .. not only did he not get them dropped, the charges were upgraded!! He did not seem in the least to care and only wanted to talk when I was making a payment. He had me fly all the way back to Miami for a court date that was “mandatory “ only to find out after I landed that he didn’t need me to attend ?? I never even made it from the airport which was stupid and expensive seeing as I didn’t have to appear in court like he told me over the phone that I did . And guess what he asked of me then ?? More money! He literally didn’t do anything he said he would yet he kept asking for more and more money ... in our last conversations before he was fired he told me my case could last up to 5 years !! But that he needed 10,000 in six months. Needless to say I went with other council ... but not without first wasting thousands of dollars with him for nothing

Unfortunately this isn't my first time dealing with the criminal justice system. However I had never been in trouble in Florida and was arrested for DUI and Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. I don't sell drugs and actually thought this was a mistake but I did have a rather large amount on me (for personal use). I was completely lost as I mentioned I had never been in trouble in Florida before and felt like I was in another country.
Among other things I have been charged with first degree murder in my former state but you are not just placed in jail as I was here nor is there a concept of a bail bondsman. All happens before a judge (in Massachusetts). So here they just take me to a big jail (TGK) within a couple of hours of arrest and I'm handed a list of bondsman. Well I made it out and immediately (never even seeing a judge) called a few lawyers. I was told that I was facing 15 years for the possession charge.
To make matters worse, I had to see the bondsman the next day just to check in and they already had a lawyer waiting for me. The lawyers came out like sharks in a frenzy only to confuse me more.
Long story short I did my research and came across Helmuth Solis. He wasn't as cheap as the others but he was worth every single penny. He immediately set out a game plan and even knew who the DUI cop was which surprised me as big a city as Miami-Dade is. He was definitely in his element. I suppose he specializes in Miami only for a reason.
First he (and his associates but I only dealt with Helmuth) got my license returned at the administrative hearing as they found a flaw in the paperwork the state submitted. He then got the possession with intent to distribute dismissed even before arraignment. Mind you I never even had to go to any hearing or court for any of this.
This left the DUI. The State was intent on pursing this.
As I said Mr. Solis was definitely in his element and every time we were ready for trial I would show up and he would request something or do something that routinely had the State request a continuation. To be honest I was a little frustrated as I didn't understand why this wasn't done prior to the hearing but this is actually how the system is in Miami-Dade.
Throughout all of this Helmuth was in constant contact with me and kept me updated throughout the whole thing. If I contacted him (and I contacted him directly not through his office) he always got right back to me.
This is another thing that really impressed me about Helmuth. As smart and qualified as he is, he never spoke to me in a condescending manner; he spoke to me not at me. If I had questions (and I had a lot) he always addressed them. I even said to him " you seem like a regular guy". He just laughed and said he was.
In the end, I don't want to into exactly what he did, but basically was going to pull a nuclear move and subpoena a city commissioner to clarify what the State and Court didn't seemingly understand. Many attorneys I don't think would have dared do that but he was working for his client (me) and apparently not worried about making concessions at my cost (always a worry when hiring an attorney). Helmuth Solis is definitely out for his client. The DUI was dropped to a reckless with adjudication withheld (so no effect on my license).
Again I've had charges even as high as murder in the first degree and always had the cream of the crop attorneys but Helmuth Solis was by far the best lawyer I've ever had.
Hopefully I'll never need a lawyer again but I would without a doubt hire Helmuth should I need one!!

Unfortunately I Was Caught Up In A Drug Bust & Was Arrested For Cannabis Sell/Del/Armed By A Felon, Controlled Substance Possession (Lean) ,& Controlled Substance Purchase. I Was Referred To Helmuth By A Guy That I Was Locked Up With In TGK (Alot Of Ppl Kept Talking About Helmuth In Jail So I Had My Girl Look Him Up) My Girl Went To Meet With Helmuth The Next Day & After The Meeting She Hired Him On My Case. Soon As I Hired Him He Went To Work He Put A Motion To Reduce My Bond & It Was Granted. While I Was Out Of Jail He Continued To Fight My Case Just As Hard He Got My Cannabis Sell/Del/Armed Dropped (No Action), Then The Other Two Charges Got Reduced To Simple Possession 1 Count, Got The State To Give Me A Plea Deal Of 1 Day Probation With A With Hold Of Adjudication So I Wont Be A Convicted Felon & Can Expunge My Record So It Is As If It Never Happened. Helmuth Is Very Skilled I Owe Him My Life!

Without hesitation I give my highest recommendation to Bruce Jacobs, my attorney since December 2014.

I have been trying to keep my home for nearly four years. I have paid thousands for legal "expertise" NEEDING representation like a trauma victim needs a surgeon.
I am not an attorney. But I do know how to read . Two weeks ago, I happened to review my court docket. My case had been set for TRIAL. The attorney I had hired and already paid $$$$ monthly was clueless. I was just another case to him.
I was dangerously close to trial without an attorney I had faith in. I interviewed 3 more attorneys. Not impressed. I thought of a different approach.
I personally went to observe foreclosure trials scheduled before a random judge. Random attorneys. Very depressing watching failure in motion with so much at stake for the clients they represented.
I do not claim to have an informed legal basis for my judgement. I do not know the "standard of care" for lawyers. I can recognize glaring lack of preparation, legal knowledge with no evidence of "zealous advocacy" for clients rights.
Then I saw an attorney who actually clearly articulated his clients rights and facts of his defense. His partner was just as sharp. The bank's attorney was no match. These guys WON the case. I stayed longer. He had another case. The bank wanted to postpone the case. Judge said " NO. Trial NOW ". If I could read minds, I would of heard "Bring it on ". They again prevailed. Case dismissed. Two families didn't loose their homes that day. I followed him and his team out of the courthouse.
The lawyer was Bruce Jacobs. His partner Court Keeley. Two days later, I went for the free consultation. I met with the firms FOUR attorneys who ravenously examined my mortgage /documents looking for merits for my defense. They spent FOUR hours with me. Thank you Bruce, Court, Monica and Abby.
Mr. Jacobs and his team took over my case two days before my foreclosure trial. They went ready to go to trial. I could have lost my home that day. I did not.
My case is not over. But this isn't just a case. It is my home, my children's home , my families financial security. I believe Mr Jacob's and his team get it. I am impressed with FOUR LAWYERS . Someone has contacted me almost every day. At night. Over the weekend.
It's personal and they are fighting for my family.
I am beginning to exhale.

My son paid sabrina to represent him on a case that he had pretrial schedule and trial the following week sabrina showed up for the pretrial for a substitution of counsel n ask the judge for a continuance the judge denied because the case had been going on for a couple years now she would have to pic up where former counsel left from she told my son it is in his best interest to remain with former counsel has she won't have time to prepare because of trial being so closed which make sense. But sabrina refuse to refund my son at least some of the payment back meanwhile she never filed a notice appearance on his behalf...

I DO NOT recommend you work with this law firm, they are complete BS and will waste your time and money to accomplish absolutely nothing. Hired them to defend against a scam artist landlord trying to sue over excessive claims of damage to his property after the lease ended. I provided more than enough evidence to defend against these frivolous claims and cooperated the entire time. Mathew and his team allowed this law suit to drag on for YEARS, consistently sending invoice after invoice and billing me for services rendered. Communication was poor the entire time and after two years of paying them come to find out they accomplished absolutely nothing the entire two years, allowing this landlord and his attorneys to keep delaying the lawsuit and would create excuses as to why the court dates kept getting extended. Save your time and money and DO NOT hire this firm!

I received a consultation from Matthew to discuss an exorbitant fee the property management company of my duplex charged me for sending over a plumber to fix the hot water, which suddenly stopped working 8 months into the lease. Prior to signing my lease, the company sent me a list of utilities that I was responsible for setting up accounts with; however, they failed to include that the hot water was gas and that I would need to set up an account. I even had to send them a confirmation before moving in of all the active utility accounts I set up. It was their mistake that they didn't include this one utility and failed to inform me that it was my responsibility. Matthew looked over my lease, reached out to the company, and was able to extinguish the fee. He was quick to be helpful and showed me fast results. I recommend using his services.

I am proud member of the Armed Forces and have been for the past 10 years. I sought a lawyer through a bigger law firm in which Ms. Torres was working for. At the time I was stationed overseas. Due to nature of my job I always had access to computers, emails, phones 24/7. Shortly after she began working my case the firm notified me that she would leaving to start her own firm, claiming that it was merely due to her being so good. I allowed her to take my case with her based on that word and due to her already knowing what I desired. I was seeking a divorce and full child custody. The case went on for over a year. She spoke well over the phone and through email and text and had me fully convinced that she had my case well taken care of. However, It wasn't until I learned from my now ex-wife that she was missing court appearances and or late. My wife at the time told me that she had actually only showed up once. {Part 1}
Going back a little, when the case first began my ex-wife had no lawyer representation but after talking to Ms. Torres she ended up with someone my attorney had been associated with before. Coincidence I'm sure. Throughout the year she worked for me. Weekly she communicated with me and put my mind at ease. However, when I returned to the states and requested to have a face-to-face with Ms. Torres she always not available, and when I questioned this shockingly she threatened to quit. I was never able to get a face-to-face with Ms. Torres. I digressed and went on about as usual. During this time my ex-wife was fighting drug charges and multiple counts of credit card fraud in which I thought would work highly in my favor. Nearing the end of my case at this time it had been over a year that she had been working my case. I spoke with Ms. Torres over the phone and I asked if she needed me home for the remaining court appearances. She assured me that my presence was not needed. She even told me about upcoming dates scheduled in October and how she had it under control. Later that week I got a phone call from my soon to be ex-wife stating that she was angry about the no show of my attorney in August. Confused I thought my soon to be ex-wife had her information wrong. Shockingly she had not. The same day I called Ms. Torres and got not response so I sent a message asking what in the world my ex-wife was talking about. The next day Ms. Torres responded stating that she was withdrawing from my case due to lack of communication means. The last conversation I had with Ms. Torres she informed me that my wifes attorney was pretty fair and that he would contact me. She gave my wife’s attorney my contact information and it was wrong. Somehow after over a year and talking days prior she lost my contact information. It was my ex-wife that informed me that the information she provided was wrong.
In all I ended up representing myself and I accepted the terms of her attorney. I ended up paying for both lawyers and lost full custody. The things my child has had to go through over the past few years has impacted him deeply. Luckily with proper representation I am close to giving him a stable and safe home. I highly recommend that you take caution with this attorney.

I hope this (current) review will be helpful for those considering good representation (it could have helped me). This lawyer could serve you well if you are seeking a legal form to be filled and filed with the court (or something straightforward), but if litigation is required, I think better counsel can be found. My mother and I had a straightforward conflict that needed legal resolution. A contract was in place that would quickly be resolved in front of a judge. The case took a year to resolve and cost us a small loss and legal costs. Throughout the case, he was never clear with us until he needed to be, instead informed us on a need to know basis. Usually his response to detailed questions was, “Let’s see what happens.” He allowed himself to be manipulated by opposing counsel several times even though I warned him practically each time. I still have many apologetic emails and recordings that testify to this, yet he was able to still charge us for his mistakes. In case you are wondering, why not fire him? I learned that lesson late. We believed in the case more than we did him and so was willing to see it through. That was a mistake on our part. The case was settled overall in our favor upon my insistence to go to court, though he was against doing so and on many occasions tried to have us settle. In the end it was clear he wanted to walk away once our money ran out. Instead of continuing to find money to pay him, it was best to be finished with him and take the small loss. In conclusion, regardless of how strong your case might be, under his representation you stand a chance to lose or settle. So beware and I hope this turns out to be helpful to someone.

Through various online articles and references, I heard about Mr. Bander's previous successful immigration cases and in particular about his experience handling Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) cases. I contacted Mr. Bander through his website and, after an initial consultation interview, decided to hire his services.
Before contacting Mr. Bander, I had applied for a green card under the CAA, which was denied by the USCIS. Mr. Bander determined the best course of action was to file for a Motion To Reopen and Reconsider (MTR), in which he clearly and precisely presented the reasons why the USCIS had made an error in handling my case. 5 months after the MTR was filed, the USCIS recognized the error and approved my green card.
Throughout the whole process, Mr. Bander always responded to my consultations in a timely and professional manner. He handled with assertiveness my MTR case, from which at least one other lawyer shied away for believing the USCIS was correct in their initial denial decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Bander.
